I Only Come Here if I have vosy issues with my vehicles.Joanne is the best, helpful person ever.Thank you for always being so accommodating, easy and nice to work with.Conn's is the most honest, best body shop I've ever found, I Totally trust their opinions and body work!

If I could do half stars I'd rate Conn's a 3.5 but since I don't think they deserve a 3 I gave them a 4. The short and sweet of it is to make sure you ask them how far they're booked out BEFORE you agree to them ordering parts for you, if they won't tell you how far they're booked out then look elsewhere.Here's my story,So my car was damaged in an accident on 11/24/23, after setting things up with insurance I reached out to Conn's on 12/5/23 to set up an appointment. They said they wanted to wait till they got the parts in before they scheduled a time for me to come in, which made sense. I had used Conn's a few months prior for a different accident and they got me in a week after receiving the parts.On 12/13 they called and said they received the parts and were ready to set up the appointment but then dropped the bomb that they were booked out TWO MONTHS! Had they told me this before they ordered the parts I would have never agreed to waiting that long. They said they were short staffed and had gotten behind on their work. I had no choice but to agree to the first opening they had which was 2/1/24 since they already had the parts at their business. I feel like they withheld this information on purpose because they were losing out on potential business from people deciding to go elsewhere.Fast forward a month and on 1/23/24 they call and say they have to cancel due to staff being out sick and they don't know when they can rebook me. I call back on 2/1/24 (my original appointment date) because I still hadn't heard back and get told they still can't book me and to cancel my rental car reservation. It wasn't until 2/20 that they called and were ready to book and I finally got my car in on 2/29 (so pretty much 3 months from original call till getting it in). I got the car back 21 days later and they did a perfect job. If I was just rating them on their actual work they'd get a 5/5.I thought I was finally done with Conn's until I got home and opened the left rear door (one of the doors they had to replace due to the wreck) to make sure everything worked and the window opened, etc. That's when I noticed all of the deep scratches in the tint on that window. I took it back and they tried to say it was impossible for them to have done it and that the tech explicitly remembers seeing those scratches on the tint when he was removing the glass to replace the door. But the tech also told the advisor I was speaking with (Michelle) that he took my car on a test drive to see if he heard the squeaking noise I heard when going over bumps and that he didn't hear anything. But I have a dash cam in my car and I reviewed all of the footage after I got back home the second time and my car never left their property except for when they moved it to a parking lot across the street so they could move other cars around in their fenced in rear lot. (Surprise, surprise. The squeak is still there)In the end they did agree to having the tint replaced at the place I had the tint originally installed at but it sounded like they were only doing it to be nice and not because they agreed they messed up and wanted to make it right. Overall they did a good job on the repair but I'm not sure if I would ever choose to go with them again in the future if I were to get in another accident.

Conn s Body shop nothing but praise. I am a female who really gets nervous about going car places because I get intimidated with cars and not knowing what is wrong with my car. My engine light was on and the day before I made an appointment and went to a chain car repair shop. They basically turned me down and told me to come back (despite having an appointment). That night my fianc� told me to go to Conn s as he had a great experience with them. I was on the verge of tears first entering the place. But they were so helpful. They did not have to take me in, but they did. Not only that they fixed my car that day. I know appointments are important and really help. But the fact they still helped me and made me feel like okay I can trust them meant a lot.I highly recommend you taking your car for service here. They are respectful, friendly, and overall a great business. There isn t a lot of car services that make you feel like you re in good hands, well they most definitely will.

Conn's body shop is one of the best in the city. Top tier experience. Lenah is amazing to work with and has great communication skills. She kept on top of everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It is with great pleasure,that I am writing this very positive review.I recently talked with Michelle regarding an issue with a previous repair. She graciously worked with the owner to address andtotally resolve the issue. I am totally pleased with the final result.It looks amazing. Conn's Body Shop totally stood behind their previous work, with no additional cost incurred by me. They are the best, and do wonderful work. I have had work done on my car to replace the bumper of my car twice and another time to fix a dent. The work has been good and prices reasonable. But, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I took my car there, they dropped and broke my car key and then refused to do anything about it other than glue it back together. Their explanation was that there is a design flaw in the Lexus key - which is absurd because I had had it for 5 years before that without any problem. The glued key came apart in a few days and again they refused to do anything other than glue it again (see photos). After a lot of frustration and wasting a lot of time in back and forth, I finally gave up and purchased a new key for $80. After giving them business worth several thousand dollars over the years, I expect better from a local business. (This happened several months ago but I had misplaced the pictures. I happened to find them recently).

My wife s 2007 Lexus ES350 had a piece of exterior molding on the bottom of the driver s side that came loose. I took it to Louisville Lexus and got a quote to fix it. They quoted $525 + taxes which was more than I was willing to pay. I then took the car to Conn s Body Shop where they fixed it for free.Sounds too good to be true? It wasn t. They got a person to take a look it, where upon he put in new grommets, and glued the molding back to the door. Total time to fix it was 10 minutes. I offered to pay for the repair, but they refused. They simply asked me to keep them under consideration should I need their services in the future.Now, I m not bashing Louisville Lexus. They quoted new Lexus parts which was probably reasonable, however since the car is 17 years old, I didn t want new parts. The old molding was perfectly fine so I was very happy to use the old parts.In short, Conn s saved me money and I will certainly be using them for future repairs.

After another party failed to acknowledge a stop sign, I thought my car was done for. It took a little bit of time, but I now have my car back and it looks good as new!!

They were done very quickly with my car and it looks great. I dropped if off Monday morning for a bumper replacement and it was ready by 11:00 on Tuesday. I really appreciated that they cleaned the inside thoroughly, they even washed it! The process was effortless and they even offered to help me with the rental car process.

Highly recommend! My car was damaged from being hit. It looks new again. Excellent quality work. They were also very good at scheduling the estimate then the work after the parts came in. On Feb 8 my son was in an accident on his way to a job interview. He lives in the state of Indiana. He was one block away from the business he was to interview at in Louisville, KY. This was his first accident and he was upset and not quick sure what to do. Long story short he called AAA who towed his car to Conns on Bardstown Rd. I called the next day and spoke with a Teresa. What a blessing it was to speak with her. I live in Pennsylvania about 1000 miles away. She was so kind, caring and willing to help another mom.I felt better after our phone call. My son was keeping in touch with the garage as we moved along. Myself and my sons older brother drove from PA to KY yesterday to pick up his car to tow back to PA. Again what a great experience. Teresa was very welcoming and friendly. Teresa said she spoke with Michele about the situation and really helped out my son.I cannot thank you enough for the ease of the process. Thank You!

Someone rear ended me and Conn s did the repair to my bumper. It was done in a timely manner and the staff was very nice. Also it was a super easy process as the other person s insurance paid for everything and they worked directly with the insurance company, I didn t have to do a thing. Definitely will be bringing my car back here!

This place is wonderful!! I stopped in Conn's just before Christmas when my car had break fluid issues right as I was leaving for a big road trip and Conn's happened to be the closest place to me. I am SO GLAD I stopped here!!! They were super busy that day but they stopped everything to get my car checked out immediately and they fixed an issue (free of charge!!) that another repair shop had incorrectly repaired a few weeks before. I was astounded by their generosity and am now telling everyone what wonderful people and skilled mechanics they are. I also appreciated that they took time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. I often feel like car mechanics keep me in the dark about why exactly I need something repaired or what my options are for a repair, and it's so refreshing to find a place that takes time to help you understand your own car better. If I could give Conn's ten stars, I absolutely would!!

I am incredibly impressed with Conn's- they made the entire experience a breeze! My car was done in 2 days as promised, they coordinated the rental process for me, all of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly, and best of all, the repair job was fantastic :)

My car is sparkly just like it came out off the lot I bought it from! Conn's did an excellent job and it rides better than ever! Plus, they were super-friendly and accommodating. Be careful pulling in and out of their lot, as it is small and traffic can be treacherous on Bardstown Road.

We always take our fleet vehicles here. We have used them 4 different times now, and they are great. Always very friendly and quick with repairs. I will use them if my personal car ever needs work done.

Brought my car here after I hit a deer. I tend to be very picky when it comes to my car, but I am happy with the job they did. They were very friendly and easy to work with. There were a couple complications I found after picking up the car that I do not blame them for not catching and they just told me to bring it back in. Car is great now.

When I say I loved, it should go without saying I NEVER actually LOVE going here as it almost always means a repair is eminent. That said, if you have to do it anyway, Conn's is a great place to go as they are fair, honest and reasonable.Dave and his crew have been a great resource for me and any car woes I've encountered through the years. Most notably, Dave told me he himself would NOT fix my Pontiac the THIRD time it broke down - he could have easily convinced me to repair but did not. I would recommend them and his brother Kenny next door (for body work).

I found these people to be very dishonest. I was having trouble with my vehicle not shifting out of park. I took it in and they claimed I had spilled coke in the console where the gearshift is and charged me $60 to fix it. I don't even drink coke and had owned the car for three years. I went ahead and let them fix it given the small chance that a previous owner has spilled coke in there, and Conn's was being honest. It continued to have the same problem. I took it in twice more and both times they claimed they had "cleaned it out more," and that it should work. It never did. I finally took it somewhere else and in no time they diagnosed it as a bad brake light switch, and fixed it immediately. I asked the new shop of they saw any soda in the console and they said no. Needless to say, I will not take my car back to Conn's.

I took sent my car there to be damage assessed for my insurance company. It was found to be a total loss. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating during the process. But be sure all your "wanted" belongings are out of the car. My cell charger and a gift card were removed while on their lot.

These guys are awesome! The starter went out on my Acura TSX at the worst possible time. I had never had work done there before, but they treated me like a longtime loyal customer and squeezed me in, on what was an obviously busy day. Three hours later my car was fixed and I was on my way. Unlike other shops there wasn't any inflated costs just because the car was an Acura. Thanks! You guys are my new mechanics.

I needed a new battery for my car. Conn's did a very good job of putting in a new unit in about 30 minutes. Very happy customer.

Terrible service. Went in for a simple estimate for a small dent. Was told I had to wait a week that they were all "booked". Last time I checked it takes 15 minutes to look at a dent and have a computer system give you the damage costs.

Fantastic local company. Don't believe any poor reviews. Sometimes parts take time. Fixing cars and dealing with parts vendors is tough. Conns does a fantastic job at a fair price.
