Sent truck to them, got it in, troubleshooted it, repaired and done. No hassle, not 40 phone calls back and forth. Just fixed it. Great job.

We are a local nonprofit organization that has 40' coach bus that goes around the city helping homeless and near homeless families. As a nonprofit we are very limited on funds. We reached out to Clarke Power for their supposed expertise, hoping they would treat us just and fairly as we needed radiator re-cored, drive and brake work completed and we also asked for an all points inspection. This was the first time we'd had it in a shop for this type extensive work. Unfortunately Clarke power is not professional, they continually changed their story which just tells me they were trying to get as much money out of a nonprofit as possible. Shameful. They did not know what they were talking about, they referred to our bus MANY times as an MC11 do to their lack of knowledge on the bus and lack of being honest in not knowing what they were doing. They told us if we didn't let them fix our charging system that our bus will "blow up" and they wanted to open an additional service ticket for this. Requiring even more money. In addition to that, we had new tires put on last year and Clarke power popped the bead on one of the tires and REFUSED to repair the damage they caused without opening another service ticket. All in all Clark is the worst company you can choose for work on anything. They're not a reputable business and do not care about their work or the groups of hard working volunteers that serve people in the community. Be sure to call Chris Newton at Newton Motor coach services LLC in Indiana if you have a bus. He truly cares and knows exactly what he's doing.Service: Brakes

They will overcharge for nothing. They put computer diagnostics worth more than a $100 while I told them straight what they I needed done. Their parts prices are 2X the regularly. I also time them and charged extra time for labour....that's straight up stealing! It is only that there's no -ve or minus stars coz that what they deserve

These guys here are awesome. I was in a bind having issues with my DPF filters and was almsot forced into doing the job myself in a hotel parking lot. I called them to ask a simple question amd after a few minutes on the phone they told me to bring my truck in to them to plug it up and check it out. And that they had some time that day to get me in when I got there. 1.5hrs later and $135 I was back out and running. Very knowledgeable and helpful group of guys. Any time I need work when im in Louisville, these guys will get my business.FYI its a tight little shop. Youll have to bobtail in.

We were traveling with our bus and got stranded in Shelbysville. After having her towed to Clarke Power Services they fixrd our bus for a very FAIR price and we are back on the road to Colorado! Thank you so much!!!
