Best place ever for a Battery.Great staff with knowledge of the product. He did not say let me look it up. He knew the answers.They made sure the Battery had a full charge and was clean.They had the Battery ready when I arrived.I asked other questions about car keys and they had an answer without hesitation. Fast checkout and very friendly. This should be the standard for all stores.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you for helping me when Geek Squad refused. I am done paying all this money ever year for them to tell me we don't have any appointments, it's not covered or we don't do that... but Batteries Plus Bulbs saved the day!

Great prices, at least half the price of the other place I got a quote from for the repairs, and great staff! Lindsee and Jourdan (I believe were their names) were really nice and professional, and great turn around time. I got my Galaxy S9 charging port replaced, and it's like new now and only took about 2 hours to get it done. Big life saver and will definitely go back if I need any repairs done on my phone (if they offer the service needed).

Online ordered an Aux14 battery for my van from the Outer loop location. Online processing went smoothly! The next day I reached out to ask for an ETA and was informed it could take a week because they would have to order one in. I said okay as it seems nobody has them locally, except the dealership, and the price was decent enough. I get a call a day later telling me I would have to now come in and give them my phone number, address, and payment to get it ordered, the same info I gave online. What do you call an online order? Why would I drive in to order a battery that your website allowed me to order, to give you all the information I entered into the website to buy the battery in the first place, so that you could order the battery I already ordered from you? That business model makes no sense. I instructed them to cancel it. I'd rather pay the extra $20 at the dealership because I need the battery. Save your time and money.

I was happy to have a place other than apple to have my two old iphone 8's batteries replaced. I scheduled an online appointment with the stated intention of having 2 batteries replaced. When I arrived the batteries were not in stock, and I had to drive another 30 minutes to a location that did have them. I had to leave the phones there for service which was an hour from my home. The 2 employees there kept stating how busy they were, but there was never anymore than 2 people in line. One of them stated he had clocked in at 11, and wasn't able to eat his lunch.....it was 11:30. Now for the really irritating part. When I received my phones back they were covered in residue that you would find after removing a protective glass. Both phones were covered in it front and back. I had left both phones in pristine condition without surface marring. I picked up my phones and did not comment on the residue which took me quite sometime to remove at home. These phone cases WERE NOT the cases I had brought in. After removing the residue on both phones the surface abrasions were now apparent. My phone cases had been switched. These phones were being kept as back up and they were not going to be sold. I had no intention of driving an hour back to the location, to have the employees most certainly deny allegations. I am very unhappy with what I received, however, these phones will still serve their purpose. But deception and theft to make a profit is unacceptable and illegal.I did receive a call and an email from the sales associate that serviced my phones after posting this review. With an offer for a 20% discount on my next service. No thanks, not interested in speaking to the sales associate that serviced my phones to "answer my questions" or the offered discounted service for the next visit. I am however more interested in posting a factual review of a location that is not honest in their dealings. If Batteries Plus Bulbs would prefer me to mitigate my review, then I want someone that is in a more senior position to call or reply so that I know this is taken seriously rather than internally scuttled.Brent Madison, MD

Took a working iPhone 8 to replace a cracked screen, picked it up, it wouldn t charge pass 4%. Took it back to them, they said it was the battery, replaced battery, picked it up, took it home, still won t charge. Now I get left on hold every time I call.Update: the store contacted me after this review They told me to bring the phone back and they will fix it for free. I took the phone back. A few days went by not hearing from them. I called. They said they are trying different things and waiting on parts, they will call me when it s fixed. I was also told of this last thing doesn t fix it then it s a dead phone. It s been a week since then so I guess it s a dead phone and won t even call me to tell me. I m now out a phone, and the $175 I gave them to fix it. DONT GO THERE!

Dropped my phone off on a Sunday. The man I talked to said he couldn't repair it, he wasn't certified high enough. I called back in on Tuesday, to ask about the status of my repair. They informed me they didn't have my screen in stock, and they'd have it Friday when the supply shipment arrived. No one informed me of this, I had to call and get the info. I called back on Friday, and was told that they only that day ordered the screen, and it could be there Tuesday. I called in on Tuesday afternoon, expecting the phone to be done, and from the way my conversation went with them, until I called, they didn't remember my phone, and had no intention of repairing it that day now that the screen was there. Overall terrible communication and customer service. I have a Galaxy S10+, not even an older or uncommon phone, it shouldn't take over a week and constant calls to get even a bit of incorrect information. If I had known it would be such a drawn out experience I would have never taken my phone there.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I initially brought in my CAT phone to have its' screen replaced however after they informed me that only CAT technicians themselves were qualified to fix it I ended up allowing Bulbs & Batteries to fix my iphone 7 instead with a simple screen replacement. The screen replacement went well but I eventually learned that my iphone had a design flaw that were common with my model that prevented me from making voice calls which they told me it wouldn't be worth fixing cause it would be $250 minimum. Bummed but since I really need a phone to make phone calls with I guess I'll have to find another way to repair my audio ic chip.

The gentleman who worked on my phone was great! I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The employees there are very knowledgeable. Even though my phone could not be fixed I was still very pleased with the service that I was given. I will definitely be back! This was my first visit. Awesome customer service.

My iPhone 8 ended up with a spider web cracked screen and the techs repaired it with a new one in about an hour.And not with a refurbished glass front as most due at a lessor price.Dustin and Jennie were very open about the whole process. I gatta say the new glass makes the screen look more vivid than the original! . And no click and wait. Great service!

These guys are the best! I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. I had been going round and round with Sprint over a phone battery. The phone is only 7 weeks old and they wanted $75 just to look at their phone, it's a lease. Took it to Batteries + and they tested it for free. The employees are helpful and pleasant. You won't find a better store to do business with!

Paid $110 for them to fix my screen and when i got it back i couldnt make calls without the phone shutting completely down and the earpiece didnt work what so ever. I had to wait a whole week for them to order a new part to repair my phone. Only to get my phone back a second time and it is still not working properly. My front face camera does not work at all so after going up to the store everyday for a whole week straight i still do not have a properly working phone.DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

So two different days, same issues. We arrived at this location earlier in the week. Went in to have my boyfriends battery & charge port changed. He was refused his charge port changed because they were saving him money .Fast forward to today. I make an appointment for this location, was called by a tech who argued that I entered in a s8 instead of 8plus. I was emailed my confirmation number & I gave it to the tech who called & said oh it cut off after the 8 . This person then proceeds to tell me that I don t need a charge port, in 7 years they ve been there they have never had to replace one.. cleaning it would be suffice. I tried to explain that it has been cleaned & hadn t worked in two years.. so cleaning it would be no good. This person keeps on telling me that they re just trying to save me money. But the issue is if I m willing to pay for a service why am I being refused? My appointment was canceled by the techs to have my charge port and battery replaced because they re DIDNT carry parts anyways . I was asked why I needed it replaced after so long, I said I had 2000 pictures I needed off my phone and onto my computer, and to charge my phone in the car when I m out and about. I was suggested to buy a labtop to open iTunes on which is way more expensive than replacing my charge port.Please I would like to be contacted by the highest up possible about this issue!!!

Montez Golder sold me when he answered the phone. He spoke with respect and basically laid out what the problem would be - no more no less. I appreciate his honesty and promptness in resolving my issue. Great job and we will definitely be back.

Batteries and more on Outerloop have excellent customer service with a quick response I can help attitude. Sorry to say I didnt catch the young lady who helped me on Sunday March 3rd. Had a battery concern with a old I phone 6. I needed info off the phone. She had it fixed in just a few hours. Such a huge help. Thank you:)

My power supply for my ancient laptop bit the dust and I had spent alllllllll day trying to find a replacement. A friend recommended that I try Batteries Plus and they had exactly what I needed at an affordable price. They also had really good specials on AA and AAA batteries that I couldn't pass up.

I've been a Batteries Plus customer at the Louisville Outer Loop location up until a few years ago. I went today and discovered that they had moved just down the street, but in a location I felt was a little bit more difficult to get in to. Upon entering, I spoke to the salesman and mentioned I didn't think that it was as convenient of a place as the old spot. Instead of deflecting, as good customer service skills would dictate, he made a face at me and basically told me I was wrong. When I said it really didn't matter to me anyway, he looked at me and very rudely said "it doesn't matter to me either". Faced with unwarranted hostility, I told him I would take my business elsewhere and walked out the door.� As I was leaving, I heard both employees laughing at me.� Needless to say , I won't be back to this location. Hopefully Batteries Plus management doesn't think this is proper customer service. Arguing with a customer is not a winning idea.

Very helpful and let me use some tools to replace my battery. Gave me a very nice deal on a gel cell battery and was very helpful on trying to find a gel battery that would fit. There are no direct fit gel batteries for my car. I'll be going back in the spring to grab a battery for my Harley I'm sure.

I placed an order online and it processed. At the end of the transaction it stated to pick it up at the local store. Went in with the order number and Jacob stated that the item isn t at the store and would have to have it shipped to his location. That it would take approximately a week for it to arrive. He also stated If something is ordered online no matter if it s available at that location or not it views it as available. He called 3 locations that stated there was one in stock. Needless to say there wasn t. Didn t offer to have one overnighted from main warehouse due to this and stated that the on line ordering issue was nation wide. VERY disappointed. Will be using Amazon from here out.

I took my Samsung Galaxy 8+ in for a screen replacement. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I left my phone, and was able to pick it up in about an hour.

Received great customer service, wanted a battery for a old watch they had it installed it set time and the three other adjustments needed to set the time on this petiticular watch price was reasonable. Now I'm set for life.

Correct product in stock. Very helpful.Auto battery was exact match for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The three major auto parts stores I checked with said there battery was a direct match but the size was not the same as OEM. The battery mounts under the passenger seat and theirs would not have fit correctly.I will be sure to suggest to friends to patronize BpB.
