So I bought 4 new tires and 4 new rims for my horse trailer (not from Best One) because they could not get the rims. I called Best One up to get a quote on putting 4 new tires that I had onto 4 new rims that I also had. So no disposal fee from old tires. I'm bringing them 4 tires and 4 rims to mount and balance. They quoted me $410. I was trying to make it clear that all they are doing is mount and balance. That's it. Still same price $410. I told them that is outrageous price. So I call Discount tires and got the same quote and it's much cheaper. $90 tax and all. I know Best One does outstanding work and you get what you pay for, but $320 cheaper Where would you go.

These guys are by far the best tire place in all of Louisville. We were in town with our livestock trailer with a flat and a cracked rim. No other "tire shop" came even close to these guys! They are the only real tire and rim shop in entire Louisville. They have absolutely everything and can do anything. Any other "business" that says tires or rims in their title are rookies and amateurs compared to these guys. Very professional, kind, quick, and fair priced. They had exactly what we needed for our livestock trailer. Thanks for taking care of some dairy farmers from Idaho!!

I had a flat on the way to work. I was able to air it up enough to get to Best One. They got me right in. Guess how much they charged me? Nothing! I had to ask the gentleman twice. Because I didn't think I heard right! I will NEVER go anywhere else for tires! My son also said that's his tire place now. What an awesome business this is! Thank you Best-One!!

Very pleased with my first experience with this company. Staff very knowledgeable and willing to educate me regarding expectations associated with repair. Staff friendly and welcoming to their facility. I will gladly return when I need them in the future.

They got me right in, took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and although there was a mistake (old vehicle with uncommon rim setup), they made sure to make it right. I have no hesitations to return! Thanks guys, Lonis is the man.

Huber Tires has been putting tires on our fleet for a while and we are always satisfied with the service but here recently they went above and beyond. We were in a bind to get a job finished and they showed up after hours and in the rain to get us back on the road and to keeping our customer satisfied. Huber is a vital part of what keeps our company vehicles on the road.

There should be an option of zero stars. This place needs actual workers that care about vehicles and there drivers on the roads ways. it took3 trips to this location and over 6 mistakes to get 1 new set of tires. Further more I had to walk into the office of workers that looked at me like I was dumb to ensure the job was completed correctely. It was not, following this I was told to back up in the double sided bay garage without any assistance.. these people are pathetic and not trustworthy or respectful.

Taylor and his crew were great! Got there when they opened & they knocked out 8 drives in about 2hrs taking great care of my aluminum rims in the process.

I came in a hurry because my tire pressure was dropping quickly. Even though I arrived at 4:15 they helped me. Ryan, the specialist that fixed my tire, did it quickly and safely. He explained to me the process a little bit and came across as someone who is very friendly. Something I noticed is that his coworkers were there if he needed someone to hold a light or stabilize the tire as he used the equipment. Very nice to see a team effort. I know where I m going next time I have a hole in my tire. Thank you

Had a flat tire after I ran over a piece of metal. They got me right in, fixed it quickly and at a great price! Super nice and helpful and did a great job saving me from buying a new tire. Highly recommend.

Immediately helped me out. Tech was delicate with my wheels and replaced my broken valve stem. After seeing my army duffel bag, they told me it would be free of charge. Will be referring them to anyone local who needs a place to go. Very good service.

I go here for repairs to my work truck. They are always fast, and affordable. Recently I had a few nails get into the tires that couldn't be repaired the new set of tires was a quality set and reasonably priced. Overall I'd say Hubers tire is great.

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Huber Tires on Brook St. today. I live in Old Louisville about a quarter of a mile from this tire parts and services shop. They were able to work on my flat tire immediately when I arrived around 2:45pm on Tuesday, March 17th. By 3:00pm after paying 29$ I was on my way. The technicians and service staff were direct and professional.

Honest, straightforward employees and quality work. They even re-routed their delivery truck to get my oddly sized tires (Toyota Prius C) early! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I called to see if they had used tires in my size, but they did'nt and that's ok. Little did they know I had slept in my car after some idiot ran me up on median and it flatted both my tires on the right side. No one offered to assist me even once and my friend had just arrived after dropping her daughter off at school. Luckily one of the service men for the same company I called, saw me struggling to get my tires off and very kindly offered to help me. One tire wouldnt come off because it was rusted on, had he not been there I would be sitting in a puddle crying. Thank you so much for hiring such kind people. Like I said I slept in my car because I didn't have AAA, money for a tow and don't like calling people late at night when I know they have to work in the morning with my problems. I will be bringing my business to you and recommending your company to every one. Kindness, generosity, and compassion is hard to come by these days. It's good to know that some people still care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Called to get a quote for tire install. Price on phone was $40 high for what I could get other places. $27/tire. Convenience to where I lived made it ok. Showed up and the guy there said it would be $35/tire, when I reminded him of the phone price he told me that he didn't want the work. Said bringing tires to a shop was like taking your own hamburger to McDonald's. Went down the road to firestone. They did the job for $17/tire and got it done without a hassle. I noticed hubers had one car in their bay and firestone was packed. Wonder why?

Bad Business Practice. Was quoted $200 for one retread tire. Huber ran the bill week later for $645. Be aware of hidden fees.

Huber Tire helped us out tremendously, after they closed none the less. Honest guys willing to fix anything for a highly reasonable price. If you re in town and need it, go here.

Ordered tires of tire rack. Called for a installation quote and these guys wanted $40 a tire to balance and install. What a bunch of thieves. Ken towery is $20 by the way.
