I just got my truck fixed from these guys last Wednesday 4/12/23. I was driving down gene Snyder and my driveshaft broke on me I looked up the closest shop near me and they popped up so I looked through there reviews and I was amazed on how many positive reviews they had. So I called got my truck in there that day, and they got it fixed within the next day and I got my truck back. FAST, and, AFFORDABLE, and they were very friendly highly recommend this shop! My family and I will definitely be using this shop from here on out!Service: General repairs & maintenance

OMG,been to 2 different Auto repair shops and spent over $5,000 and my vehicle still wasn't right. Just 1 time with Brian and it's like I have a new car.Thankyou so much. Your my mechanic from now on

Brian was very professional. He got me in and out in a couple of hours. Didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff my car didnt need. Only what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend this shop. It's also family owned which is a big plus in my book! My air conditioning wasn t working so I dropped it off at Bob s. Next day Brian called, told me the price and that it would be ready that afternoon. He was friendly and explained what needed to be repaired. The car was ready when he said it would be and the price was more than reasonable! I will be using this shop for any future auto repairs, highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

I randomly came across these guys searching for auto mechanics near me. I got frustrated with trying to trouble shoot a problem I was having with my 1990 gmc safari so I had to turn it over to the professionals. They did good work for an affordable price. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I d advise anyone to try them out. They ll be receiving all the work I can t do myself. Brian was the man I worked with. Called him Wednesday evening around 4:30pm for an oil leak. He was able to take a look at it the very next day and even had it fixed by the end of Thursday. Went the extra mile and took care of a few things we didn't know we needed but did it honestly and explained why. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and had it back with a replacement ECU ready to go two business days later. The shop had good communication letting me know what the issue was and how to resolve the problem. Awesome service at a very affordable cost, will definitely be using Bob's in the future when it is a job beyond my skill set or capabilities.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

My car just would not start! Everyone told me fuel pump. I just moved here 4 months ago so I didn't know a good mechanic nor have family here to borrow a car. I was in trouble. I found Bob's and was given a straight forward quoteon the phone for a fuel pump he worked with me on price and told me my car would get done the next day. My car got towed to there shop at 12pm and done by 4:30pm SAME DAY. Honest, old school shop, professional. Great guys! I'd recommend to anyone.

I haven't had the greatest experiences with this shop. The guys are super nice and cool and I hate to do this, but I feel people should know of my experiences. My first experience was when I had first gotten my truck and it would pull to the right when I would accelerate. So, after getting it back, the problem still persisted and I took it back. After getting it back though it was a little better, the problem was still there. I eventually took it to Big O and they had to put shims in and realign. Problem solved. The next time I had brake trouble which they said my breaks were fine and I had break fluid leaking onto my rotors causing my breaks to feel rough when applying them. However, the grinding and squeaking didn't stop until I had them fixed elsewhere. Fast forward to most recently, I changed my spark plugs and wires myself and as soon as I did, my car wouldn't accelerate past 35. So, I figured I did something wrong, I took it back to Bob's. I spent all day waiting to find out what was wrong and I wanted them to tell me how much it was gonna be before fixing anything seeing as I didn't have much money on me at the time. So, first it was a bad cooling sensor that needed to be replaced. So that was gonna be $125. After they replaced that, it still ran the same so they said, oh, your distributor cap and rotor needs to be replaced. So, that bumped it up to $161. After they did that it still ran the same, so one of the guys drives it and says it won't shift out of 2nd and that it's a transmission problem and I need to take it somewhere else to get a new (used) transmission. This was not the first or only time that I paid them to NOT fix my car. I'm not gonna call them crooks or throw mud on their names, I'll just let whoever reads this decide for themselves.

Great service! Definantly going back. My car has minor isssues they looked it over, gave me quote, recommend first fixes to keep me rolling and weren't pushy to fix it all. Happy first time customer here!

Do NOT go to Bob's, I had them put in an engine several years ago and it never ran right. Took it back several times trying to get it fixed under warranty, and every time it was a different excuse as to why it wasn't their fault, everything from a bad fuel pump, bad computer, etc. And every time they would just do the repair and charge me, even though I EXPLICITLY told them not to do any more repairs without calling me first. I finally got fed u and took it to another shop on Fernvalley rd, and come to find out they did not put the timing belt tensioner on the new motor correctly! These guys are either crooks or incompetent, do NOT go there.
