They could've told me how much a part cost over a phone call, but insisted it had to be run through diagnostics, which is $200. Then after they run diagnostics, but only for a singular issue, they tell you the part price and wow. If you're going to get your driver air bag fixed, it's going to start at a grand.

I do not recommend Nissan Service in Shively. I have used this service department multiple times for my 2021 Rogue. The stock tires on my Rogue have only given me issues (4 flats) and I ve had the car less than 2 years. I ve dealt multiple times with Mike who is incredibly unhelpful and incapable of delivering the service they say they ll provide .The first flat I ever had was plugged. I took my tire to the service department on a Saturday. I informed them the tire could probably be plugged and I was told to file the claim they would have to order the tire regardless. The service department never looked at my tire. I was told the tire would not be in until Monday. I called and spoke with Mike on Monday who said the tire didn t arrive. I again informed him, the tire only needed to be plugged. I called and spoke with Mike multiple times over the next few days and my tire did not arrive until Thursday. He stated the delay was because it was a special order tire. I get there Thursday and am told the tire only needs to be plugged and asked I don t know why they didn t just plug it for you? . My problems could have been solved the previous weekend.The next negative transaction was my 4th flat. This occurred on a Thursday. The tire was completely blown- I knew it would need to be ordered. The service department now requires an appointment for most things so I made appointment for the following Wednesday. I called and spoke with Mike the Friday after my flat informing him to order my tire for Wednesday. He said he would make sure it was there. I showed up Wednesday and was informed they did not have the tire in stock and they would have to order it.The lack of customer care, attention to detail and follow through from this service department is unacceptable. I gave the company plenty of notice of what was needed and no follow through occurred. Save your money, don t buy a car from this dealership and use a different service company for your needs.Service: Tires

Came in for a pre-ordered/ pre-paid key fob. Kept the truck for 30 mins and returned it after inspection stating key is on back order, so totally wasted trip.
