Hoping I have the right group. I needed a windshield repair on a semi. (Can't make $ when you can't drive it) No one else could do it within a week. They got it done in less than 24 hours. These guys were so fast, extremely professional and did a great job. My company is so impressed we will have you on speed dial for the future!

Had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but totally worth it! They kept me updated throughout the whole process and my car was ready quicker than expected. Kyle was super informative and always available to answer any questions.

So I was forced to go to Caliber for an estimate on my QX80 from my insurance company. The day of the accident ( car was parked and a semi backed into it) my adjuster made and appointment for the estimate and I called and confirmed. I spoke to them a couple of days later and they confirmed again. I get a call the morning of the appointment and they say that they don't have me down that day. ( Why call if I wasn't coming in? ) They said that they had an opening in about three weeks for the estimate because they didn't have anyone to do the estimate. But... I could drop it off and they could start on it immediately. Huh?? They then called me back and said that (miracle of miracles) they could do the estimate that day. The guy did a quick estimate that was missing alot of the damage that the car had by about 6 grand. They kept trying to get me to drop it off that day. I asked if I could see some of their work and he told me no because his regional manager was there and he would get in trouble. Again... huh? He wasn't very pleasant during the process. Of course why would I take leave my vehicle at a company who lost their BBB accreditation (June '23) and have had lawsuits for fraud? (California '04)I would find a better solution. I will be pushing my insurance company to find a better solution than sending their clients to this franchise.

I would recommend Caliber Collision for your car repairs, they keep you informed about your car, they have it back within the time frame or early, they are very pleasant and friendly and done an awesome job on my car!

I stumbled onto this shop by accident. My daughter's car was hit and the preferred shop for the guys insurance is Caliper Collision in Louisville. I received a call saying they couldn't do the repairs because there was old/existing damage underneath. I argued that she was hit from behind before and that was all repaired through the last claim. The guy who broke the news to me is named Kyle. Kyle took pictures of all the damage that was rusted. It seems as though my insurance companies preferred shop covered almost 3000.00 worth of life saving structure with a shiny new bumper. After going round and round with old shop(review coming soon) and our insurance company, they decided to reopen the claim (smart move on them). If I didn't have Kyle M walking me through this process, I would have been screwed. Caliper Collision will always have my business because of the help and speedy service that they provided for my daughter. I cannot speak for the other Caliper shops but I can speak for Louisville and their star who saved the day, Kyle M.Thank you KyleThe Gideons

Caliber Collision performed body shop work to my 2023 Hyndai Elantra and got it back to new again. Appreciate the continuous feedback during the process from pick up by the tow truck to delivery. The car had alot of quarter panel damage and they did an excellent job returning it to original condition. Crystal, Charles, Bruce and Tom all provided great input and customer services. After being involved in a hit and run my insurance company helped me select this shop for repairs. Originally I was setup for just an estimate but after seeing the damage they accepted my vehicle that day. I received daily updates and my vehicle was ready a day earlier than scheduled. They did a great job informing me when my car would be done and got it done prior to the expected dated. They sent text updates as my car was being worked on. They were excellent with communication. We took our vehicle to Caliber Collision after getting rear ended. Not only were they able to get us in fairly quickly, they also were very expeditious in turning the car around. They did not settle for sub-quality OEM parts that had defects, but reordered parts to ensure our vehicle looked as good as possible. They also offered a rental car when OEM parts coming in were defective and we had to wait longer than anticipated. While I hope I don t have to use them again as nobody wants to be involved in an accident, I would not hesitate to take my car there again.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

After I was involved in an accident, my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. I was skeptical because of their location on the Outer Loop. To my great surprise they are an extremely high level, professional shop. They were able to repair my vehicle in record time when other shops were months out to even look at it. After fixing the damage, they vacuumed out the car and washed the windows before giving it back. I never expected this. Crystal, the front desk person, remembered who I was when I walked in to get my car, as did the gentleman who did my intake inspection. I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough. There are not enough stars or thumbs up to show how absolutely fabulous it feels to be treated so well. CC will be getting my business in the future.
