I absolutely loved the experience and the people! Chris and Cory were God sent and helped us so much! They were on it and answered any questions we had! I absolutely love my new car! The process is lengthy but so worth it!Go see them!!!! Ask for Chris! He was amazing and I felt so comfortable around him! He cuts up and plays but is serious when need be!

This place is great!!!! Chris Conn was wonderful in getting us in a vehicle and making sure we got what we wanted and drove off the lot in our new vehicle today. He made sure we understood the whole process, had a great experience.

No one answers the phone. Mailbox is always full. They lie to you about repairs, and costs. Horrible dealership. You d be better off somewhere else1 month later and the service is still POOR My service appointment was weeks ago and still nothing. I ve suggested my jobs is on the line and they have no suggestions for me. They barely answer the phone. VM are always full. They have poor communication. They ve told me my car is next to be looked the last 3 days. They should not be selling cars that need fixed. My engine was just replaced a couple months ago. My car has a new alternator, has been serviced regularly. The service department took the radio from my car to put it in someone else who wanted a backup camera while I was in service. I got my car back and had no backup camera. No matter how bad of a situation or how bad your credit is please stay away from JD Byrider. You will pay for a brand new car while having a beater.

Went today to find out if my husband could get approved for a car and Corey helped us out. He was very friendly and really understood our situation and talked to us throughout the whole process. Overall we had a great experience and by the end of it, we left in a new car that he was truly happy with. Thanks so much for all the help Corey!

Let me tell you. I have been a SAHM for 10 years! I only went back to work almost 90 days ago. My credit is terrible. I went to JD Byrider and to be honest I figured I wouldn t be leaving with a car! I went in and spoke to Doug and he was the nicest most genuine car salesman I have ever dealt with. The manager of the store Mark was super nice too! They went above and beyond to get me in the car I WANTED. They didn t even bother to show me other cars. They knew the one I wanted and they worked and got me in it! I am shocked! I still can t believe it. I did it on my own!!! Doug was so nice and sat and chatted with me the whole time I was there. Other car people don t even bother to talk to you they just want you out the door so they can make money off the next person. There was a hiccup with the car I bought but it was fixed within an hour!!! I will def be keeping in touch with Doug and Mark. They are truly nice people. Thanks Doug and Mark!!! I still can t believe it!!UPDATE: I regret 100% buying from this place. I bought my car in Jan of 2023 and already had to have the engine replaced. Now since it being replaced there is a new noise and banging in my front end. What a terrible place who takes advantage of people trying to get on top and fixing credit. Never again will I go here or support them!

No bad words at all about this company. I been carless almost a month while they replaced my engine but haven't missed a day of work. I greatly appreciate them doing what they could to get me back on the road. I've also referred 2 people and they both left with a vehicle. So if you need a car I definitely recommend shopping with this car lot. The manager lady Shannon deserves some type of customer service award because she is on her game and will try her best to right anything you feel is wrong or unfair.

Went here today got approved for a Buick Enclave. I tell you Chris and Corey are the ones hunny they really show that they care and they help you to get approved. Thanks Chris and Corey I love my SUV. Go get yall a car from here they really take their time we was there until 9:30 pm. And there was no rushing or nun.I will show pics later my husband is out running errands

Dont go, If you do it might cost you more, all they care for is your money and making deals because their word holds no meaning. Sold me a bad car after 2weeks the engine light came on and the transmission went out.Im stuck paying for rides to work, their car payment and required insurance.#putitoniceNormally i buy my car straight out. Life lesson listen to your gut feeling go against IT YOU WILL PAY EVERYTIME.

Let me tell you I was so over being told "No" from so many other places,It's right after the holidays so getting a new car was not what I was hoping to be doing at the time but a situation arised unexpectedly and I had just about given up. Went out on a limb and did the Pre-approval online, got a text from Chris. I explained my situation, I don't have the best credit, I didn't have thousands for a down payment and that I didn't think he would be able to help me, but you know what HE DID.Chris and Cory went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I was not going to leave disappointed like I had been doing at every other carlot.I have a very strict work schedule and live in Indiana the guys even stayed late to ensure that I would be able to be helped. I told Chris everything I needed and also what I wanted in my next ride which of course I didn't think it would be possible to give me the space,the look, the quality vehicle I needed and wanted yet still make sure it was something I could truly afford and wouldn't put me in over my head. But Chris and Cory checked EVERY BOX.So many car lots talk about how they are "for their customers" but really they aren't. These guys ARE!! AND with their unique warranty and extras I know and can rest assured that they will continue to have my back! Byrider on Preston have themselves lifetime customers in my family and I. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

I made my first BIG car purchase, a 2014 Chevy Equinox, from Michael Bodiford at Byrider. I would definitely recommend Mike to family and friends. I felt he and his colleagues Chris and Corey, had my best interests in mind, they weren't pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with Mike to buy your next vehicle! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, he really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality and a great deal. The best part Mike stayed in touch with me the entire time and the next steps which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I highly recommend you talk to Mike if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. My experience purchasing a car from Byrider on Preston Hwy Louisville,KY was excellent. Had an internal water pump replaced. Took 36 days to get my car back. Picked it up and it had a flat tire. Asked service to put air in it for me and noticed cosmetic damage to my interior door jamb and the underside of my door that consisted of dents from where my door is now off track. Service told me to bring it by the next morning. I left and drove for two miles at highway speeds and thought the hood was going to fly open. Upon pulling over I observed that the hood was in fact latched so the severe vibration was a concern. Noticed service didn t reinstall my foam engine cover and the car smelled of a strong burning odor. Took vehicle back to dealership same day where the owner was of no assistance other than offering to replace my engine cover. He instructed me to call my finance company in regards to my concerns. The next morning the car was idling rough and even shut off twice. Ran diagnostics on it which is throwing codes for two different cylinder misfires as well as O2 sensors. Informed the GM of my newest issues and was told I would receive a call back. Terrible experience. Still awaiting some sort of resolution to my issues.

Mike was excellent help. I was a little discouraged didn't think I was going to get a car but he made my dream come true I wish their were more people like him at these car lots. I would refer him to anyone in need of looking for a car. Excellent man

I had a great experience. Chris was a really cool guy worked with me on everything and got me in a vehicle. Lengthy process but I promise it s worth it, every second!! If you have thought about getting a vehicle come here don t second guess it. For those people looking for a vehicle and have been looking for a long time like me and don t have a lot of money this the place for you let this review be a decider for you this where you need to be!!!
