The mechanics world has a reputation of taking advantage of others who are perceived to not have knowledge and Bumper to Bumper proved that. I went in yesterday asking for specific parts and was talked to as if I did not know what I was doing, which is incredibly frustrating. A lack of knowledge does not equate to a lack of skill. In addition to that Elias let me walk right out of that shop missing parts I originally asked for the first time. Pretty telling he couldn't look me in the eye today while I did my return. I would be wary if you're younger looking or femme presenting getting parts here.

Very helpful, plenty staff. Addressed as soon as inside . Needs more direction to where walk ins enter due to several signed bumper to bumper buildings.

Love love these guys they're so helpful affordable and efficient. Called ahead had my order ready!! just make sure you arrive before 4:30 when the Warehouse closes. They save me a lot of money thank you!!

Great place nice people, I ve been going here for about 2 years. They always have the part I m looking for on a great price! When I call they are always quick to answer the phone. I ve built almost 2 cars with all parts from bumper to bumper, Monty is always the nicest guy and always willing to help, and also Lisa. She s always there to answer my questions.! When I asked to bring the part to the front cause I m on my way it s always there when I arrive, I will tell everyone I know to come shop with bumper to bumper!!!!!!!

I was so surprised when the exchanged a part I had purchased. They went above and beyond in my opinion. We as consumers can spend our money in many locations.... This is why I shop here. They got u covered bumper to bumper.

This is the 3rd time that they have given us the wrong parts even when we come in with their part number. We clearly stated we needed oil and fuel filter and the come back with an air filter. After waiting over 45 minutes to find the wrong part the expected us to wait longer for them to find it again. So they get someone else to help us and he finds it in the system immediately off the part # number we gave them. They charge the card and we wait another 20 minutes and they say they can't find it in the warehouse. I highly suggest that if you're running a business to not shop here they need more training and a more efficient system of locating parts in a timely manner. Needless to say,we got our money back and they never found the part after wasting an hour of our time. We went straight to orilleys and were out with the correct pats in less than 10 minutes

The reason I gave 1 star is I have a 2012 charger you all are a 5 star auto parts company I come in there just to get valve stems replacement part for my air conditioning and was told we dont have those but you can take yours out and bring them in and we can try and match something up for you our system doesn't carry any parts number for those!?!?!? Well what? Then ride right to auto advance and in 2 minutes they handed me the whole package well done auto advance

Best place , Cheaper than else on my 97 Z28 lt1 with a 6 speed and bought a new starter for $115 everyone elsewhere wanted $160 for the same starter.
