Came in to have a touch screen and back up camera installed on Friday. Was told it would not be done till sometime before they close today on Saturday at 3pm. It was not finished until 4pm and I received my car with scratched and chunks takin out of my center console. Only one speaker is now working and my car is in arguably worse condition then it was coming in.. they closed and left right as I got my car and before I could realize what damage was actually done. I will be contacting you on Monday to figure this out because this is NOT ok. the radio was not even put in flush... last picture is before the damage// EDIT!! After taking it in the next business day they took care of me 100% fixed everything and even ordered me a new center console to replace the damaged! Would recommend! They stand on their word and I ll do business with them again

Very helpful fellas..1st time in I bought amp wiring install kit,I picked the salesman brain a little bit to see if he was legit or not ,but boom he answered my questions fast and confident and correctly so I went back next day and bought some door speakers ...A++++

Needed new tires on the 93 Softail. Also wanted to replace the chrome alloy wheels with a set of chrome spokes. A full fluid change, basic service and detail job have the bike looking and running great.

They put tires on my wife's van that were not the correct load rating for the van, and they inflated them to double the max stated on the tire. Only realized this three weeks after when our TPMS was going crazy, and the owner of the store stated that he would not do anything for us. My wife and kids could have been killed by this mistake, and the owner gave us the "not my problem". If that's the kind of person you want to give your money to, by all means. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I think this picture says enough. I dropped my brand new car off to have LED strip lights installed a few weeks ago. Got the car back, everything seemed to be working fine, until I went to open my trunk later. The power lift gate beeped and wouldn t open. My father, an electrician, opened the fuse box to see that the power to the lights had been sloppily wrapped around the fuse to the point the trunk no longer opened and left a fire hazard. Clearly, based off other one star reviews this establishment lacks ownership for their mistakes so I didn t even bother to call. My father and I have been working to fix the lights properly on our own and I can assure you I will not be returning nor will I be recommending their services to anyone I know

I had a 4 speaker setup with 2 amps and a bluetooth EQ on my Harley Davidson Roa glide. I also order a pulley 2 spoke wheels 2 tires with white, I 've been a customer since I was 16. I now 41 Great work as always,

I had Lance and Rob do a simple 2 speaker upgrade in the fairing, add an amp and re-flash the head unit. I'm literally in awe at the sound difference when compared to stock. These guys know their stuff & stand behind their products and their work.If you are or have been debating about upgrading the audio system on your bike, just DO IT! It will enhance your riding experience exponentially!No, I don't know these guys and no, this ain't a paid endorsement. I just like to give people credit when they deserve it!

They have done everything that isn t stock to my SUV. Inexpensive and professional place to get car work done. The bull guard they installed saved the life of my car in a head on collision going 25 mph . Crumpled the guard yes and warped my unibody frame slightly but absolutely no exterior damage sustained.

I had my old school music rewire there I was over charge and one of the workers told me and I said something about it and they gave me some of my money back but my music still wasn't right. But when the real man Brad was alive that was the best place to go but when he's wife and son took over I had to find somewhere else to go I go to sound factory on Broadway now because car stuff is full of scams and over priced

They installed Rockwell lights on son's jetta. It caused engine light to trip, but they have found the resolution and will be getting the lights re-installed soon. The owner(mom) is just beautiful in every way, especially with amazing customer service. Thanks again so much, be back soon, Chris

Went to Car Stuff for a new set of speakers for my car. The install was clean and the speakers sound amazing. They answered all my questions (that I could have just googled) very knowledgeably and kindly.

Customer service was amazing owner was even nice enough to give me a ride home while my car audio was being installed. After 3 months, Sound system sounds great and haven t had any issues. Would definitely recommend

Had subs and amp installed a few months back. Thought everything was good until my airbag light on my dash popped up. Other problem was my car kept on dying. Took it back to them and they tried to clear the code and didn't work. The light was never on before I brought it to them, they claimed no liability even though they're suppose to warranty their work. Tested the battery and they said it had a dead cell. Cool, bought a new battery and it was still dying. Gave up and went to the dealership to figure out why I had the code. Turns out, all of my fuses were in the wrong spots in my fuse box on my passenger side, which is why the airbag light was on. They said whoever installed my subs and amp did a terrible job putting the fuses back together. They also said the reason why my battery died in the first was because the amp was on 24/7 even when my car was turned off which caused the issue in my previous battery. Took my car to xtreme auto sound to get the work redone and didn't have any more issues afterwards.I've spent hundreds of dollars just to fix the mistakes this place inconvenienced me with. I've took two of my previous cars here before to get subs and amp installed as well as other work done with no issues years back. Maybe it was a different installer back then. Ricky was the one who installed everything so be sure to steer clear of him if you ever go to this place.

Woke up the day after Christmas, called about getting a subwoofer installed, walk ins open and available. Did it take some time? Yes, BUT quick work isn t always good work and this is DEFINITELY a solid install with QUALITY equipment. I ll be coming back for all my lights and audio needs for sure!!

I went in the store today to purchase a new stereo for my vehicle, well I had gone back in October to purchase something that I didn t end up needing and they told me I had 200$ in store credit. Well I went in there today not expecting it to still be valid, and they were super friendly about it and after they told me to look for the transaction on my bank app due to the fact I had lost receipt, they honored it! Thanks Curt and Curt s mom! You guys rock! And I will continue to use Car stuff for all my vehicle needs.

If i could give them a 0 i would. My boyfriend got an amp set up in his car from them and when his car proceeded to have the RPMs to go up and lights to dim after having it installed he went back and they told him it was fine, he went and got a second opinion from another trusted mechanic and they said DO NOT plug it up it WILL fry the car. Also the owner is very arrogant, as you can see from them replying to previous comments. I DO NOT recommend them.

Brought bike into Bike Stuff and completed service requested to electrical devices both promptly and professionally. They are my go to for any type of service needs for both auto and motorcycle. Prices are fair and quality products. The whole staff is great and the Queen at the front desk has it all under control!!Thanks Again!!

Went to get a new radio put in. They told me it would take about 30 min... took 2 hours. Understaffed and not very nice employees. Once they put in my radio they tried to hide the fact that they put it in wrong. Now my radio has a hissing noise. When I called to see if they could do anything they told me " It's the radio you bought". Looked at reviews of the radio and the reviews say there is nothing wrong with it. Now I have to figure it out myself because "there's nothing they can do." Also looking through the reviews and instead of owning their mistakes they blame everyone else. WHY? Very unprofessional.

Awesome quality work and products at a very fair price. All staff is professional and very friendly. I did not feel like I was being oversold anything, as they kept my needs and budget in mind when showing me various options for a subwoofer install. I got windows tinted on my Tesla Model X, and it came out great! Highly recommended.

In my opinion it is not a serious place. I paid up front to put fog lights on, they did a poor job, leaving the plastics out, falling off and scratched. When I complained, then they said they would fix it, but later they told me that the piece was too big and did not fit well. I asked for my money back, and they only returned less than half, and I also lost my entire morning there, it is a place that I never go to again. Pay for something they didn't do.Hey friend, Let's tell the truth. I took the wrong parts, because the seller told me they were the correct ones. When you saw them he said yes, at no time did he tell me they were wrong. They did the installation, and they told me: It's ready, you can go. I watched, and I saw the botched thing that was done and yet they kept quiet, I don't know, they thought I'm blind. So, when I complained about the unprofessional work, then it was that you told me that it was not the right piece, I ask: who is the professional, you or me? The least you should do, out of seriousness and respect for the client, was to have given a credit (I paid in advance, a mistake I made, but I learned from you), give me time to find the correct lights and you do the installation. Also, now, the two original covers (Fog Light Bezel) do not fit well, because they were abruptly broken, so, will you pay for them?

Local and family owned. Very knowledgeable and patient. I had my stereo installed a few months ago. An issue came up with my head unit, they tried a few things and then upgraded me to the next model to resolve the issue. Highly recommended! Will be back!

Finally a shop that IS reasonable priced!They installed a wire for my grille through my trucks firewall for $40 when a shop down the road said $200!!They are so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in and don t try to push any products on you.Extremely knowledgeable staff with all things I had asked even on remote starts.I will highly recommend them to family/friends for anything vehicle related (audio/electrical)

The Staff there was great. With that being said it is a store with its own rules. Its not a corporation like best buy where everyone has to be on their best behavior. They are just real down to earth people. Nice folks with PG-13 language and side talk. I went in looking for a very basic subwoofer setup. I didn't want to bang down the block our blow out my windows. I simply wanted a little more bass. That is exactly what I got by the time I left. The older man there was straight forward and helped me pick out what I needed I spent a little over $300 for subs and amp with installation. Everything sounds great and I'm pleased with the install. I was in and out in an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a car stereo just expect the experience to be "NOT so retail". They don't BS you, they focus on your needs to get you the results your looking for. This place is definitely worth the stop whether your shopping around or looking to buy.

Took them 5+ hours to complete a 3 hour job, then tell me it s 20 minutes to being done and an hour and a half later i finally get checked out. No one in the store seemed to have any sense of urgency. Wasted my entire day and do not recommend coming here if you want your car done in a timely manner. Great prices but I m willing to pay more for timely service.

Car stuff is one of the best car audio stores I've ever been to. Brad is one of the most helpful and very knowledgeable of the products he sells. They are not one of them stores who wont install items not bought from them. They will guide you though the process thoroughly and you will be happy. They also help you decide the equipment that is best for your install. No upsells here. Very friendly place that is very good at what they do. 5 star!!!

The only place in Louisville I will ever go for my car needs, they beat any prices around hands down! I will always recommend them to everyone, they treat you like family from the moment you walk in! The whole crew at car stuff are very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend going to car stuff!!!!
