October 1st 2023 my car got hit and was intended on being fixed. Fast forward almost 5 months later, insurance company ended up totaling it. Went without a car for sooo long. That car was MY baby! The first car I paid for on my own. I was upset about the whole situation as well as the claims process was not easy. So looking for a new car, I expected it to be very difficult, just like everything else. Boy was I wrong. Never had heard of this dealership but I am SO glad I came here. Everyone was amazing! I worked with Sean and Chris and they are hands down the best. They worked with me while I was waiting on the check from State Farm. Everything wasn t so serious, lots of jokes back and forth. I signed the paperwork and went out to go look at the car one more time, noticed there was some damage on the front fender and my heart sunk. Showed them and a couple days later when I picked up the car, you never noticed it was there. This dealership really cares about their customers. They definitely have my recommendation!

Great work, they worked out the best deal to fit me to any car/truck I wanted. The made the process super easy, explained anything that I asked them. First time at a dealership, this is the one I recommend!! Chase and Chris was extremely kind and thoughtful. They want you to drive a car home today! No matter what

I have to say I was very happy with the Professional help I received at Chris Hiser s Auto Sales on Wednesday with a 2020 Ford 150 . It has been a long time since I bought a Vehicle on Credit and Chris s Team made it happen . Being self employed can be hard these days to get approved and with a low rate and I mention to Them when I was ready to but a truck I was going to buy from Chris Hiser Auto Sakes and I kept my word If you ever need a vehicle give Chris Hiser Auto Sales they will take care of you. Ask for Rick Hiser , Chris Wilkerson , Chris Hiser , Chase Hiser they will help you out 100 percent. Thsnk you all

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe with the help of a young man named Chad Harbin. Chad was very professional and low pressure making the experience on lot a breath of fresh air. All of the people I came into contact with at Chris Hiser Auto Sales were professional and helpful. Yesterday I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from this fine establishment. Not only did I receive an excellent automobile; precisely the one I was looking for as well. I received Superior customer service that went far and above the service I was expecting at a car dealership. The gentleman who assisted me was Chad Harpin who made my experience an extremely pleasant one. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional he was respectful, honest and did not make me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone out there. I also recommend you ask for Chad as well. A true gentleman. Management I hope you take notice because you have a true gem there.

I went to the dealership today. I dealt with Chad the salesman. He was amazing there was no pressure, he was totally honest about everything! If he didn't know the answer to a question I had his answer was, I really don't know let me find out for you. I walked out today with the vehicle I wanted. I was so very happy and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I would definitely buy from them again! Thank you Chad for being so wonderful!

Chad was phenomenal. He took his time and explained both the pros and cons of each vehicle that I looked at. Never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Chad and the other staff were very friendly and went out of their way to review all financing options to ensure that I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. Overall, it was a very painless process and I highly recommend.

My name is Desmond Smith. On Saturday March 23 I had been to 3 car lots and got nothing not even given a chance. So I come to Chris Hiser Auto Sales my last stop. Well Chad Harbin came to help me. When I say Chad helped me he really went out of his way. He really had my attention when he said that they give people a second chance to finance, when others don t. He worked so hard to make sure I drove off this lot in a car. Keep in mind my credit is low and my financial situation is bad. The moral of the story is that I drove off the lot in a 2019 Lincoln MKC SUV!! I love!! At the payment range I asked to be in. So I suggest that if you looking for a car come on out to Chris Hiser Auto Sales and MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR CHAD HARBIN!!!!

Chris Haiser Auto is a very shady dealership. I was helping my mom with a used car purchase. She wanted a Cadillac and found a reasonably priced one here in KY but we live in Tn. I called the dealership and inquired about the car. A guy named Mario was my point of contact regarding the inquiry about the car. I asked him if there was any damage to the car and has it had been in any accidents. Mario stated that the car had no damage also no current issues. I received a video of the car and an overall view of its condition. The car looked fairly good for the year with over 80,000 miles on it. I asked if the car could be shipped and how much, also I inquired about having the car taken to a Cadillac Dealership to be looked at before purchase. I was quoted $1000 for the car to be shipped to TN, which is outrageous and they claimed to have no issue with us taking the car to be checked out. We were not paying $1000 for overpriced shipping, but my mom did not want to go on the count of her bad knee, and they claimed that she had to be there. Upon arriving, the whole purchase from start to finish was a flop. We got there to test drive the car and the first sign of issues was the rotors. The bald white guy who I assume is the owner, test-drove the car as well and confirmed the issue. The owner tried to lowball the price of new rotors and brakes, he asked me to price them and he would take money off the car because they wouldn t fix the issue there knowing we came from TN. That was the first sign to take the car to the Dealership but the owner wanted to talk us out of it claiming that we would be wasting money plus it was getting closer to the end of the business day and we did not want to be stuck paying more money to be in KY over the weekend. My mom was in bad knee pain and she wanted the horrible experience with the sale of the car to be over. So she bought the car with an auto loan check from her bank that was double the amount of the purchase of the car. We stopped to grab lunch in the area and discovered a bubble in the firewall of the driver-side tire. I called around to find a tire and no one had that size tire in stock. The car had run-flat tires on it so it came with no spare. We had to pray the whole way home that the car would not catch a flat, by the grace of god it did not. My mom had the brakes and tires put on the next day along with having to buy 4 brand new tires that cost $1100 because the car was all-wheel drive and she also bought a warranty on her own after her experience with the car. Lastly, my mom was waiting on her tags and she called to inquire about them, and the title was never sent off, claiming they had to find the title. A month went by and my mom was still without her tags and the temp tags had expired. She called and inquired about the status of the tags. She was sent a check that did not cover the tags only the taxes and she had to pay an extra $300 for the tags. She called them and told them they did not send enough to cover the tags. Whatever B.S. that was told, my mom was very upset and felt taken advantage of and it made me feel like I did not do my best to find her a great car. Which I did not do from this dealership, this was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car and it wasn t even for me. Word of advice . Before you purchase a car from this dealership, have it properly inspected by a car repair professional and make sure everything is in order before you leave the lot.

If you re looking for a car stop by and talk to Andrew!!! When I say 5 service that s exactly what I mean!!! He s awesome!!! Had a hiccup and he came right through and made sure I was ALL THE WAY TOGETHER!!! Go see him and spend them dollars with him! UPDATED *** My wife had been looking for a few years but never found one within her wants and needs that fit our budget. Chris and Andrew helped us.This place is horrible. Never will I ever recommend nor buy a vehicle from this place. They say they will fix something and help you, and they never do it nor fix the issue. Check engine light has been on about a week after we bought the pos.

I drove from Florida to Louisville on my way home to Ohio just to deal with Chris Hiser Auto, especially CHAD! Chad was so responsive & helped put me in my champagne pink MemememeMERCEDES....truly a pleasure dealing with all & if I were you, I would pull in & buy something, cool cars on the lot, but I got the BEST car, of course ;) WOOHOOO CHAD, WELL DONE, very pleased &. truly appreciate all efforts!! I sent my Cuban friend Pavel to Chris Hiser auto sales after watching Frank Parrinos video on Facebook, offering to help all his fellows Latinos friends and family getting a car no matter what the financial situation was. My friend Pavel couldn't get approved in any car lot that we went to. So One day While scrolling through Facebook I saw Franks advertisement at Chris Hiser auto Sales and told my friend to try one last time and I sent him to see Frank. Let me tell you Frank at Chris Hiser auto sales delivered what he promised annd went above and beyond to help Pavel getting approved and get a car. I couldn't believe my hears when my friend called me from the dealership and told me that he got approved and he was getting a car! But when that night he showed up at my house on a beautiful black Infiniti Q50 I was in shock. After so many tries, disappointment and many many hours spent at numerous car lot Frank was able to bless my friend and his family with the right car for all their needs and made my friends dream come true. Frank and Chris Hiser autos sales team did an amazing job. I can't thank all of you enough for treating my friend like family and changed his life when no one could. I have not enough words to thank Frank and everyone involved for such hard work and an amazing customer service making the impossible POSSIBLE for my friend and his family. I will let everyone now how you guys make a difference among every car lot that we went to and how Frank KEPT HIS WORD AND DELIVERED WHAT HE PROMISED OVERCOMING THE CHALLANGE THAT NO ONE COULD.
