Michael was great. He made us feel so welcome and was super friendly. He was able to get my tires ordered and delivered day on inquiry and was able to get them actually replaced and on my car same day. Would recommend and come back for any tire needs !

This service team is the best! Great communication looking out for your best interest always. Honest, straightforward, old-school service, and all the best ways. They have cared for my vehicles for nearly 20 years, they ve always been consistent. If you re looking her service you can trust, you need this Big O service group on Pamela Ray Drive on your team!

This location is the best! The staff is friendly, welcoming, informative and easy to work with! They don't push anything on you unless your car is in dire need of it. I have purchased 2 sets of tires from this location. Michelin's for my CRV and Goodyear Eagle LS2's for my Accord. Steve, the manager is the best! Very friendly and honest guy! I will continue coming here!

Visited this store for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a tire repair. Ironically needed to come back on my other vehicle very shortly after. I will never go anywhere else. The staff and service are amazing.

I have been a Big O customer for 50 years and am always pleased with the quality of their products and services. The desk at Pamela Rae Dr in Louisville is friendly and knowledgeable and I have relied on their good advice for 21 years.

Provided a detailed estimate of the service. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time. Shorter than I had estimated. Service kept customers informed on the progress of the service. Professional statt at this location. Free coffee and wi-fi.

ALCOHOL IN THEIR STORE!you can see it in the pictureThey don't take the mask wearing seriously.Came in at 10 am. No other customers in shop at the time. Took over 2 hours to complete the alignment. Alignment was done poorly. Steering wheel not straight. And pulled to the right.When I returned they didnt want to fix the issue. Told me they cant adjust the steering wheel. And if they got it to drive straight that the tires would wear prematurely.After waiting for the second round of service, I was told they didnt want to bring itback in and fix the issue. They told me to take it to another shop to have it fixed.I brought up the alcohol bottle behind the counter, they didnt seem to care. And the service writer acted like he hadnt even known it was there...Do they think all their customers are stupid?

The people that work here are the best. They are honest and they never charge you unnecessary. They always get us in and out. No matter what kind of car we buy they take care of us. They have the best prices and the best costumer service. They are better than the dealerships. I will always take my vehicles here for every service that they can provide. If you want the best experience, take your cars there.

I took my car in this morning because another dealership said I needed about $2,000 worth of work done. Well so glad I had BIG-O look at it. They called me and said I don t need anything done and the car is just fine. They are so incredibly honest and we won t go anywhere else. Just top notch guys that work here!

Have used Big O tires since 1998 and have never had a bad experience. I've always walked in without an appointment and been checked in within minutes. The customer service is second to none. You can depend on their tires, their staff and the warranty!

I would give more than five stars if I could. My husband told me your coffee is the best he's ever had. Five star coffee. Five star ties. Thank you, Big O. My husband is caffeinated and not as grumpy as usual.

I absolutely love this place! As a female it's important to know that they will always treat you fairly and won't try to take advantage of you. Once you buy tires from them they'll fix them for life. Every time I go in there they're always so kind and so helpful! Been a faithful customer and my father-in-law and my husband for the last 15 years at least!

I stopped in on Monday for a new set of tires and an oil change. We were immediately greeted at our car. Brandon got our service started right away. The team worked quickly and efficiently. Before we knew it, they had the tires off and replaced with the new ones. While waiting, I was very impressed with the atmosphere. I waited with two of my children, 9 & 7, and it was no hassle at all. The bathroom was clean and the kids got a kick out of watching the service bays through the window. The front desk staff greeted each arriving customer with friendliness. I asked for a quote of brakes while waiting and Brandon did it right away. He was also knowledgeable on the products he could offer. Overall, our trip was quick and hassle free. In a time when convenience is so important, this team set an incredibly high standard. We will definitely be back for continued service. Thank you!!

We have been sending cars to this Big O location for many years! Not just the company in general - this particular one on Pamela Rae is the absolute best.Their pricing is fair, they schedule well, they communicate, it's clean, and in my history with them, I've only ever had one problem, which they fixed.For the sake of convenience, I went to another near where I work. Never again. Now I adjust my schedule so I can always come here, specifically.

I had my car towed here for service because they were highly recommended by my family. I was extremely happy with their service ! They were so professional.and honest! Being a woman I am pleased to say they did not try to take advantage as have so many in the past. I will definitely use their business in the future.Sincerest thanks!!

OK, 1st of all reading the reviews makes me chuckle and shake my head a little...lol.And secondly we all have off days. We are from Michigan, so we are from out of town and out of state. We have never been to any of the Big O Tire locations. With that being said, my driver was down there and had just delivered to the ford plant down the road. We knew we needed tires and that he was gonna be there that morning. So I called around to a few of the tire shops to see if they could get him in. We set up an appointment for one o'clock. I asked that they rotate the tires, and put 2 new ones on the back. I asked for them to please check out the front end alignment, and let me know if anything was needed. This is where integrity of a business kicks in. They could have easily taken advantage of a company that was out of town, and the owner not even being there. Integrity goes a long way in my book. I will return to this location again when it comes to our fleet. My hope is that all the locations run on the same integrity and standards. THANK YOU ALL, at Big O Tire.P.S. They do deserve a 5 star rating, but we all have room for improvement

I got a low pressure warning on one of my tires last week. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day within an hour of it happening. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They had me in and back on the road in about 40 minutes total. They were very nice. If this is the service I should expect when I need tires, I will certainly be back!! Thank you!

I've been using them for about 6 years for my auto needs and my experience with them this week made me realize how fortunate I am to have found a repair shop such as them. For any single women who has to go in for work this is the place to go, they have repeatedly gave me top notch service and have never tried to get over on me (there's been a couple occasions (years ago) when I repeatedly stopped by for issues and they basically said there's nothing wrong and it years later and they were right so with they being said check them out and you won't be disappointed. Another thing I'd say is people have different personalities so the bad service is something I have not gotten but I do recognize that some introverts work there and that doesn't equate to bad service

Big O did a fantastic job changing out the o2 sincer on my jeep. And the price was very fair. I'll go back to Big O to get things done.

Sales guys were great, understood what I needed and ordered the exact tires I wanted for my Toyota. My experience deteriorated in the shop. I was able to watch the installation. I noticed that the new TPMS sensors I ordered were not installed with the tires and mentioned this to the salesman who brought the sensors to the tech who pulled the wheels (with the newly installed tires) off the car and pinched the bead down with the tire machine and installed the new sensors. I also had them complete an alignment. Upon driving the car afterward I found tire vibration and the car wandered from side-to-side. I returned to Big O and they re-balanced the tires and re-aligned the front end. My next test ride found the steering was fixed, but the vibration was still present. I again returned with the vibration and they re-balanced the tires. The next day I found the RF tire pressure was down 10lbs. and again returned to have the leaky tire diagnosed. They remounted the tire which solved the leak problem. But the vibration was still present. I took my car to Oxmoor Toyota and paid them to fix the vibration, which they did. If you care about proper tire installation and alignment take your car to the original dealer. You might pay a little more, but you can depend they will do the job right.

I love this place and the people that work here. They have never ever let me down. This is just one recent incident, see below, but they have taken care of me and my daughters cars many times before. Whether auto work or new tires, they are always friendly and have always been fair and extremely reasonable with their pricing. They are honest, competent, and reliable.Just recently I was planning an extended trip out of town. The day before I discovered an unknown liquid on my garage floor. I always make sure my cars aren't leaking anything so it was easy to notice. I took it immediately to Big O and they got right on it. Other places I've used have taken days to repair my vehicle. It turned out to be a broken rack and pinion seal. I was desperate as I needed to leave as early as possible the next morning. They worked as fast as they could and had my vehicle ready the next morning just an hour after they opened. I don't believe anyone could have asked for more. Again, these folks are GREAT.Thanks again for all you do.

Took my wife's van for anxious front brakes and maybe rotors that could have been spun. Said they couldn't also said I probably need calipers 1,500 is what I would have had to spend . Needles to say went elsewhere check my post I don't give 1 star ratings but they got 1

I have to recommend this Big O Tire store, for the fastest installation of four tires on our car. Yesterday my wife went to the store, they told her the tires I wanted were not the correct size and that they can get the correct tires today. What a great service!! Thank you guys.

Totally appreciated the fact that Charlie Fortney was so knowledgeable about the business and and took the time to explain to me the services this location offered. It is very convenient to my home, even though my tires were not purchased from Big O I was treated as though they were.
