I'm new to Kentucky so it was important to me to find a mechanic that was going to do right by me, and let me tell you I have found my guys!!! William and Greg are just the nicest the customer service was amazing. and I literally got my car fixed in less than 24 hours... now I was blessed I didn't have a lot wrong with my car so if yours is longer than that don't get upset my point to that was that they're very efficient. if you're looking for a great mechanic I-10 out of 10 recommend this shop!!

These guys are awesome. Top notch work. Fast turnaround and very thorough. The mechanic even took time to remove a dent that was on the side of my truck. You just don t find shops these days that actually care. I highly recommend this shop. I look forward to doing business with again for future maintenance. Thanks again

In town for work. Good price. Called about 5 other places, price shopping, they had the lowest prices.Dudes were cool. Very clean waiting area, I had my puppy with me they had a doggy bowl for water. Id go back if I need any work. Thumbs up

I rarely write a review for a place, but Blue Collar is a cut above any other full service shop I have ever used. Their repair approval system is truly next level and so easy. I have never trusted a place as much during the repair process as I have this place. Greg and Alan are great. 10/10 will be returning and referring business. Very happy to finally have a trustworthy and insanely fast repair facility. They cost a little more than some of the big chains, but it is more than worth the peace of mind you get from them, and it is so much better to support a team of true locals than some corporate chain. They get down to every possible thing that could be wrong. They will get you together the same day. Not expensive. If they can't do the work, they refer you to people who will. Very nice people. Best place I've ever taken my car to.

I ve had work done on four different vehicles. The most recent was a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. the dealership said that they couldn t get to the vehicle for almost 6 weeks. Scheduling an appointment for April 23. Even with the car still being under warranty this was the earliest appointment warranty isn t any good if you can t get the work done for almost 6 weeks. Hyundai told me that the wheel speed sensor needed to be replaced.. so I contacted The trifecta of mechanics at Blue Collar, Greg, William and Allen- needless to say they gave me a quote of the price of the wheel speed sensor along with the labor ($457.00). Which I approved through their very professional texting portal.. - I went to Hyundai service department on Shelbyville Road in an attempt to see if they would at least give me the parts since it was under warranty as I was there speaking with them. I got a call from William that he found out that the part wasnt needed that they found a loose and corroded wire on the existing speed sensor. So it took them less than 20 minutes to diagnose what Hyundai had misdiagnosed and had the car fixed and back on the road and less than an hour.. the integrity of these guys to me is impeccable. He could ve easily charged me for the speed sensor however, I was in and out with one hours of labor to fix the corroded and broken wire. Certainly guys that you can trust! Thanks and I will most definitely return!

Had an emergency repair on our jeep wrangler. I stopped in and told them what the problem was, No matter than 20 mins he had it in the shop fixing it and showed me exactly what was wrong. These guys are the best in the business and will be returning for business!!

Trustworthy, affordable services, quality care, and flexible scheduling. Greg made sure I was able to get taken care of before my upcoming trip. They report to Carfax and the receipts are full-page itemized invoices I will be coming back.

I'm going to start by saying that I'm VERY wary of recommending a mechanic to anyone. That being said, I have already recommended this place twice after just getting my car back 4 days ago. After being told I needed a massive overhaul on my engine, I reached out for a second opinion. I got someone on the phone when I called. They were friendly and we set up a time for me to drop off my car. When dropping it off, they locked it up to keep it safe until they did their diagnostic check. After doing the check, they were able to diagnose and correct the problem for me in less than half the time I waited just to get into the dealership. I couldn't be happier. They were very polite and took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate that. I don't know a lot but I like being spoken to like I could probably understand if it's explained properly. We will absolutely be going back.

I have been very pleased every time I have brought my Infiniti in for oil changes and repairs. As a female, I leave feeling comfortable that I was in honest hands, which is rarity. I am always done in a timely manner and feel they offer fair pricing for great work. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for a oil leak and was provided specific details on what the issues were, detailed pricing and timing. The entire team was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They took the time to examine some other things that they noticed and made me aware of them, but not pressuring me to get more done.I truly feel these guys are trustworthy and are trying to provide a great customer experience and service. Understanding that they should get paid for the work and service they provide, but it seems like they are intent on doing a good job and they enjoy what they do.I will be getting all of my automotive needs taken care of at this shop and I highly recommend them!Thanks guys!Services: Engine repair, Transmission repair

About 4 to 5 weeks ago they had fixed my brakes for me and I'm glad I had gotten to them if I hadn't I would've wrecked or just wouldn't drive my car at all but overall they were very honest and polite and caring I will be coming back !! they helped me get back on the road safely!

I would like to say that the blue collar automotive garage has been the best car experience I ve had by far. I called ahead to see if they could fix my problem , the mechanic that answered the phone spoke in a clear and friendly tone . Most places only care about money but not the blue collar boys . They care that you re safe and having a great customer experience . As soon as I pulled up we got right to business and no time was wasted . I have already told my friends and family to go there if they have any trouble with their car and I am 100% satisfied . Thanks again guys! :)Services: Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

Very laid back and awesome guys. Usually going into a automotive repair place. Being a woman they would take advantage of that and tell me a lot more things were missing or wrong. This guy was totally awesome and very fair I feel like I known him forever. Very down to earth. Good people

I have finally found a local mechanic! Willam is super friendly and easy to talk to about my vehicle and all its problems. He gets the job finished in a very timely manner and his rates are much better than I have found at the last auto shops I have been too. Plus, he doesn't try to up sell or pressure you into doing other repairs that are unnecessary at that moment. I would highly recommend using Blue Collar Automotive Repair for all your car repairs and maintenance.Service: Auto maintenance

I would like to publicly thank Greg and the staff at BCA for picking my car up from my home and repairing and returning it while I was out of town on vacation. The issues that I was having were corrected for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely return whenever I need quality work done at an affordable price.
