I recently had my truck detailed at Bob Hook Chevrolet and could not be happier with the result. Scheduling, drop-off and pickup were all easy, thanks to Troy, the team lead in the detailing department. Troy and his diligent team delivered an amazing result on my grimy 1997 truck, and made it look nearly new. I am sure that if I had it in my mind to sell the truck I would have more than recouped the reasonable detailing cost in increased sales value. Highly recommend!

Took 3 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Time before that it was 2 hours WITH an appointment. Found out they go by first come first serve REGARDLESS if you have an appointment or not so if you have an appointment, it don t matter. Will never go here for an oil change again. Dealership is great, service department not so much.

Had thermostat replaced under power train warranty. After a week or so of smelling coolant and leaking on garage floor retured car to dealership Gabe from service department called and said I had a coolant line leaking and it had to be repaired it was not covered under warranty and would cost $522 I ask if was due to thermostat replacement he said no they did not mess with it after a few minutes of arguing he agreed to fix the car free of charge after I got the car home I watched a video that line was one of the first things that had to be removed to change the thermostat and watching the video I noticed a piece of insulation had to be removed on the opposite end of the engine sure enough this insulation was damaged and not repaired properly I called it back and questioned him about that and he said his technicians probably didn t have to remove it he couldn t say for sure because they had a lot of special tricks they do he told me that I could bring the car back and they would look at it I am not comfortable with taking my car to Bob hook any longer I feel like Gabe is a liar and tries to scam people out of extra money I have made a formal Complaint with GM about this dealerships

We appreciate the team at Bob Hook for the fast and simple transaction and especially Greg for facilitating a hassle free experience.

Everyone is so nice here. Serviced my car and even gave me a coupon. Always a pleasure to come to Bob Hook. Was back again as a spur of the moment tire issue. Got my car in quick. I waited 3 and a half hours to get an oil change. They do not allow you to make an appointment so it is first come first serve. It would have been nice if they would have warned me of the wait time to give me an option to wait or not. As a matter of fact no one gave me any updates at all. Plus I did not get me receipts which I keep in a file. This is my second oil change there and this time was way worse then the first time.Service: Oil change

Even though it took 4 days to replace a battery cable and a return visit to again fix the problem they acted very professional.They shouldn t require an appointment if they can t get it done in one day. If they are behind then they should let you know to come another day when they are caught up.

If I could I would give the service department a zero, I would because my wife s vehicle had a problem with the check engine light coming on dropped it off two days later call they say it s gonna cause $1000 to fix paid $1000 get it back the next day drive it for a day check engine light comes back on with the same problem drop it off that morning I understand it couldn t be looked at till Monday I have had no updates on the status of the vehicle. Every time I call, they do not answer or they place me on hold I asked to speak to the service manager does not answer or put me on hold, and they will not even give my wife a loaner vehicle, and now it s starting to cost me money because my wife is a traveling nurse

Made an appointment to have my 2021 Malibu looked at for a check engine light coming on. Waited 20 minutes before anyone would wait on me. Never received any kind of update about the status of my vehicle. I had to call myself to find out status of my vehicle. Took a week to determine that the transmission needed to be replaced. Bob Hook made no effort to provide me with a vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. I asked about getting a loner vehicle I was told they only had 2 loner vehicles, and they were being used, and that there were 5 other customers on waitlist for a loner vehicle. So I had to rent a vehicle myself so I could make it to work. Bob Hook had my vehicle for a month, and called me one time to update me about my vehicle. Now I'm out $1250 for having to rent a car for a issue that was under warranty. I will NEVER go to Bob Hook again. Customer service is definitely not a priority at Bob Hook.Service: Transmission

Bob Hook Service department did an excellent job on an oil change and tire alignment. Drove in and got signed in. They told me it would take about two hours and that is how long it took. Would like to thank Austin for all his help and letting me know what was going on in the back. Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. A lot better then the last Chevrolet dealership I went too.Service: Oil change

My engine light came on. I called the dealership I bought my car from and they couldn't get my car in to be looked at until December 15th, over 2 weeks away from the date I called. I then called Bob Hook and they said I could bring it in the next day. I was able to have it towed in on Friday, they looked at it on Monday then called to let me know what was wrong and they ordered the part. They called me back on Tuesday afternoon to let me know it was ready to be picked up. For me, this was excellent and super fast service. I had to rent a car during this time. I reserved it for a week, and was able to take it back 2 days earlier than planned.

Showed up at 8 AM at my appointment time. One hour and 45 minutes later I went to ask what was going on with my inspection of my rear brakes And was told they had not got me in because there was a forklift parked in the Bay that they were going to work on my truck. They moved to forklift and put my truck in. I stood and watched and they moved the truck over to another Bay. Said it would only take a about an hour. At 12 o'clock I went and asked what was going on with my truck. He went to check and said they were getting ready to pull it out and go take it for a test drive. I seen him leave, Come back 20 minutes later. Finally after 4 and a 1/2 hours for a one hour job, I got to pay, then he tried to overcharge me Of what he told me. He did bring it back down some. OVER PRICED. Last time I was in it took 3 hours to do an oil change. Their service has went down immensely and response time keeping you up on anything that is going on with your vehicle, not once did they come out to tell me anything other than it had bad breaks on the back. Been doing business with them for 22 years. Will not be back.Service: Brake service & repair

I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was informed that they were behind up to an hour and 45 minutes. Ok, fine. But it was after 5 o'clock when I received my vehicle back from service. He did give me a $20 discount, but my 3 & 1/2 hours is worth more to me than $20. I have been using Bob Hook for maintenance since 2016 and have never experienced a problem like this.Service: Oil change

My experience was the worst experience I ve had at an place. Made the appointment for 8am Wednesday but my car was even looked at till the next day. No one informed me of any information involving my car so I was stranded with a car for Wednesday. The next day I called to see what was going on with my truck and to get an estimated which was original 787.00. The stated I get my car back by 5pm. 5:15 that day I called and it was said that 3:30 that I needed another handle for my car to which wasn t broken before arriving there. I asked if they could put my door together because this would be day 2 without my vehicle. All the tech have left at 430 which was strange cause the service department suppose to close at 6. Finally got my car back at being patient only to get charged and extra 100 on top of it.

Got my first oilChange and tire rotation done. Went to my car when it was done only to find that they had not really rotated my tires. Went back in and let them know. They did finally get it done, but had I not marked my back tires before I went I would not have know that they did not do the job that they said they did. I just hope they really changed my oil. It is under my husband s name Ron drake.This was the only way I was able to reply

My service tech saved me hundreds of dollars fixing an issue on my Ford truck. After consulting several other businesses regarding my repairs, they wanted to charge me an outrageous price for a simple fix. Bob Hook's service department stepped to plate and completed my repairs in a timely fashion with professionalism while doing it at minimum costs. Recently bought a vehicle from Bob Hook Chevrolet. They were so nice and helpful and when it came to the signing part, it was the fastest experience I have had with a dealership. I definitely recommend them!Also, our car salesman (sales women) was so patient and not pushy at all which unfortunately has not been my experience in the past.

We (my wife and I) just stopped in to take a look after checking out some other dealers. Good Gregory was a very nice easy going person. No pressure at all. Told him what I was looking for, he had a few on the lot. Others dealers did not even have them to view. We found a great deal and decided to do more then just look. The process was simple and everyone (sales, management, financial, and even the service personnel) went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would recommend working with Gregory if your looking for a vehicle. He spent a good bit of time going over the vehicle with us. It had a lot of options I have not had in the past. Thanks for being so patient with us.

Arrived at 7:30 Saturday morning for an oil change and 2 rear tires. It took 2.5 hours! I didn t leave until 10 am. If they were really busy, I d understand, but I was third in line when the service department opened. 3 stars is being nice!Edit: so after all the waiting, we get the truck back and the tire balancing is so far off that the truck shakes like crazy. I was out of town, and my wife brought it back to the dealership. The manager addressed the unbalanced issue, the and dealership re-balanced all 4 tires at no extra charge. They were all out of balance, I suppose by a tech who didn t understand how to use the equipment. I like to give credit where it is due, so kudos to the manager and the second technician - a much smoother ride with proper balancing.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took 2 hours and 45 minutes to change 1 tire that had a leak in it. Scheduled the appointment 3-4 days ahead of time using their website and selected the tire I wanted as the replacement when the appointment was made. When I showed up for my appointment, they did not have the tire and I was told it would take an hour to bring it to the service center. My truck was finally ready after I went to check on it at 11:00 (I checked in at 8:15). When I got home and checked the tire closer, they did not put the valve stem cover on the new tire and they left their tire balance weights stuck to my rim using some kind of putty. Horrible experience. I'll be going back to Bachman Chevrolet.Service: Tires

I d give 5 stars because they did a good job on my mirror replacement, they got it in quick and got the replacement done quickly, but when I first called to pay for the mirror to get it ordered I was told someone from parts would call me to take the order but she never called. Also I was told it would take only about 30 minutes to do the work so after I received a call the next morning around 8:30 telling me the part was in I dropped the car off around noon. My issue is I never received a call to tell me it was finished. I had to call them around 4:30 to inquire about the work and I was told the work was finished and I can come get the car but they close at 5. I had to leave work early and got there at 4:55pm.Service: Body & Trim

I usually don't have many problems when I visit this dealer, however during my most recent trip there for a recalled airbag not only was my dashboard cracked during the replacement, but the truck was returned with the passenger window driver control not working. It was only when returning my keys and going over the paper work did I notice they noted that on the papers, but had not verbally informed me - just told me to sign off. I informed them that i wouldn't sign because thats not how i dropped the truck off to them. I will say that after talking with them, and being told that they had filed a report they did agree to fix the problems. I later called the 1800 number to confirm the filing of the report for my own records and instead found myself making a new report, not sure if that was standard procedure to get both sides of the incident, if a report had yet to be filed like i was told, or a miscommunication on my end. Will update once repairs are completed to satisfaction.

If you own a Chevrolet and need to have it serviced, this is the service department you need to bring your car to. They are thorough and will let you know what needs to be fixed to get your car back on the road. I purchased our Impala here and most of the time have been serviced here. Ask for Keith King or anyone else in the service department, they will take care of you and your car!

I own a 2019 Chevy Traverse, I was getting an error message stating Park to Shift. I call chevy to set up an appointment to look at the error message, they set up an appointment at this dealership. I went to the service center, sat there for 30 minutes before someone would come out. They finally came out and said are you ready for your oil change and tire rotation. I said i am not here for that. I am here for my park to shift error message to be checked. The employee then stated with out even looking at the issue, the car would have to sit here for 2 to 5 days before it could be looked at. I told him I would contact Chevy over this issue. I am not happy, I lost two hours of work and in this economy I need the money. Poor service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just think that they need to work a little more on their customer service. Both times that I went I waited for a while before I was helped. When I went to drop the truck off, I was the he only person waiting. Someone else came in the side door and the guy waited on them. After another fifteen minutes someone finally called on me.When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I waited for at least eight minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was standing there. The guy closest to me was on the computer. It would have taken two seconds to greet me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. It shouldn t matter how I m dressed or what type of vehicle I drive. If I m first I should be assisted first. If they were there earlier and I simply didn t know, then I should be advised of that.

Had 4 new tires put on ,waited 3 hours. Get to my car only to see WRONG tires put on. Every one left for the day,next day Bob hook person came to my work picked up car to take to get correct tires. Got car back afternoon.Tires were correct. After getting home from work, my husband said tires are put on WRONG, the out side dot # should have been turned inside car.Even said on the tires goes inside car. We now have to call Bob hook again. To correct another problem.I believe people working in the tire area are drunk .no one took ti.e to put on the correct tires and then again no looked at putting them on WRONG.I will Never,ever go back to Bob hook!!!!!Service: Tires
