Great service. Repairs made quickly and done right the 1st time. They communicated with us from the time we came in, letting us know what they found, then made sure we knew when our vehicle was ready to pick up, and then made sure we were satisfied. Friendly and competent professionals.Highly recommend their services.

Came in for new tires a few days ago. It was the middle of the day and I wanted specific tires. At first the computer said they had non, the gentleman said hang on we got a delivery and went to check, the ones I wanted were there the offered me a price match on ones that would have been more expensive. Was told it would be about an hour and a half for tires and oil change. Done in about 40 minuets. Never tried to upsell or charge extra for anything. You have my business. I used tot take my car to the dealer for everything, but the dealer has failed me too many times. Big O has not. Have brought my wife s car in for nails, most of the time they say no charge. Outstanding service everyone. Keep it up.

I've been going to this Big O Tires since I moved to the area and its has been my go-to for all car things. The staff is knowledgeable, and their customer service is outstanding. I appreciate the honest recommendations and quick service. Whether it's tire maintenance or purchasing new ones, they've got it covered. Trustworthy and efficient.

These are very Great individuals, who seems to want to generally help all customers. Point in case, while my Mom's and me where getting new tires on 2 different vehicles, a younger woman came in because of her car having a knocking sound and loss of power. She apparently had blown the engine and I realized it, more than likely not putting oil in it either way, they called her a tow truck and help her get back home safe from their facility. I mean just to go out of their way just to call the tow truck home with her vehicle, means more in the world to a father who holds his daughter stay safe in a situation like that shows they are there as genuinely caring for people, not just numbers and customers.

Made an appointment for 11am and showed up early for a tire rotation and brake check. They say brakes are good but could do pressure bleed. I tell them go ahead , them knowing I m waiting. Look around my car is out shop and no cars in shop and I asked if they was done and was informed that it wouldn t be ready till 430!

The staff at Big O is always super helpful and easy to talk to. I broke my windshield wiper with stupid ice and snow. They got me a new pair, got air in my tires, and got me on my way. I've had tires replaced, oil changes and tire rotations done. Fatt, efficient and good work. I'll be back.

I purchased 4 new tires mounted and balanced, as well as having my oil changed and was only there for 35 minutes. Thanks for the speedy service

This was my first time going to Big O and I must say and I so glad I chose them. I had a tire losing air and they found a nail in it. They are very fast and efficient. I will definitely go back. I also thought the price to fix the tire was very good.

This place is great! I don't say that often about auto places , but they were fast both times and extremely nice. They had made a minor adjustment mistake on my alignment so it pulled slightly to the right. I turned around and went back up there and they were quick to fix it. I was thinking I'd have to explain and would receive push back, but didn't at all, no questions, they corrected it immediately and told me what happened. Now my car's drive is perfect, even better than when I bought it! Couldn't be happier with the level of service I've received here. Very friendly and didn't try to oversell me on anything.

Always a great experience. I started going here after see how well they treated my mother. Their honesty is refreshing. They don t mind having dialogue around the problem and their recommendation. You feel not pressure. If you need work you get great service at a great price. This past weekend I had an oil change and 4 nee tires and was in and out pretty quickly as well. Highly recommend this location.

"Company policy" customers HAVE to use big o parts even when their 200-250$ more (which is average for any part they fix) more than any auto parts store (literally call any auto parts store & compare what part your having fixed) they quoted me 850$ i had it fixed for 440$ total. HUGE rip off, also i called 3 legitament mechanic shops & they were all 350$+ cheaper than this shop. I will never again use any Big o tire store for mechanical work, everywhere is cheaper for better service. Poor customer service, wish I could give less than 1 star. I have the printed estimate from this store so can't say I'm incorrect

As a woman, I have never walked into an automotive shop and felt like was being taken seriously, or being treated respectfully, until today.The staff was amazing with explaining what my car needed, and why. Any questions were answered promptly over the phone when I called to ensure I could be seen same day.No one tried to make pushes for sales, yet they still informed me of any potential issues they found so I was aware.The front desk offered coffee and popcorn while I waited, and checked in with an update before proceeding with maintenance.I also saw someone wiping down counters/ledges while I was waiting to ensure the space was sanitized and clean for customers.To say I was blown away with the customer service would be an understatement considering I have family who has worked in the automotive industry for 50+ years.

This location is terrible. Between telling me that my AC compressor was leaking and needed to be replaced and finding out it was just my dryer and condenser leaking was a total waste of money spent. I thought I could put that to the side and still get routine maintenance. But I was wrong I went to get my oil changed and they had left oil on the side of my truck theirs plenty of better shops in the area to go to trust me

The word trust always comes to mind when you think of a car repair shop. And I trust this group of people so much! I will always bring my car to this repair shop for as long as it exists. Everyone is so friendly and inviting!

My family has used this location of Big O tires for at least 15 years and they always do an amazing job! They are fair, knowledgeable and also pretty fast at service! They are very upfront and honest, which we also appreciate! I can t say enough good things about the entire team, especially Jamie & Paul! We highly recommend!!

Your customer service is excellent, but I definitely need to talk to someone about the poor performance on these big old tires they re only three months old and I ve never had a tire to ride like this I need to talk to someone about possibly switching tires. Thank you so much.

I really wasn't expecting Big O to be any different than any orher auto repair shop. I just wanted to buy tires that they carried.I was wrong. Big O is very different in the best possible way. James assisted me with the purchase of a set of tires along with coupons and the sale going on. But wait thats not all... They did have my tires in stock and could put them on right then. No appt needed and it would be done in 20-30 mins. I'm very happy with my new tires. I went back 3 months later for a free rotate and balance and an oil change again no appt and was thete about an hour. No complaints here. Friendly and competent staff.

Attentive and efficient! I ve been to other Big O Tires that have taken almost all day to complete a job and this location had my vehicle done within less than 3 hours! Not bad at all for new tires and an alignment, and they were quite busy that day as well. They also did not try to push me on fixing my brakes that I m getting fixed elsewhere. They were even patient when I ending up having to call my bank to take a limit off my card before I paid. Altogether a good experience. They also have coffee!

This location is my "go to" for almost all my auto services. The are courteous and efficient and do it at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Nearly 1k for brakes and rotors, 3 Thursdays spent back and forth with them. Was supposed to go again but I refused. Spent 3 Thursdays in a row, with no end in sight & still no results. Numerous phone calls & now outside parties to fix the issue, costing us more money.They were so unconcerned & nonchalant about the whole thing it was enraging. Seems they'd want to spend less time correcting mistakes or actually using decent parts so that new paying customers are being seen instead of dealing with redos but apparently not.Ended up having them give us upgraded parts and we took them elsewhere to have it fixed. Added a star for that, at least.

Specifically shop service was quick and accurate, shop guys were snappy-quick and great. Cordial but focused. It showed in the end result of the work I paid for both times that I was there. This is the only reason I gave as many stars as I did.Donna Bauer needs pack up her snippy, snide, endlessly cross and rude attitude...then go home and stay there. I wont be back, directly and solely because of her. Im happy-go-lucky in general, but her dealingS (two) with me at the Fegenbush location had me feeling a certain kind of way for days afterwards...which is exactly why I bought my tires/align elsewhere. She was way out of line, to the point that I was left speechless.I am not often one to be left speechless.I made this post/review after *several* months of intentional interal deliberation. I am also not one to approach random people like herself with any sense of entitlement, rudeness, or attitude. Her response to me was baseless, harmful to your business, and completely unwarranted. Unacceptable.

There is much better service this time with Big O on fegenbush. Had a nail in my tire, ended up having two. Took the tire on rim only, and they patched and repaired at No Charge. Which shocked me, they said since I bought them there it was no charge. That was a nice surprise and the service was excellentGREAT JOB, BIG O, for making improvements. Will definitely be back!

First I want to say I have never been treated with such respect and kindness as I was by Shaun Gognat. He brought me home while my brakes were repaired and picked me up when they were done. In both instances, he opened the door for me and was extremely polite. I highly recommend this location for any service job you need to be done on your car.

Always willing to go above and beyond to help. People are absolutely the best. Stopped by today to see how much they would charge to put some air in my tires. Was told no charge you don't see that much anymore. Will definitely be a return customer.

Everyone here is so nice and quality work is done in a short amount of time. Always do great work. No up-selling here either. They are straight to the point and treat their customers like family. Highly recommend.
