Took car in for brakes and oil change. Received a call from Larry, stating only front brakes needed work which was a breath of fresh air. I'm not originally from Louisville and until this service appointment at Bob Collett, I had been going to the dealership and had a terrible experience with catching them in a lie and not doing the work they claimed to have done, so honesty and integrity mean more than anything. The price I paid for all services rendered was completely fair. Was fully expecting to pay more. Such a relief to have found a place I can trust. Sincere gratitude to Larry and Gary at Bob Collett.

I had to get home to Ohio my Mother had passed away and they fixed my car and got me back on the road in no time thank you Larry an Gary God bless u both thank you for everything you have done for me and my family God bless you all big hugs

love them Gary and Larry are some of the most honest and helpful people you will ever meet they went above and beyond when I needed their help with my car and they still do I will always bring my car to them if I have a problem and I really really strongly recommend them

I bought a 2500 dollar suv. drives great the outer tie rod broke after 300 miles but like I said it's a 2500 vehicle 40 $ and about 1.5 hours I had it back on the road over all it's a good vehicle

They need to level this place. Biggest eye sore in Clifton along with the dead beat tire place across the street. Put a restaurant/ bar there or something and move this eye sore business to an industrial park.
