I visited Brakes-4-Less seeking new brakes and rotors for my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. After an hour-long wait, they presented me with an excessive quote of at least $5,000. The manager escorted me to the garage to showcase the extensive work deemed necessary, citing safety concerns that made driving my vehicle off the lot perilous.Given the financial strain of their initial estimate, I expressed my inability to afford such a high price. Remarkably, the manager provided a cash quote of $1,500 and assured me that the repairs would be completed by the following morning. When I retrieved my car, the front brakes indeed operated smoothly.However, approximately a month later, the rear brakes began grinding and sticking once again, indicating that the necessary repairs had not been carried out effectively. To my dismay, upon returning to Brakes-4-Less, I discovered that they had permanently closed.Further investigation revealed that the rear brakes and rotors, among several other essential tasks, were left untouched despite my payment of $1,500 in cash. It is evident that my car's information may not be recorded in their system due to the informal nature of the transaction.While I acknowledge my oversight in not recognizing warning signs and placing undue trust in what I believed to be a reputable establishment, I am compelled to ensure that others do not fall victim to similar circumstances. If there is any doubt, I am prepared to substantiate these claims with concrete evidence.

Friendly, honest, and great customer service. The price was reasonable and service was quick! I didn t know they take appointments, but I walked in on a slow day and was in and out in just a little over an hour. I highly recommend them!

Teddy took great care of me and my car! He had multiple price options that were well-explained. Took only an hour for brakes and rotors and made my wait as enjoyable as possible!

The guys at Brakes 4 Less was a God send today. They examined the issue and told me what I need and also told me I had a few months left on my brakes. I need my front routers replaced badly but it was way over what I budgeted but they gave me a few solutions that work out well for me. Thank you to the two nice gentleman who stayed over to fix my car.

After having a very unpleasant experience, the regional manager reached out to me, extremely apologetic. They said they would refund the services that were done improperly and he did replace the brake job, to help me regain trust in my vehicle again. He was was very thorough in explaining what exactly was going on. Tim even attempted to figure out why I had the check engine light on. When in doubt, ask for Tim.

I had an appointment. Was told it would take 20mins for an inspection and 1hr 30 for installation. It actually took 1hr 10mins to do the inspection and It s now 3:19pm my appointment was at 1:30 and they aren t even halfway done.

This place was genuinely terrible and I will NEVER be back. I pulled up for my appointment at 8 A.M. They told me to back all the way away from the doors, so I did. I then sat in a parking spot waiting for someone to come tell me something, or have me pull up. Keep in mind I've never been here before in my life, I usually get my brakes done by a friend. 20 minutes later, they said "are you gonna go in"? After I sat and watched them chain smoke several cigarettes and carry drinks into the building the whole time. I said "no one ever told me to. I thought you had to pull up." And he said "no, we have to test drive your car first". He could've easily told me that 20 minutes prior to me sitting there and waiting that long. I waited for 2 hours and then it was done. I was told I need new lug nuts because "they wouldn't go back in" not sure if they broke them or what. Either way, they put mismatched lug nuts on my car that they made me purchase even though it says "hardware included" in the package I got. One of the lugnuts is missing a cap and they (Teddy) claim it was like that before. It absolutely was not like this before, I just inspected my wheels before I made the appointment. Then when I called about it, that's when they felt the need to inform me that my lug nuts didn't match because they didn't sell them anymore. As a customer, you should've already told me that before you even did it. And that it was already missing a cap as I mentioned above. I'll 100% be waiting for my friend to change my brakes from now on. This place is trash.

Deceptive prices, employees and business practice. I will never return to that location or any other location associated with this company. I'm so glad I sense enough to reject their outrageous prices, in which I knew was made up and deceptive. They even tired adding problems to my car. I went right around the corner and had another company fix my car for half the price, and they were honest, professional, quick, and did a wonderful job. In my opinion, Brake4less seems as if they are scammers.Service: Brakes

Got pads all around, new rotors in the rear, resurfaced front rotors, replaced all pins, hardware and fluid.When one of the new rear rotors was warped in less than 200 miles, they replaced it free of charge under warranty.They did excellent work, got it done quickly, and were courteous. Twice!!10 out of 10, definitely would recommend!Service: Brakes

I went to breaks for less to get my breaks fixed after hearing a strange sound about 6 months ago, 900$ later we get the car back and not even 2 months later, my car is out of commission yet again. We eventually find someone else to take a loot at the car and lord and behold he reveals that BREAKS FOR LESS NEVER FIXED MY CAR! They sanded down the rotors and then proceeded to not put the caliper back on. We made sure to tell them that this car was for a TEENAGER and they said it would be perfectly good for a teenager. At the end of the day, Breaks for Less tried killing to injury an 18 year old and his family. Now I have to spend my college money in order to fix my car by people who care about their clients. They replaced the front rotors and pads but I noticed they were spongy so they weren't bled or they weren't bled properly. I went to bleed them and noticed they had replaced one of my special lugs on the wheel and one was missing off the other wheel completely! I went to bleed them and both of the bleed nipples toar off because they had tightened them so hard. You're not supposed to tighten the bleed nipples tight at all. I'm going to replace my calipers myself. I will never go back there again even though I have a warranty. They are not mechanics. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHINGService: Brakes

I know nothing about cars. But Teddy was great. He walked me through everything and stayed in communication with me. He didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. Absolutely love this place. I always do my own brakes but my floor jack went out on me. Not gonna lie, I expected the worst from any place that works on your car. But I was wrong. I just needed my front pads replaced and rotors turned. They did not try to up sale me a penny. Did a great job and all that for the price is honestly a pretty good deal. My pads are about 50, new rotors are around 100 a piece because no one will machine turn them any more. I defeated do recommend this place.Service: Brakes

Most excellent service every time! I'm gonna keep going back because they do it right every time. They even took the extra step to get me a red break caliper to keep them all matching! If you need your breaks worked on, go here and get it done by people who care about getting it right.

Took 3 1/2 hours to replace my front brakes. I had an appointment at 2, my truck wasn t ready until 5:30. I ll never come to this location ever again!

Should be able to give negative star reviews just for this garbage of a place. Avoid this place as if it were the plague. Also if you care about your hygiene you should avoid it too. Rats run all over the place they just grab them with their hands and proceed to work on your car. Anyways if you go here you just hate your car and your health.

Wow....I wanted to jump over the counter and kiss Teddy, the manager at Brakes 4 Less. What a morning I had this morning....you know when nothing goes right. And to top it off I went to Big O for an oil change and brake check. The guy came over to me with an estimate for a brake job, and the repairs they said I needed... $582 was the total...I judt about fell over. I said that's okay, I'll go somewhere else for a second opinion. And I remembered Brakes 4 Less had fixed my brakes in the past for less than $250... So, here I am back again, repeat customer, and I'll never go anywhere else again. Great service, no waiting, no appointment needed, fabulous price, and the guys that work there were so nice, and are so well trained in the customer service aspect of this business that I felt like they genuinely cared about my car and my satisfaction and they sll went above and beyond the call of duty....especially Teddy. I'm definitely a Brakes 4 Less customer for life!!Service: Brakes

This place charged me double of what my home town mechanic would have charged me. They took advantage of me as a female who does not know much about cars. Then they put my brakes in super poorly that my mechanic had to redo all of them when I saw him 2 months later. They also did not thread the bolts to my wheels correctly and 4 of them broke off when my mechanic was replacing my tires ..I was advised to never go to this place again and I will never again. Save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Brakes

Absolute Worse.. waited 4 hours to only have back brake pads installed and front rotors resurfaced.. Was there at 8 a.m. for the appointment and shop was closed.. Was quoted $535 for a problem that resurfacing the rotors would have fixed. Ownership needs to step in and put people in positions that do not mind doing the work and more importantly.. THE RIGHT THING..

My experience was horrible I had a appointment at 9:30am I literally waited for 4 hr just for an inspection before they even started the services no one ever comes to the front desk I watched 3 customers come and leave because no one never came to the front to assist them. I don't know what's up, and I may update this later, But I arrived at this store at 7:40 a.m. I was the first one in line to be serviced. I left out with my car shortly before 1:00 p.m. The front desk clerk was very apologetic, but that was an awfully long wait. And yes, I had an appointment.

I set an appointment online I came in 5 mins before was not greeted for 15 minutes. I said that I heard squeaking grinding and wanted the lowest price possible I'm on a budget do to covid.After about 45 minutes came back I was expecting a 100$ to maybe 200$ but was quoted 370$ for two rear pads. Nothing was offered lower even though I said I was on a budget. I was there for three hours. No one that work there told me this. But the poor lady that was there since 11 a.m... said that they did not have parts. Once the parts got there after we had waited me for 3 hours her 5. That parts are here an they would be fixing our cars. They did mine before hers. All an all I won't go back to this location. But I will try another an see if it's just the company way.
