At 1st the service was okay, they told me they couldn't do my breaks. Which was fine! But due to them not making sure the hood of my car was completely closed it flew up while I was driving and is now broke and caused damaged to my car. They are not accepting responsibility even though when I pulled into their establishment my hood was fine! And then tried to make it seem like it was due to a recent accident my car was in over a yr ago. But the damage to my car was a finder binder and my hood was untouched in the accident! So I will say this make sure before you leave that you check the hood to make sure it is completely shut or you'll be calling your insurance company and a lawyer to sue this company!!

Great experience here. I Made an appointment for Saturday. Drop my vehicle off within an hour they told me what all my vehicle needed done. The vehicle needed brake pads all the way around and two new rotors on the front. They were fast efficient and did a great job. The service tech lady was very professional. Didn't get charged to arm and a leg either. The service tech lady was very professional and polite. Thanks brakes for less I will be returning.

FINALLY, a business that's honest & NOT out just to get your $!!! I was told by Big O Tires on Outer Loop that I needed new brakes. They couldn't get me in until after Christmas, & that wasn't an option cuz I needed to be able to travel to visit family on Christmas. Since Brakes 4 Less advertises that if you get it in by 4:30 & they'll get them done that day. I got there @4:15 on a Friday, & they got me right in. Shae came back about 15 minutes later & said my brakes are in good shape. Even let me see with my own 2 eye!!! My brakes are pretty much brand new, rated them 8 out of 10! They didn't even charge me for the labor it took to inspect my brakes, (removed all 4 tires & brakes to see pads). They earned my business when I do finally need brakes, which being that I drive an Audi A6 supercharged, will be at some point in the near future, hopefully later than sooner. Thanks Shae for being one of the only honest businesses that still exist these days which unfortunately is a rarity!

Took my car in for brakes. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for full replacement. Brakes still in same condition as when I brought it in. Embarrassing to have people in my car. The manager looked and claimed there is nothing wrong with the brakes. Don't waste your time here. Take your car anywhere else. $860 lesson learned very dissatisfied

I recently had an experience with Breaks for Less on Dixie Highway and worked with Jack. I initially went in on a Saturday to address front brake issue, which still persisted and was making a noise by Monday. However, during a free inspection, it was discovered that my back brakes also needed attention, which wasn't communicated earlier. Despite this hiccup, the team demonstrated exceptional customer service and provided a discount to rectify the back brakes issue promptly. Their dedication to resolving the situation and commitment to customer satisfaction was impressive. Overall, Breaks for Less shows a genuine commitment to excellent service, even when there was a miscommunication about the state of my brakes. Kudos to the team for their great service and efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

I got new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. The brakes are squeaky after taking the car back 3 times. Very embarrassing at the drive thru windows. The manager is very nice but still having issues. I will not be a returning customer.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Had an appointment at 9am today. I was not impressed at all.Only one person there to work on your car and one at the desk.Was told they would look up parts and see if they can get me in today??????I was told parts would be there and would be done in an hour.The worker had just started on a 4 wheel brake job. Im Going back to big o where service is always top notch......

Shay was very pleasant and professional and I know there is always an up sale and I was expecting it so it was no surprise when I was told I needed rotors, problem was I knew I only needed the rear because the fronts had been replaced six months earlier, we haggled a few minutes and agreed on the work and price.

Was told at the dealership that my car needed a total brake job costing several hundred dollars. They also lied about me needing a front end alignment as I had one done the week before. I got a second opinion from Brakes 4 Less and I only needed front brake pads and they weren't even that bad. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and only spent around $200. I generally don't trust automotive places on the Dixie Highway corridor. I'm glad I checked this place out.

I had a late morning appointment, knowing that I would need brake pads and possibly front and rear rotors. Having one other customer ahead of me, I only waited, less than an hour before my car was inspected, and I was given the chance to view the needed repairs. At this point, I was given several repair and pricing options to, safely, get my car back on the road.Given the extent of the repairs needed, my car was fixed in less time than I expected. Also, when I have the time and money to get the remaining repairs done, I can supply my own purchased parts.Service: Brake service & repair

Was quoted that the vehicle checkout would only be a few min but took 2 hrs to get it done, was quoted an hour for the work to be done and took almost 3, then picked up the vehicle to have one of the Calipers lock up when they were tested as working before the work started. The only reason I am even rating 3 stars is the women at the front desk was responsive to questions, concerns, and got things taken care of.Service: Brakes

So my daughter took the Elantra to Brakes for Less to get the brake pads changed. They told her the rotors were warped and discolored and she needed the rotors too for almost $1000 bill!! The car barely has 56000 miles on it. Took the car to Arkansas and had my ex do the breaks. Nothing wrong with the rotors, done changing brake pads in 30 minutes and didn't want to accept the $40 I gave him! He's a mechanic since I was married to him in 1973! Message is: LADIES BRAKES FOR LESS WILL SCAM YOU. GET A SECOND OPINION OR DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!Also posted this on Facebook publicly in case you delete this review.

I am 100% happy with my experience here!!! I brought my 2016 chevy malibu here because my car would damn near throw me into the steering wheel when i pushed them so i assumed my brakes were bad. Come to find out my brakes weren't bad at all, but the brake vacuum pump needed to be replaced, which is a service they could not perform so they directed me to another establishment...They could have relaced my brakes and sent me on my way, but they were HONEST enough to tell me that the actual brakes weren't even the problem. Thats what I call integrity! I will DEFINITELY bring my car here when my brakes actually do need to new replaced! Thank you Shay for your honesty and the pleasant experience!! Shay was great she made sure to explain in full what was needed for my truck She joked and laughed with us and made my experience great The only downside was wait time my apt was at 10 am I didn't leave until 130pm . I understand walk-ins but they should be paused when appt arrives!

My experience was great. I was treated respectfully. The workers took very good care of my car. They explained everything that needed to be done and why. My wait was short. Very professional! The manager even made good conversation! I definitely will return!

This place lives up to its name. Less. Leas professionalism, lesser quality brakes, less clean air (they smoke in the building) less of a work ethic. I had my brakes done there 2 weeks ago and they are acting up again. In less than a year I have paid a $1,000.00 there and still have issues. I should have taken a hint from their name of Less!! They refused to take the wheel off to look at the brakes. With these kind of practices, it will not be long before they will be closed. Had a lot of problems with my car and they took me right in and fixed everything and some. And now it feels brand new! They re all sooo sweet and kind and really care about you and whatever problems you have. It s also a Very comfortable environment and I recommend to any and everyone, they do a Great Job -thanks again

Tony and the Ol G manager worked with me got me fixed and got me going. Thanks yall. Was very blessed for them to help me out I suggest everyone go because they will look at your car and tell you the truth. Get you fixed and going. Fyi having knowledge will help the conversation better so you understand what's happening. And even if you don't they will tell you. Treat them good because they are good hard working people. Glad to have a new addition to my car family. Thanks again.

Don t go in expecting to pay one of the advertised prices like I did! I was think it would be the $179 advertisement, and was quickly given the estimate fee of around $700. We went over a few options after that and agreed on some of the services recommended. After that, I was done and back on the road within 2 hours. So far so good!

They were Awesome! I went there thinking I needed new brakes on my 1997 Saturn Sudan and I thought it would cost alot. I had my front brakes done and it cost me close to 400$ by a local brake place. Well anyway, I walked out not needing brakes! The place I took it to before wanted to replace all 4 brakes, and, they wanted to charge me 800$ or more!Thanks Guys! We need more Honest PEOPLE like You all!

Had taken my vehicle to another competitor for service receiving an estimate of over $500 worth of repair and wouldn t be done for a few days. Called Dixie Brakeway this morning, got an appointment quickly, got my vehicle fixed in just hours and found that some repair wasn t even necessary from other shop. They were quick, efficient and cheap! I got out paying half of what my original estimate was. Thanks so much guys!Service: Brakes

This was a great experience. The service was superb. Along with the service. The professionalism (if that s a word,) was second to none. This is the kind of service everybody wants when they re out in the public. Let me mention (Matt) at the front desk. He was very professional, & explained everything very well to me.
