I got my new tires here, so this day I got them rotated and balanced. Great customer service from the guys. They told me how long it would be, so I walked down the street to see this vintage shop, and as I walked back out my car was done. Perfect timing. I'll be coming to the Shelbyville road location from now on.

Wow. What a great experience. We were traveling back to Wisconsin and hit a pothole. Lost tire pressure. Went to the closest place we could find tire was not repairable so Big-O Tires had to swap it out with our spare. We got ready to pull out the old credit card, but surprised they handed us the keys. Here you go buddy, your all set - No Charge - travel safe . WOW !! A HUGE THANK YOU TO BIG O TIRES!!

I wish I would have shopped around a bit more. Being new to the area, I stopped here because of the great customer service regarding my questions when I called earlier that day. I was able to get a better quote on my tires and batteries from the dealership. My battery replacement quote here was twice that of Honda.

I have gone to this Big O when I lived closer. After moving further away and tried another place. I signed up to pay more for the next 3 free oil changes with tire rotation but when I went to claim my first already paid oil change, i was told my brake pads needed replacing. My vehicle had just over 25,000 miles... i said ok... but I'm not stupid just because I'm female and older... decided to leave that place and I went back to Big O a place that has always treated me well. I have to drive just a bit further but that's ok...

I cannot say enough about this team at Big o tires. Every time I come, I have an enjoyable experience. They are awesome, they are knowledgeable. They are just great. I suggest if you are a female or a male to stop by and make this your choice of auto mechanics, they are extremely awesome. I give them 10 stars. I am a female and know that sometimes. Repair services can pull your leg on prices and things you may need. This has never happened, they have always been up front. Give me a fair price on my repairs. Keep my car clean after services just an awesome group of guys.

I have had regular maintenance done at this location for around 2 years, mainly tire rotations and oil changes, and had built a sense of trust with this shop. I recently took the vehicle in for a repair on the front end and left spending $800 with nothing fixed. I was, then, referred to go to another Big O to see if they could fix it.I, instead, took the vehicle to the dealership to have a second opinion, and it was a simple brake work and an alignment to mitigate my chief complaint. The certified mechanics at the dealership advised the work done was unnecessary and, to boot, my less than 3 year old tires were dry rotted. Tires that were purchased form another Big O and regularly rotated. The mechanic said that can happen when tires sit in a shop or warehouse for years before being purchased as new to go on the road. My brother has also had work that has been reported to be done, but not actually done from a local Big O branch. Disappointing and an unnecessary financial blow.

Have used the middletown store for several years because they did good work at decent price. Went in this morn for oil change and tire rotation. They broke my lug bolts, which they would not replace. After spending more than twice the time and money here than I expected, I found a piece of the broken lug bolt in my tire. Will not return.

I came in early to get a screw removed from my tire. Didn t ask for a price, nor did I need an update. The manager pulled it right back, was out in 35 minutes. They were very cordial.

The kid behind the counter was friendly up until the point I denied any upsale attempts after deliberately stating I only wanted brake pads. Then after being assured they had a mechanic literally waiting around for stuff to do, it took them 3 hours to decide they were too incompetent to even plug in their computer diagnostic tool.They called me after waiting all that time and wasting my time to insist that either I had attempted to alter my vehicle's wiring or somebody and I quote "hacked my cars computer".... I took it across the street and got all of the work I needed done and then some with zero attitude for a cheaper price and with no claims of bad wiring on my 2018 Ford.Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I will say this Big O is the best I've ever been to. The customer service was EXCELLENT! They even followed the protocol by wiping down everything every 2 hours. I was here for 4hrs and watched them do it. David, Liz and Dan made me feel welcome and important to them. I will be back for all repairs going forward. #1 customer service!!!

Good service, professional and friendly employees.Service was quick. I would definitely return. I ve always had a positive experience at this Big O location.I stopped in for a B-1 service on a Honda. Work was done in less than an hour. There were 4 other customers in the waiting area so I was pleasantly surprised when I got out so quickly.

I like coming here but when the price for an oil change jumped to almost $100....can I get a call or something to let me know the price? I've never spent what I did on an oil change and I think it's pretty ridiculous. When I said something I got a shrug and was told, "oh yea that's just the price now." Well okay, warn me so I can do some shopping around...

Great service had an oil change done was fast and associate that helped me was very friendly. They went above and beyond and put a new headlight on that I needed bad. Thank you Big O tire I'll be back.

Great tires, good service BUT.. CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS AFTER YOU LEAVE HERE. I had tires rotated and balanced about a month ago and was driving yesterday and it sounded like I had a flat tire but no tires were damaged. Drove on and still the horrible noise. Pulled over again and three of my front lug nuts were so loose I could have spun them with my fingers. This is the second time this has happened after having tires rotated here. Last time it was only two lug nuts this time it was three. They need to double check to see that the lug nuts are on tight enough and not just hit it with an impact wrench. Especially on aluminum wheels. I hope my wheels are not damaged from this.

I have been using Big O Tires in Middletown for several years now. If you are looking for a place that is fair and competent, please use them. I haven t had an issue and as long as the service stays the same, I will be back!
