This is a really awesome dealership!I purchased a new vehicle from out of state.They picked me up at the airport, we re very nice and professional the entire time.I highly recommend them!You can t go wrong!

My suv broke down. Had it towed in. Waiting to hear what happened to it. These guys are very nice and courteous. It's definitely my go-to place for my vehicle.

Travis the service department manager is wonderful! He is informative, professional, courteous, personable and efficient. I have been taking my car there since 2010 and he stands out as he should be as manager. Thank you for truly caring about your customers. I truly appreciate you and also thank you for not sending me to one of your other service consultants. You ROCK!!!

I dropped the car off on a Saturday around 12pm with a scheduled appt at 4, knowing the servicing wouldn t be done for a few days because it was a problem with the suspension. I texted Monday and called Tuesday to check on the car and was both times told haven t heard back yet, but hopefully this afternoon. I never heard back about what the issue was. I stated I didn t have a car (I was borrowing from my boyfriend) and i was slightly irritated that my car seemed like it hadn t even been looked at since the issue was unknown. I was told all the courtesy cars were out and there was nothing they could do; this was warranty-covered work.I called Wednesday around 1:30pm asking to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back; no one did. On Thursday, someone called me telling me my car was done; when I told them I d asked to speak with someone the day before they said they had no record of me contacting them.I understand everyone is short staffed and all, but the lack of communication and the overall poor concern for the customer concerns me. I had brought my car in for warranty work last year and something similar had happened with communication, or lack thereof; that work took 2 weeks (should ve only taken a few days) and I was given a car to drive. I will not be returning to Courtesy Buick for any work or servicing of my vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Called around 8 am on Thursday 07/16/2020 to set an appointment to get my truck looked at. Explained the issue over the phone and was told to bring it in at 1 pm on the same day. Took time off work and arranged for someone to pick me up and take me home. When I get there, I explained the issue I was experiencing to the service staff member and he told me it would be there until early next week if it was a transmission issue. I told him I didn't want to keep driving it because of the issue. When I signed the paperwork he provided, he told me they wouldn't be able to "look at it" until Monday or Tuesday. I asked him why I was told to bring it in if they couldn't actually look at it until Monday or Tuesday the next week? He told me, "you are basically waiting in line to be seen." I could have scheduled the following Monday or Tuesday to bring it in if I would have known that at the beginning. I understand they are busy, but at least be forthcoming with the customer when they call and explain the issue. Don't waste their time to bring it in and then say it can't be looked at until the following week. I found another shop to take it to that is upfront with customers and doesn't waste their time. Will never go back to Courtesy GMC.

These guys are awesome even during a chip shortage in the pandemic they still got me in an out and great time. Always courteous and polite I highly recommend ask for Mickey in sales or Michele in finance you ll be glad you did!
