I recently left a 1 star because of my experience and one of the associates that works there ( name not important). Larry whose name I will mention took time from his busy work schedule to call me and talk to me about the problem that I had. He was very kind, caring and professional and compassionate when he spoke with me. I truly believe that if it wasn t for him a wrong would have never became a right. I will recommend this store to others and with what I experienced today with just a phone call I can and will give a 5 star! Thanks Larry for caring and understanding!

My Honda had a slow leak in one of the tires. I dropped off the wheel with Skylar. She worked in my repair during a busy afternoon. Sergio found a nail and was able to patch the tire. It was completed in less than 2 hours. I asked how much the repair cost. I was very surprised and grateful when Skylar said there was no charge for the repair. I would highly recommend this location for the level of customer service and having my back. Thank you!

This location does not disappoint!! The night before I called this location because I needed an alignment - although they had less than an hour to close they told me to come on in they would take care of it. And they did! It was then when I found out I needed new tires, which was very discouraging for me, I couldn t afford new tires at the moment, however Larry, the general manager stepped in and told me they have various finance options available which I would qualify for. I went home and applied, was approved, but my approval did not cover the amount of the tires - I called Larry with the amount I was approved for he told me not to worry - they had a special going on - to come on in and he would get me taken care of. And that is exactly what he did! He also put four new tire sensors on at no cost! I would highly recommend Big O tires! The staff is warm and welcoming and open and informative. You will not be disappointed!

In and out in an hour. During my wait though, there was a customer that made himself comfy by taking off his shoes and laying down in the couch and talking loud on his phone in a language other than English and nothing was said to him. I was annoyed but didn't say anything either. Please don't do this. It is a business and not ur home. Be kind to others around you.

My service was great. From my initial visit on Friday to the installation of my tires on Saturday. The professionalism I was given was great. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I was keep in the loop throughout the complete process. Thank you so much.

Great customer service!! Doesn t matter if you re the first one in the door or walking in 5 mins before closing they will take care of you. Good people with great attitudes. Definitely my go to shop.

Great service people and always friendly.I got a great deal on a set of tires in 2023.Had the tire low pressure light come on , took it over to them and they found the problem and fixed it for no charge.They always seem to be working to please.Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Service was fast and the rep at the counter was knowledgeable. I wasn t in there 45 mins. All I had done was new tires installed on my 93 s10 pickup. I plan to go back once I get the last pair of new tires.

Had a very productive experience with Big-O. Had a screw in tire. They repaired it free of charge and quickly. Very satisfied with service. I always purchase my tires and service at this store.

I called this Big O Tires on Old Sheperdsville Road near GE to get my tires rotated.I have never been there before and they scheduled an appointment with no problem.This privately owned store did an excellent job for me and they are getting my future tire purchases because everyone working there is great and good people to do business with.

Vehicle needed more repairs than I thought. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. She recommended all finance options and I was able to roll away with everything fixed by just paying $26.50 that day.

I love their service especially the way owner greeted and asked about our issues and he him self inspected and gave the best services to us with a detailed explanation and time line. (Mazda CX-50) Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for tyre services or products

They got me in right before they were supposed to close, figured out a way to solve my issue quickly, and had the whole thing done in 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Good price. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the staff at this location for mounting a tire for me! I'm from Woodbury,TN and was semi-prepared for a blowout, with a replacement tire. I was in a bind and these guys really took care of me so I could get my family back home safely.

I was expecting to pay for my patch and found out it was a service they provide for free. Nothing is free anymore. So I will be getting four new tires from them when I m ready. Much appreciated you take care of who takes care of you. #keepthemaroundSo thanks Larry and your team

Love this place and have only been there 1 time. I love the integrity of the people there. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and do not pressure you into making uncomfortable decisions. I appreciate their professionalism. Not to mention, it didn t take all day to get serviced. I will come back when I m in the Louisville area.

I knew I had to get our car ready for a trip and went to my BigOTire store at Poplar Level and Old Shep. I got 4 new tires, complete 4 wheel brake job, front end alignment with a new tie rod end, and oil change. All work was professionally done on same day! Our car drives and stops smoothly, as it should! I'm very pleased with the results. Their prices aren't cheap, but cheap prices don't get quality, guaranteed work and products. This is where I go regularly to feel confident for tires and tire related services...... disclaimer(I helped open this store and managed it for BigOTires in the late '70s, but now I'm just a regular customer and I get no discounts or special treatment. The staff didn't know me as a past employee until I mentioned when picking up our car.)

It was an extremely busy morning. I watched every one behind the counter roll up their sleeves and help out in the bay. The young lady helped customers with the tire air pump & Jackson helped out in the bay. This is not the closest Big O for me; but I drive the extra distance because the service I receive is always top tier!

Could have been 6 stars. If your tech would have checked all 4 tires and put the recommended air psi in all 4 tires for my wife after installing a new tire...just saying for future happy customers

I like this big o as they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely go back to them for any other work my car needs.

My service experience with Big O was great! My 21 yr old son needed Major repairs to his car and the crew and management went above and beyond to ensure that my son's safety was the highest priority. They even walked us both through a repair inspection to include details of the work that was done. We were so thankful and very satisfied with our experience.

Brought my car in for a battery I don't know if it worksor not because I had to have it tolled from Big O Tires to a Chrysler service department,so right now I'm very unhappy. The verdict is still out.
