AWESOME!!! When I say they took GREAT care of me AND it was a quick turn around in repairing my car TWICE in 2 months for both major and minor services! AMAZING, GOOD AND HONEST mechanics! Prices were great as well! HANDS DOWN nicest auto shop and mechanics EVER! I will ALWAYS recommend Bemudo Automotive for ANY car repairs!TRY THEM....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Called on a Saturday afternoon with a bad starter. Had me in asap and my vehicle was fixed within 2 hours. Very friendly and was very helpful in a stressful situation. Would highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely LOVEEEE this place He s very reasonable and great at what he does not only that I was also able to purchase a vehicle from him as well and it is an Amazing vehicle at that!!!! If you re needing a car or needing mechanical work done to your vehicle this is the place to go!!!!!!

I've been a repeat customer to Bermudo Automotive for several years now. They service every car in my household and I consider them essential to my family's car service needs. They are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and fair priced. It's hard to put your trust in anyone nowadays, but I totally trust and highly recommend the work of Bermudo Automotive.

Best automotive Shop ever!!! Great place to take your car and it will get fixed correctly and on a timely manner!!! They Aldo sell cars too. That's the car I brought for my daughter 2011 Dodge Fusion 112,020 miles for under $6000. Super happy

Every day as I drive to work, I thank my lucky stars that led me to Bemudo Automotive a few weeks ago when my car was giving me trouble, because not only is everyone at Bemudo super kind and helpful, but the quality of their work is excellent, while keeping the cost affordable, which allowed me to get back on the road with peace of mind.As others have written, I could really feel that everyone here truly does respect and care about helping you, and that they are honest, trustworthy, and take pride in their work for every single customer.I had been to another car repair shop that overcharged me before I had found Bemudo Automotive, but now I will always go to Bemudo as long as I live in the Louisville area, and I recommend him to everyone I know. We're so lucky in Louisville to have an honest, excellent quality auto repair shop and that is Bemudo!!!

I can always count on Bemudo Automotive for all of my auto repair needs. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and each time that I've had an issue with my car they've been patient and taken their time to answer all of my questions. Pricing has always been fair and reasonable. Bemudo has a customer for life!

I recently reviewed them and thought they did a great job on my first job they had done for me. So I returned for other issues not related to the first job. The second time I waited 3 weeks to get my started replaced. I gave them another shot and I brought my truck there on 1/11 and was told several times we will look at it next week for sure. Big mistake. On 2/15 I called and was told they havent got the time to look into it and recommended I take it somewhere else after sitting for a month. I drove my truck in and it set so long that it would no longer start so I had to pay to have it towed to a different location. The people act super friendly and motivated but then leave you hanging. Very hard to get ahold of and doors to business always locked 24/7. I Would not recommend.

By far the BEST auto mechanic and experience. The location is very clean, and the owner Uche is very honest, polite and professional. He also has helped me even when he didn't have to when there was an issue with my car stalling in the road. I had a series of repairs needed and they did a great job on my SUV and I do believe that he helped me save money and get the best value for my money. I am very happy with this company and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service and refer anyone needing an excellent mechanic!!

I never leave reviews, but I had a great experience here. My check engine light constantly pops on so I am constantly going from car shop to car shop to get things repaired. Unfortunately I didn t meet a mechanic I could trust until now. He was very detailed and honest about everything going on with my vehicle which I appreciated because other car shops will just fix what I ask and not even let me know if they see other issues. I highly recommend Bemudo Automotive! Uche Bemudo is the man. We had great service at Bemudo. Uche was quick at fixing the van's starter even though he was very busy. He treats customers with kindness and concern. He even worked on the van during off-hours and met us at the parking lot late at night (10pm) so we could drop off our key to him once the van was towed. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be going back if we have future car problems.

Fast, reliable and Great Service . Our car broke down on Saturday. Glad they checked, sorted and delivered on Sunday. Which was a great gesture.. Glad we happen to be here..From our experience, we surely recommend.

I made a day trip to Louisville from out of town on Memorial Day and hit a pothole, knocking my exhaust loose. This place was open and told me I could bring my car in. They worked me in quickly despite being quite busy and looked at my car. The gentleman there told me it would be less expensive to have an exhaust place weld it back, and said it looked okay to drive home. He didn t charge me for looking at it. I was able to sit in an air conditioned lobby and watch TV while they looked at it. It may not sound like much, but this place saved me on a very stressful day when my car was damaged while out of town on a holiday. I felt more confident driving it home and felt well-taken care of by Bemudo Automotive Repair. Thanks, guys!

Had a Clear gas leak from my fuel pressure line, so I dropped my car off without worry, to have it fixed. After getting quoted $$110 for the diagnostics, and $600 for the part and labor, quickly took it to my Trusted mechanic who Did the same exact job on the same day for less than $140. DO NOT bring your cars here you are going to be charged 2 - 3 times of what it really costs. SadService: General repairs & maintenance

We were from out of town and in desperate need of a mechanic. The owner checked out our car and did the repairs right away. He worked an hour past closing time!We received great customer service from everyone had a comfortable place to wait. The cost was reasonable and fair. He didn't take advantage because we were from out of town.

My husband and I have been coming here for almost 3 yrs now and absolutely love them. They are very fair priced, they don't lie, they are trustworthy and gets the job done and quick. My cars are like new when we leave. This place is amazing!!! We have had our car to 3 different shops always leaving dissatisfied paying lots of money and seems as if they did nothing...... Bemuda was able to figure out all of our issues with our car fixed them perfectly and i feel the pricing is very affordable ! This is our 2nd time coming here we will never go anywhere else! I went to check us this place because I was recommended by a friend of mines. I was definitely defensive and a bit sceptical because I know sometimes car places like to upcharge women. I must say that it actually lives up to the reviews. Uche is absolutely the best. He listens to understand and tries to get you the best deals possible for your repair. He told me his price and then told me to call around and compare. What mechanic you know does that? The other staff members were also pretty awesome and very attentive. The repair service took me no more than a hour and a half. I came in after work and they got started immediately. They have gained a loyal customer in me because you can tell they are genuine hardworking people.

Simply the best place to take your car. Honest, fair, and skilled. Him and his team know a car to the nuts and bolts. I love cars and I've even watched him take out my blown engine, tear it up, show me what happened, and got me back on the road. Same with my transmission, I can go on, but if you need honesty in getting your car fixed right, go to Bemudo. They go overboard. Maybe to earn your business or it is just what they do, either way, I'm a happy customer.

It's very rare to find auto repair shops that don't advantage of women clients. I'm clueless when it comes to anything pertaining to a car. The staff here were very responsive, patient and they explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. To top it off I really needed my car fixed no later than the next day by 10am , they called me at 830am and said Good Morning your car is ready. At this point I instantly became a new loyal customer. Thank you

Uche was very friendly and helpful. He went of out his way to diagnose my car and let me know I should still be under warranty. He didn't just take my money and overprice me. I'll definitely be back!

Uche has given some of the best customer service as well as very affordable pricing compared to other automotive repair shops. They go the extra mile in care and satisfaction! I'll definitely be returning. :)

This place is a complete joke. Buyer beware !!!These con artist got caught charging me for brand new auto parts which were marked up in price, and installing used parts on my car that they pulled from another customers car completely without permission from me or the other customer. So after them having my car for 2 weeks and chaging me for marked up "new" parts but installing used parts from another customers car im now broke down at work. I guess the part they stole from the other customer was bad also. After calling my local dealership and getting a quote to resolve this issue i found out that Bemudo Automotive was charging me double price compared to dealership. Also dealership only needed my car 2 days not 2 weeks. Theres a big difference in $1300 and $650, not to mention 2 days vs 2 weeks. Im very upset about chooseing these con artist to work on my vehicle. I try to support my local businesses but this one is a complete fail. Please look elsewhere for your automotive repairs, it will save you tons of money,time,and frustration.

I was referred to Uche about a year ago and Since then I have not let another mechanic touch my car. He truly has a passion for helping people and making sure they understand the issues with their vehicles !! I love using bemudo automotive and I recommend them to ANY AND EVERYONE(:

I've been taking my car and trusting Utche to fix my family's vehicles since he was the best technician at Towery's over 10 years ago. Shop is immaculate and there is a comfortable waiting room. My wife and daughter just hand him the keys.
