There are two sides to this review. Knowing what I know now I won't make the same mistake again.Part 1. The work. I have a home generator that needed it's annual service and it had an error message that needed to be addressed. The tech that came out to do the work was great. He did everything that needed to be done including what I think was going a little above and beyond of cleaning out some leaves and other debris that I couldn't normally get to. Great work, if it were just this I'd give them 5 stars and be thrilled.Part 2. The Bill. I live 9.7 miles away from their office, and live within the city of Louisville. In my experience of hiring professionals from lawn care to electricians and every thing in between, I have never been charged for travel time unless I'm outside of the business's primary area. Going to and from the job is kind of part of earning the business unless transportation is part of the service. That wasn't the case here. I was charged $70 for a "road mileage" fee AND a $122 travel time fee. So $200 after tax for travel fees, for someone less than 10 miles away. That's unfair in my opinion, but maybe I'm wrong...

I scheduled 3 weeks in advance for a regular service appt on my ISC 330 diesel. I was quoted $500 approx. Not only did they charge me $500 but $260 to remove an air filter they couldnt even replace. They let my cat out who was a pet of 10 years and was special needs. Now I have to pay to get the air cleaner and get it installed. I am really tired of everyones attitude about if you own a motorhome you are rich and money is no object. I have a 22 yr old motorhome because I cannot afford a new one. Please stop taking advantage financially of people. Do work that is honest and fair and reasonable and the customers will flood in.11 Days after my cat was found and the general Mgr Tony is awesome. He also issued a refund. I am grateful for the return of my cat and the very great resolution to this issue. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I gave 5 stars because these guys deserve a hell of a lot more and thats the highest thats allowed. I called 2 days prior about my Onan generator having issues on my Custom Semi.They told me bring it Friday morning and they would see what they could do.Now i was having a myriad of problems with the Generator.Fuel leak,Oil leak,Wiring issues.They Rolled it into the shop and got started.It took about 5 hours for them to solve all the issues.Now, I have been in Trucking for 49 years,So I was expecting to have to sell my first born to pay the bill,Imagine the surprise when the Bill was under $700.They are Professional,Knowledgeable and Honest.Trust me when i say that is very rare today. I highly recommend them for any problems that you have with your Generator or Cummins motor.

So the staff is all very friendly, however I have taken my new RV here on 4 different occasions and they can't seem to get the generator to work reliably. Most recently, the generator wouldn't start and I took it in, they replaced a part, but left a dirty air filter and low oil, told me that the cabin battery was bad so take it to an auto parts store and have it replaced. Did that generator still didn't work. Went out on a rental and I had to concede $1350 in mileage overages due to not providing a working generator. Took it back after rental, they switched the battery wires on the terminals, charged me $380, saying it wasn't covered by warranty, because the auto parts store put the cables on wrong. Can they take it out of the $1350 I had to eat because of their lousy work? Nope. Looking for another factory authorized Cummins repair shop in the area.

This review is specifically for the generation department.Ive never dealt with a customer service department so bent on not giving good customer service. I'd rather take linemans to my own teeth then take another phone call from them. I just got off the phone with one of their reps who yelled at me over the phone. The argument was over wether or not he told me a time for my service appointment. The reality is, I was never given a time. I was told Thomas would call to verify everything and give me a time. Which did not happen. So I call this morning trying to verify my appointment time and it was at 7:30 this morning. This is not the only instance in which I've had trouble with them. Do not leave a message for anyone. They won't call you back. Thomas is the only competent one in the department and even he won't call you back. Their customer service is incredibly bad. They just don't care. If you have any other choice, please use someone else for your generator services.

$1200 bill for a technician to tell me nothing except that is was not the starter. I was upfront machine had rolled and was 200 ft from the road. Technician showed up with a small toolbox in a pickup not a service truck with all needed tools and would not pull injectors due to not having an air compressor to blow off motor. I'd advise using someone else.

Brought my '12 Cascadia in for emission issues. Within 10 minutes they had scanned it and it was in the shop. Techs and service writer were helpful and communicated the issues and what they were doing to me throughout the process. Definitely recommend them and will come here if I need engine work and I'm in the area.

This place really understands drivers. They do everything they can to keep prices low, they make things quick as possible, and they dont try to make the extra buck, and clock your money. I'm a O/O that lives in Louisville and this is where I go when my Cummins has a issue. Good place to be if you make it to them.

Truck broke down and had to take it to Cummins. They have a great Drivers lounge with a couch and lazy-boy chair, satellite TV, and free WiFi. They also have a list of local restaurants that deliver, free hot coffee, and a clean, private driver bathroom. Service techs will take you to/from your hotel if needed, and everyone is extremely courteous and professional. Fantastic place to have broken down.

Fast service during the holiday season. Only took 5 days to get it in the shop (including the weekend AND Christmas). One day to fix my DPF and starter.

I gave 2 stars, here's the reasoning, been here on multiple occasions and treated well, since Covid they seem to overbearing and uneducated, Sad they don't understand their customers are the most important part of the process

Yes is all nice and cool till you get back to the truck and see that your stuff is missing from the truck. So drivers be careful what you leave in your truck cuz they don't care if is missing
