If I could give it a zero I would they are horrible. People, sales people business people. It is a total sham. After talking to them we purchased a cash vehicle. Opting out of payment. It was good reliable and started no problem. Sounded good rode good. The only problem is. That any dealership, in the United States is not permitted to sell a car with no converter. They had removed the catalytic converters, replacing it straight pipe. So it was quiet, wasn t a rough ride, til it died. Less that 30 days after purchase. Not only is this shady business practices. Unethical, Breach of contract, bad faith business dealing and Federal epa violation. See after trying to be kind respectful and mannered. I still was given the brush off cold shoulder. New day new year and they and everyone else will know. NEVER PURCHASE FROM CIRCUS AUTO ON DIXIE HIGHWAY SHOULD BE OUT OUT OF BUSINESS . 01/24 it s crazy into another year without a response. Then,they haven t even sent in for my tag and the temp is ready to run out. Bad business all around I have filed every complaint thinkable for this. Hogwash car lot bad business dealings poor contact it really is full of clowns.

The cars here are raggedy. Once you drive off the lot the car WILL break down ... It might be the tire that blows out or the ac that stops working or your transmission goes out but something will break This is the only GUARANTEE you should trust.The service you get from Kentuckiana Finance next door is the POOREST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The hardly ever answer the phone and they DO NOT return calls when you leave voice-mails. I had to wait 2 hours in their dirty office for help and Steve refused to let my 4 year old grandson use the restroom. Steve's suggested I walk my disabled self to Taco Bell to use restroom.Don't expect your name or address to be protected as you can see the mail is out for everyone who comes in to see.When I first arrived after calling and getting no answer, the reception was sitting there on FaceTime on her cellphone eating a breakfast burrito.The entire staff is rude and condescending. When I suggested my situation was being handled unprofessionally Steve said "we been doing business this way for 50 years& we are still here" Yes these companies have been taking advantage of the poor and the young for 50 years with no regretI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO MY WORST ENEMY OR KENTUCKIANA FINANCE

For starters, I appreciate the fact that the salesman, was straight to the point and very helpful. His response time to me leaving a voicemail regarding a car was great.Upon arriving, others in his office were also very polite as well. This dealership actually allows you to do a real test drive, something I appreciate since other lots only want you to go around the corner. I would definitely do business with this dealership again!

Mr. Nash was wonderful. My credit is bad and some other buy here pay here lots want to put you through filling everything out just to tell you they can't help you. Sort of like let me kick you while you're down. I spoke to Mr Nash told him my situation. He was very upbeat said let's look at it and we can go from there. He took all my information came back with a number that we needed to put down for a down payment. Never did he make us feel like losers. Best car buying experience ever. Thank you Mr Nash for going above and beyond you have my business for life.

If I could give less stars I would. We bought a car here for our 17 year old. Her first car. Should be a fun experience but here we are 3 weeks in and it has been in a shop twice and had to have it towed last night cause she was stranded at night. Something every parent wants to worry about. I regret everything about doing business with them. The name should have been a dead give away. Oh and don't try to call cause they just hang up on you for stating facts. If you are reading this run! Run as far away as you possibly can!

David Nash will not disappoint !! , I didn t know if I would be able to get a car being that I had stuff on my credit ( nothing severe ) he was very nice very very nice he told me my options and said that I could pick any car that I wanted . It was quick ( we already had everything prepared before my arrival ) and as soons I got there I was in and out ! Highly recommend !

Circus Auto has been total game changer for me and my family. They financed me into a late model beautiful Volvo that has been excellent for the past three years and even went above and beyond on the pay off when I went to finance my first home. My credit has shot up almost 90 pts since I bought my car from them because they reported all of my on time payments. Chuck and Brandy have been always more than fare and always treated me with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this place for any of your transportation needs.

Chuck has been really good, he has worked with us with payments since I have been off work since last year do to medical reasons and still waiting on my disability to come in. Everyone that I have talked to has been very nice. My husband and I love our mini van we have with them and have no problems with it. A big thank you to Chuck and everyone

I just bought a 2003 Toyota Highlander off them Saturday since I got it it has over heated I payed 4500 for it I put 400 into to replace water pump to hope that what wrong with it. It was not.! The head gasket is the problem have I have tried calling owner lee will not answe pretty sure he blocked my number DO NOT SHOP HERE !!

I bought my 2011 Chevy Impala from them and it worked great for the first 2months then after that it slowly had problems. I took my car back several times to have it fixed them I get it back 3days later after they said it would only take a day, were rude and acted as if me asking was an inconvenience to them. Now I cant take it back and I have a leak in my emissions system and there's something wrong with my gas pedal. I've paid more than 3grand to this car since February early March and my balance still says the same like they're taking the money and not adding it to my account at all.

Manager is awesome. No matter the situation he is willing to help get u into a car. I have had my car almost a yr and very very happy with the staff and quality of my car. I will def buy again and continue passing my experience along to others that may need help getting into a car . no matter the credit or money situation

Great prices, horrible service!!! What kind of business are they running? I've been waiting over two months for my title. When you try to call, no one answers or the receptionist transfers you to a voicemail! And once you leave a message no one has the courtesy to call you back!Edit: I talked to one of the salesman, Corey, he has contacted me back to help resolve my situation and he was polite. Brandi the title clerk called back and said they were overwhelmed and the slow service is due to outside circumstances. They are busy but I think they need to focus on customer service also.

I didn't have a horrible experience. However, recently I began to have troubles with my vehicle. After running codes the mechanic asked me how long my check engine light had been on. I told him it had never come on. Well, come to find out my vehicle had no check engine light. It had been disconnected. I went in to their lot with the understanding that it was a buy-here pay-here lot. I have had no problems with my vehicle until this point. They worked with me if I couldn't pay my payment on time. I was completely satisfied up until this point. I wasn't even upset about the vehicle needing work. I, however, am upset that they were purposely deceitful. They KNEW they were selling it with no check engine light. And, they did it to purposely deceive the customer that bought the car. That person just happened to be me.

I just turned 18 in January, no credit. I went to circus auto, spent 30 minutes, suggested a down payment and Bruce got it for me. I put 1,000 down on a 2013 Dodge Dart and drove off the lot within the next 45 minutes. Hands down a great experience. Would definitely buy again.

They sold me a car that only lasted for 33 days. The transmission went out in it.. It was a 2015 Nissan Sentra. I paid 5500 for it. I knew something seemed weird about it because there were so much miles on it but the guy told me that there was not an issue with it. I took his word and bought the car and my transmission went out in it. My mechanic looked at it and said that there was water damage as if the car had been in a flood. I am going through a lawsuit now with that company though. They are very deceptive. DON'T BUY HERE!

The service is horrible and will never recommend this place to anyone. How do you refuse a payment to get current & take the car to auction it & sell it for less! Everyone there is trash including the cars
