Doug is the man! Great service and products. He helped me pick out a new grill after my old one got trashed by a storm. Didn't try to upsell me - just needed something to cook food and last a long time. Same prices as the big box stores with the extra touch of free delivery and haul-a-way. Shop local, buy local. There aren't too many gems like this left.

I love shopping local at brownsboro hardware. They stock some of the best products like Benjamin Moore paint and big green egg products. The staff is always eager to help with any questions. 5 stars.

We WILL NOT be supporting this business anymore. Always had great service and help under Jim, the previous owner, but unfortuanly, Doug Carroll, the new owner, needs to learn respect for all customer and employees.

Awesome Weber Grill. Great pricing and free delivery. The grill is really nice, took guys over two hours to set up & get going. This is my 3rd Weber from Brownsboro, everyone was very polite & helpful from ordering with Doug to the install guys. Fantastic!

This place is impressive! I have never walked in without being greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Very knowledgeable staff with experts in just about every department. Jim, Reg, David, and Mike and Will and Tony and both Joes and a new guy named Dave are all great in helping out or finding the expert to deliver excellent service. I can t wait to go back again, even if I don t need anything. Thanks everyone I ll see ya soon!

Support your local hardware store, many employees ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. Outstanding customer service. Very large selection of specialty screws, specialty nuts, and bolts. Again, employees ready to help and find what you need.

Our favorite hardware store. You ll be greeted immediately upon entering and they are very knowledgeable. Great place to buy quality paint, and they do an excellent job of paint matching.

I just had Tony repair my Traeger wood-pellet grill. He did a fantastic job and was very diligent, making sure it heated up and kept the right temperature. The staff are so friendly and helpful, no matter what problems you have.

Purchased a Weber grill from Brownsboro Hardware based on the recommendation from a friend. He said the customer service was awesome. Well, I visited on two occasions, one to research and the other to purchase. Great & friendly help, delivered my grill during very inclement winter conditions. Great experience, highly recommend!

We purchased our weber genesis grill about eight months before we could take delivery. Brownsboro hardware and paint held that grill for us without any problem and were very nice each time I called to check on it. The delivery and installation was perfect, and we are loving this grill.

Employees are super helpful!!! It was my first time in the store but it definitely will not be the last. The employees greeted me at the door and took me exactly to the item I needed, no small task as the store contains tens of thousands of products. I was able to get in and out in a few minutes instead of wandering countless aisles. A great shopping experience.

This is the place to go for quality service, expertise and great advice. It may not be the largest hardware store in town, but they have practically everything most people need, or will order it for you in a few days. They also have a tremendous selection of assembled grills, smokers and grilling supplies. I love my Traeger smoker and use it several times per week. They also carry the different pellets.

Very knowledgable, friendly staff. Not like big box stores, they don't hide from you. Purchased a Weber grill and they delivered it on time, set up and ready to use and at a great price. Love dealing with local small biz like this!

Brownsboro Hardware & Paint is absolutely the best. I have lived in the neighborhood for 19 years, and this is my go-to place for great products and excellent customer service. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, and the owner leads the way in helping everyone. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and work with people who care so much about their customers (unlike the "big-box" stores). Kudos to the owners and employees for operating a business that adds so much value to the community!

We just purchased a Weber Spirit Il grill from Brownsboro Hardware they provided a turnkey purchase without issue. We have been using this store for all our hardware needs and they provide professional and helpful service all the time. Nice this day and age almost forgot what it was like.

This store is one of my favorites. They not only carry Benjamin Moore paints, but they have a fine selection of brushes and other accessories for painting, as well as a myriad of other hardware supplies to meet your needs. Store is beautifully arranged. It's easy to navigate. The employees are super-friendly and extremely helpful. This reminds me of the days before big box stores when shopping for materials felt personal. I'm going back there today. So excited.

When Home Depot did not carry the item needed for my new TV, they recommended this place. I was greeted at the door. I explained what I was looking for and he new exactly where to look. He spent several minutes looking for alternative screws for my TV mount as the ones I wanted were not in stock. Bought his solution; longer screws with a few washers which worked out perfectly. Quick and easy!

Went here to buy a new Weber grill because they had it in stock and Lowes and Home Depot had to order and ship it. Boy, are we glad we did. Not only was it the same price as those big stores, but they assembled it, delivered it and hauled our old heavy massive gas grill away for FREE! The gentleman who delivered the grill even took a few minutes to show me how to use the new grill. Where can you find that kind of customer service these days? Why shop at those big chain stores when you can support local shops and get better service? I'll shop here when I need hardware from now on!

Excellent service. I purchased a Weber Grill and the sales staff was very helpful in explaining the different features of the models. Prices were very competitive. Delivery and set-up was smooth and on time.

Wow! That sums it up.This place is a gem, they have hard to find items and super staff, I needed some rubber gasket material and I walked into this place, was greeted, and they took me right to it!The store front really doesn't show how large this place is, it has two floors!Prices were reasonable and they had such a good selection of hard to find items.

Really like this place. I went there to buy a grill for a Christmas present and it was the week of Christmas. They didn't have the one I wanted, but they offered to order one and have it delivered before the day. The employees are very knowledgable and helpful. This type of local store and atmosphere is definitely better than the large chain hardware stores. Although it will be a drive for me, from now on, this will be where I go for hardware and housing needs.

Wonderful service! Great job from everyone. The guys delivered it to our house on 4th of July for my husband's surprise birthday gift. They did a great job of explaining how the grill worked.

Bought a Traeger series 340.....best money I ever spent! Very helpful and knowledgeable inside store with all my questions and needs. Had it delivered, even changed the day mid week......they still knocked it out of the park, no problem! Would recommend them highly to anyone.
