I was on my way down to Alabama from Columbus, Ohio in my pick up. My trucks brake line broke (above the pumpkin) on my 1988 Chevy Silverado and they fixed it up in no time lickety-split they did a great job and I recommend them to anyone! They definitely had a can-do-attitude on a vehicle that is 36 years old. Thanks guys!!

Our visit from arrival to leaving was less than an hour. The store was extremely busy but I feel they gave our car and us just as much attention as if they weren t as busy. We got a full synthetic oil change. Everyone was very professional. Only recommendation I would have is the report they give you of things that need attention, if they would have talked about that to us before we checked out we could have had taken care of some of the minor things. Highly recommend this location.

Been going to this location for years to get my tires with no issues. Went here this week to get a nail removed and the tire patched up. They took care of it quickly and even though I m pretty sure my warranty on my tires had expired they still did this at no cost. I think the guy I talked to was Justin. But everyone there has always been helpful. Highly recommend.

The Service advisor was friendly and fast to set me up for an appointment and I appreciate the follow up message they did the day after! My car still had some issues (unrelated to the shops work) and the guys gladly took my car in the next day and squeezed me into their schedule to resolve the rest of the issues that couldn't be fixed the first time Car runs very smooth with no issues now, will gladly be returning to the shop for future maintenance on my pathfinder!

Stopped by Big O tires after experiencing a flat the night before. The courteous front desk people prompty took my information and assured me that they could find my leak. 45 minutes later I have the car back. A screw was removed from my tire and the hole patched. First time customer and there was no charge for the repair. It does not get much better than this. Highly recommend this location of Big O tires!

Excellent customer service. Got in our car after work and had a nail in the tire with tire pressure light on. Called them 30 minutes before they closed and Justin told us to come in. They put the spare on while we waited for the tires to arrive the next day. Very friendly and went out of their way to help. Will always take our cars to Big O in Hillview!

I would give it a 0 star if I could, I have brought TWO different cars to this location and BOTH times we were quoted something that wasn t the actual problem. When bringing it back something else was tried, and THEN told me their was oil leaks from several different areas, THIS WAS MY MAIN CONCERN WHEN BRINGING IT THE FIRST TIME, Justin White the manager told me he can t make it right literally. He s a fraud and all of the mechanics in their are as well, charged me for oil filter and oil change and DIDNT EVEN DO IT!

I was very pleased with the efficiency of scheduling and how quickly staff got my car repaired. Staff was open, honest and gave me options for making needed repairs. Very easy process and my car is running much more smoothly! Thanks guys!

Absolutely recommend coming here. When I hit a pothole and it busted the strut on my Mercedes, Justin White took care of my car. Worked with my insurance and got everything done and was with me every step of the way. Couldn t be happier with how they treated me. Definitely gonna be my go to from here on out. Very grateful.

Update: Today, they took care of my issue. Found 2 pieces of metal in my tire.I'm feeling better about returning.12/08/ 23 Today was the worst. I am beyond perturbed with them. I am not sure if they did what they were supposed to do. I usually get my oil change and tires rotated here because I purchased 4 tires from BIG O. Plus Today they need to see why my 4 tires keep going low and 1 i have to put air in every day. Today I was 2nd in line when they opened and waited 1 1/2 for them to hand me my keys and tell me they searched my car for tire locks and couldn't find them. Yes my fault because i just got locks and forgot. However, why are searching my car when I am sitting here waiting. Every thing not put back like it was supposed to be. My stuff in my seat and glove compartment wouldn't shut. My trunk ransacked. I feel violated. When all you had to do is ask me? My tire issue is still not fixed .

Justin got me together on an oil change, alignment, solved several problems i was having with driveability issues including a wheel bearing. Replaced rusty brake lines and both calipers due to rust. It was a little pricey but very quality work and showed me the bad parts so he earned my trust. Maybe being a repeat customer after this initial visit will help with pricing on future visits.

I was visiting the area and my car suddenly started acting up. They determined it was the spark plugs and coils. $1550 to replace. I never asked for a price during the process because I expected a reasonable amount of $800-900. Lesson learned!

I intended on giving this location a 5 star rating. The customer service I received from Justin the manager and staff top tier that day. The type of customer service thats rarely demonstrated these days. The issue came days later in a email from Car Fax of services I received. My mileage was typed in incorrectly. Placing my odometer 50,000 miles more then is on my odometer. This depreciated my vechile quite a bit. The original day I went the printer was having issues so I understood how the mistake could happened. It was a lot going on in there since they depend on the printer being in working condition. I went back after receiving the email. Justin fixed the mileage in the computer. He gave me a print off and told me it should take effect immediately, it didn't. Its been a week now and still no update to Car Fax. I've tried to also fix it myself but it won't let me type in the correct mileage due to it being lower then the amount reported from Big O. Car Fax has a dispute process. Im going to give it a couple of more days to see if it updates. I hope it does cause I don't feel like spending my time trying to prove that my mileage is lower then what was report. I've also heard this can effect your taxes so this issue needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. Pay attention to your paperwork for errors. I didn't think this would cause this much of an issue for me.

Great service I called about 30 minutes before closing time and I was able to make it there and they fixed my tire that had went flat right after I pick my boys up from school. I have came to this big old a few times and always had great service. I do understand that you all do get busy and things are hectic you can't always get stuff fixed and there will be a wait at times. Thank you all very much

I went in tonight about 5:30 with a tire that was quickly going flat. Apparently I had ran over a screw. Robyn was at the counter and worked me in quickly. They got the tire plugged and aired up at no charge. Thank you!

Friendly fast service! But...I purchased two tires for my daughters car and was told that the new tires would be placed on the back and her two old tires would be rotated to the front, however that did not happen. They placed the new tires on the front. Had they rotated the tires as we were told, I would have given them 5 stars.

The saleman.flat out lied to me. I said I didn't want the front end alignment . He charged men $149.99 for a 3 years front end alignment. I Also said no warranty on the tires. Which I thought was included with tires. Charged me $75.00 tire warranty. I will never go to big o tires againI was told the Hillview store was shady. Guess I should of listened.

My wife hit a pothole and blew out her front tire. The tires were not under manufacturer warranty. It was covered by Easy Care. They took care of all the paperwork. Greg stayed in touch with me while we waited for the tire to be delivered. After we picked the car up, my wife reported it pulled to the right.. Greg inspected the alignment and rotated the tires at no cost. This is a good business and they are good people to deal with..

I love going to the Hillview location. Everyone is so nice. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation on Black Friday. I had an appointment they were so busy. Greg kept checking in on me and my car. All the staff there are very friendly and professional. Thank you Big O

It's hard to trust people in today's times. Especially when it comes to car repairs. I have been here twice and both times while I was waiting for my car to be repaired, I watched these guys repeatedly just help people. They were awesome. They have earned my trust and I will be a lifelong customer.

Went to their shop on a Saturday to have two loose C70 Centerline wheels for my 55 Chevy Belair tires swapped out with two new tires. I told them they were old wheels, and they said... Oh well, we can not change those with our old tire equipment. Those wheels will probably get damaged. So I went to their competitors down the street. They came out, looked at the wheels, and said no problem. They let me watch as they professionally changed the old stuck tires. They installed my new tires I bought online and balanced them with zero damage or issues even with their old tire equipment. I work at a place that uses CSI scores that the customer is asked to give an overall review. I want to thank Ken Towery for the awesome and friendly service. Sorry, Big O... you failed!

These are the GREATEST people around. Our undercarriage was hanging half off!! They got us right in & fixed it. We just asked for some zip ties so we could get home to TN.He put washers on for a better hold & was so good to us. Everyone is so friendly, so kind. If you live in Hillview or just passing through, absolutely go see these guys! Thank you so much Big O Tires for the kindness you showed us!!! God bless your team today & everyday for being stand up people!!!

I own a trailer rental business and I needed a tire patched to get one of my units back on the road. Justin got the tire fixed for me and didn t charge me. They will have all of my business in the future. This place also services my personal vehicles and I have nothing but good things to say!

This Big-O is the absolute best we have followed Greg Nufer for years. He is fantastic to work with! Also met the new mgr Justin White and he is there to help you as well very nice too. Edited review: I am having issues with my check engine light coming on after having work done. I was dissatisfied with the service that I received at this location so I sent an email to customer service. I received a call from Shaun Brown who listened to my concerns and was able to schedule my vehicle to come back in for service this week at a different location. I was very appreciative of getting the call and their desire to make things better.

After being disappointed by a different tire store, we went to Big-O tires on South Preston based on online reviews. I'm happy to say it was a great experience. We got the tires we wanted, at a competitive price, and the service was completed by the promised time.
