Had a rough start with getting my car in and set up to get worked on due to someone that is no longer working there. However they managed to turn it around and get the process going and hardly took any time after that at all. They did an amazing job on my Jeep and I will definitely be back.

I want to start off by saying that my experience was during a Pandemic. Our collision repair took four months with the first month fighting the at fault s insurance company. Through this experience with Bluegrass Collisions I have three issues.First, communication was nearly nonexistent without me calling them. I feel that a company should update the customer, especially when it is a four month process. Second, parts were ordered very sporadically. I understood the long wait times due to the pandemic, but every time I reached out (weekly) they had to order another part. This parts ordering method made this process take forever.Lastly, I had to return my vehicle to have them redo a good sized list of unacceptable issues. When you are told your car is finished after three months you expect it to be done. Instead, we had to take the car back to be worked on for another month. The handles had newly chipped paint (not from the wreck), the back handle was not attached, all of the interior trim work was loose, the window buttons were loose, and there was wind noise from missing parts on the door.When we finally got the second call that it was ready, the handles chipped paint was simply sanded rather than redone. I will not be dealing with this company any further. After many months, I am ready to move on. I highly recommend another company if you have a VW. I feel that their knowledge of these vehicles was not enough to get the job done correctly.Service: Body & Trim

I took my Highlander in as there were deep scratches in both driver's side doors. Dave quoted me a price and they completed the work on time and on budget. The paint matched perfectly and the clear coat was outstanding as well. If you are looking for a great body shop this is the place to go. Great job guys.

I came here to get my seat belt replaced. The staff were super nice, especially Alex; I believe that was her name. My 6 year old son really enjoyed her company. The guy that replaced my seat belt did a great job & got the job done quicker than expected.

My insurance company gave my limited time to get my vehicle into a repair shop, after someone hit and ran. Called around and most places were booked several weeks out. Called Bluegrass Collision and they said I could bring my car in right away. They fixed my car in about a week and I received excellent service from Kevin! Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about Kevin and the guys at Bluegrass Collision Center! I brought them a very challenging project that involved matching a magnificent Pearl White paint following some exterior damage to my car. White paint can be some of the most difficult to match, and they did a flawless job. They also tackled installation of a new, pretty much one-off exterior component at the same time.Further, their communication and overall professionalism are second to none. While I hope I don't need their services again in the future (car accident), they certainly have my business going forward should the need arise.5/5 no question! I'd rate them higher if I could!

My husband was rear-ended to the tune of almost $3000on his new vehicle. Kevin was great. After receiving an incorrect part from the parts shop he worked to get the right part and had the vehicle ready to go on a holiday week. They explain everything and give the best customer care. Highly recommended.

They had my son s car for 10 weeks. When a problem came up that hadn t been covered by the appraisal they didn t follow up with me or the insurance. They just let it sit until I called to check on progress and I had to call the insurance to send an appraiser back out. This was after they d already had it month and we were paying the rental car fee out of pocket. The delays cost us so much money and they did nothing to compensate us for that. Every time I called, they would change the date they said it would be ready. I will never use them or recommend them to anybody.

Bluegrass Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my Jeep - it looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Kevin was great to work with. He kept me up to date on repairs and was very accommodating with my schedule for drop off and pick up. I d highly recommend Bluegrass Collision for any body shop needs. Thanks Kevin!

I brought my 67 442 convertible to Bluegrass Collision, for restoration. Dave Rogers, the owner walked me through the process, and even helped with finding the specialized parts for my car. He has an excellent staff, that does a fantastic job at every level of the restoration.I highly recommend this place, from the smallest of jobs, to total restoration.

They really know collision repair. Best service I could ever have. They guarantee their work, no questions asked (within reason) for as long as you own the car. They were fast. My car came back to me looking, in my opinion, better than it did new. And... They claim due to the paint they use, I won't get any more rock chips. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by to get a quote, Originally I had left a 3 star review, because I thought the quote I received was okay, but apparently the folks at Bluegrass Collision Center weren't happy with my rating on their quote and called to ask me to either Change it or Take it down. I only gave them the 5 stars now to Make them Happy, but I will NOT be using their services to make the repairs to my vehicle not Now nor in the Future. I don't do business with people that Only care about their Google Rating.

Went by and got a quote from Kevin for some fixes on my van. He was great with working with me and trying to manage the details of the repair since they would be coming out of my own pocket. Another place barely beat their estimate but I would definitely go back to them for estimates and work. Great to talk to and work with.

They were great, very personal and helpful. They worked on my car after my accident and it looks like nothing ever happened! They worked directly with my insurance and took care of everything. My only advise would be that they have a fee for using a credit or debit card but no fee for checks so come prepared. Would definitely recommend.

They made my vehicle look brand new again after a rear end accident. The work was very professional and they were so easy to work with. Customer service was exceptional. I will take all future repairs to them.

Kevin was the man! I spoke with him and only him throughout the process of receiving repairs on my Jeep (someone side-swiped me). He was timely and relatable and made phone calls that he could have asked me to make. For example, he arranged for the rental to pick me up at bcc. I hate being on the phone and have a super packed schedule so I really appreciated him handling things and really trying to make it as easy and pain-free for me as possible. I had my front fender and bumper replaced and they did a good job at that. Def recommend.

We went to BC to have cosmetic work done on our mustang. The staff was friendly and even suggested additional ideas. We loved the finished product, done in a timely fashion and price was good. We highly recommend BC and will return if we need work done in the future! Thanks Bluegrass Collison.

I was lied to and deceived took them one year to repair my motorcycle.I wouldn t take a bicycle to theses guys.They tried to give it to me twice when it was still unfinished.The worst is the owner Dave lied right to my face.YOUR AN IDiIOT IF YOU USE THESE GUYSService: Body & Trim

I have dreamed for years of having a fuchsia car but no one makes one. So I bought my new Mazda CX5, with all of 17 miles on it, to Bluegrass Collision Center to turn it into a fuchsia spectacular with the Statue of Liberty with fireworks around her airbrushed on the hood.The folks worked with me to get the exact shade of fuchsia, a custom color.And then drew the perfect Lady Liberty on the hood (but not in green). It looks glorious!Everyone was so helpful and a pleasure to work with.And they have a clean restroom - as my husband says it is the mark of a good business.

While visiting KY for the Derby my parked vehicle was hit by car and was un-driveable. Owner fixed like new and drove my truck back to me in WISCONSIN. Dedication to customer service is second to none. Could not be more satisfied.THANK YOU!

Had some standard Honda quarter panel rust on my EF CRX. These guys took my near perfect CRX and did some metal, body and paint work to return it to perfect condition. Lesson learned, buy a garage instead of having to repair the car and buy a garage. Both the guys at the shop and I agree, Y-49 yellow is not a good color, but at least it's original.
