Very friendly and professional during every phone conversation and in person. Cheapest place I could find to install my quarter window and they even suggested finding the window itself online since no vendors had it in stock. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Would and will recommend to everyone for their window needs!

They fixed my power window in 2 hours and it was way cheaper than I expected. All new parts too. Friendly and honest. These guys are truly a life saver. Highly recommend

Maury and Ben took great care of me. They ordered the specialty windshield I needed, did the work quickly and even managed to save my RiverLink sticker! They worked with insurance so once I filed the claim, all I had to do was hand over and pick up the keys. Great service! We ve had two windshields replaced by Brill and have found them to be skilled, friendly, and easy to work with. When we had a minor issue on one of them that required some follow up they were accommodating and understanding. They worked to resolve the issue for us and did not charge us for it. They demonstrated commitment to their customers. I recommend them for any auto glass issues you may have!

Extremely well priced. Fastest service I've experienced. Got me in within a day, and then after saying it would take most of the day, called me 2.5 hours later to pick it up. Brill is legit the best auto glass shop around

We are so thankful to Brill! They were able to fix my window within hours of us calling them. They had to order the window for my husband s car, and offered to keep it overnight since we don t have a garage. His car was ready first thing the next morning.

Talk about exceptional service. Had a rock crack my windshield on the highway. Called the very next morning when they opened and got right in. Even took me to work a few blocks away. Had my vehicle done by noon the same day. Great people and great company. Way to go Brills.

They replaced my door window today (after someone smashed it) on a 15-year-old Cadillac. I called first, they took me immediately, and had me done in less than an hour. They even cleaned out all the broken glass for me. They were friendly and competent and efficient and reasonably priced ($125). What more can you ask for?

I run a dumpster company. Keeping my vehicles tip top is a priority. They helped me put a rear view mirror in a truck did a Good job, then on a personal vehicle knocked out a rear windshield quickly and for an affordable price. Keep thos local business rocking.

They do good work but they can be unfriendly and condescending. They said things that made me feel like I was being talked down to. I could have done the repairs myself if I had the tools. So, good work, bad attitude. But maybe the two dudes who were unfriendly were having a bad day, or a lovers' quarrel. Either way, my window rolls up and down now and at the end of the day, that's what I wanted.

What small business is about. Had an air leak on a windshield replacement done in another state. They made an attempt to seal it and told me not to worry about payment if it didn't work, just to bring it back and they would remove the windshield and they would re-install it from square one. I priced the windshield removal ,and it was less than I've paid back home in Texas. If you need glass work, don't waste your time elsewhere.

Brill handled my rear-window resealing politely and professionally. The results look great and the price was fine ($75 total for a rear window removal, cleanup, and install/reseal).

I needed some replacement glass for entry door. The clerk quickly let me know they don't carry that type of glass, and provided a name and number to another business that does.Great non-customer Care!!!

The man that answers the phone is very rude. He told me 3 to 4 hours to replace a back window. I drove straight there and then he says I needed to leave it 5 to 6 hours. He then got very hateful and rude when I said he had just told me it would be 3 to 4 hours just minutes before. I would not recommend or ever go back!

We're from SW Wisconsin and had someone break into our car... within 30 minutes of getting there they had the window replaced. Very VERY nice guys!!!
