Bought a boat that had 400$ Northstar AGM battery that failed 2 years into a full 3 year warranty, had the receipt from the original owner. They would not honor it and told me it don t make no difference anyway. The difference it made is they are not the ones out of 400$! They are supposed to open at 8 both times I was there it was 15 after. Don t bother leaving a message no one will return your call, just bad overall experience.

They were very knowledgeable and very reasonable. I was buying for my personal car but I also buy for my trucks. The next time I go in I'm going to apply for an account there. Excellent customer service. Battery was clean reasonable and starts every time.

Friendly staff with great customer service. My daughter tagged along with me and snacked on a employees popcorn with him while we waited for our battery. Great prices, fast service and will highly recommend all to turn to worldwide for your battery needs.

Got there at 3:50 pm because they advertise closing at 4:00 pm and they closed early. Should stay open until your advertised closing time!

Not real easy to find...it's located on the far west side of the building. The counter help was friendly and the warehouse personnel were able to locate a rebuilt battery (only $49.95) for my car.

Called a couple times and get a voice message, I leave my message and phone # and never get a call back. Not sure if they're organized at all.
