Bachman Collision guided me along the way, kept me up to date with repairs and kept in constant contact with me if they had any questions. Very friendly and I felt very good about them taking care of my car!!

I walked into Bachman Collision Center because someone smacked my mirror with their car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I didn t have an appointment but they were willing to give me an estimate anyway. It took them no time at all to get the part in and painted. I came back and waited 15-20 minutes and they were done. I highly recommend these people!!! Thanks Bachman!!

This place is awesome, I've taken cars here in the past and recommend them to family and friends, even tho every visit is unfortunate they make it the best they can, I was told my acura wouldn't be ready until mid December, they had it ready 2 days before Thanksgiving, it was originally gonna take 3 months and they did it in half the time, very thankful for there work and quality, ive attached some before and after photos

This place does work for people getting estimates for insurance. I got tboned last week and the only hitch in the process of getting my life back on track was THIS PLACE. They checked out my car at an appointment set up by my insurance. The guy was quick, had me fill out some paperwork and said they d have my estimate to my insurer quickly. A week later and they are trying to schedule me for repairs. My insurance has no record of their estimate at this point and the person that called said they also had no record of my estimate appointment. If there s no record anywhere for the dang estimate, who s paying for the dang repair work Mr Lebowski? Anyway. They were a mess so I canceled that appointment and my insurance moved me to another estimator. This place does not employ good record keeping, or enable its staff to accomplish the tasks necessary.

I hit one of those awful potholes in January after the ice/snow and bent a rim. My insurance worked quickly with Bachman and I was able to drop my car off the next day.Big shoutout to the ladies in reception!! Answered all my questions and chatted with me while I filled out my paperwork. I m a talker so I really appreciated the kindness and great conversation they provided. :)Danny kept me in the loop on what was going on and left detailed messages with estimated timeframes. Did a thorough inspection to make sure there wasn t any additional damage. They even replaced my wheel cover (it went flying off who knows where after hitting said pothole) which I was not expecting and elated to see.Got my car back WAY sooner than I thought too!All around a great experience! Big thank you to the team!

We recently had a major repair on our 2017 Audi S7 as a Progressive Insurance customer. The entire roof had to be replaced. We had to wait 4 T1/2 months for the parts from Germany, but the repair work was excellent. There were some spots on the dash we noticed after we got home and Bachman fixed those to our satisfaction. You literally cannot tell the roof was replaced. My wife was sure the car would never be the same but she is satisfied.

I recently had my car in repair at Bachman Collision Center with Shelley Key as my Estimator. This is not my first visit to the Center over the years, so I m aware of how well they can repair your car after an accident. This is, however, the first time I ve truly been satisfied with how attentive my Estimator has been in keeping me up to date regarding where the service persons are in the completion process. Knowing the process was very important to me so that I can know when to expect my car returned. Ms. Shelley Key is definitely a 10 in her area of expertise at Bachman Collision Center. I highly suggest you request her should you have the need to take your car into the Center for body repair.

We stayed Thursday night in Louisville. That night the front bumper of our WRX was damaged too much to let us continue our road trip Friday morning. The folks at Bachman Collison Center were able on the shortest possible notice to repair the bumper and get us on the road that same morning. Unbelievable service and wonderful people. Friendly and great staff who made the whole process extremely easy, getting my vehicle fixed after hitting a deer. Called me with updates throughout the repair process and they were able to get the work done earlier than expected.

Bachman was extremely professional and went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. They gave me a ride to the rental car agency and then also drove the rental car back when I picked up my vehicle. They even washed the vehicle after the repair work was completed.

Had to have the doors on my Lexus replaced after a hit and run. Worked with Shelley, she kept me updated and was great to work with.The only concern I had was the first night my vehicle was in their possession, my car app alerted me that my door had opened, it was after business hours, and I was unable to get ahold of anyone that night. I did get a call the following morning to confirm they had opened my door.We would use them again if we needed to file another claim. Also Enterprise is less than 5 mins from their shop.

Friendly and very fast. Rear end collision that required a new bumper and some panels. They adjusted the trunk lid tension and cleaned the entire exterior to like new condition. Very nice extra touches.

Dealing with Bachman was definitely the easiest part of theft recovery process. All issues were caused by our insurance company and unavoidable part delays- BCC staff always had an answer, update, eta or solution and the car looked great after. Front staff, in person and on phone, were always patient and nice. The manager was calm, friendly, and obviously cares about his reputation and the quality of work done here - Progressive should take notes.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Looking for help to navigate a car accident was crazy. Bachman Collision Center was so helpful and the staff was absolutely amazing! They helped me every step of the way and kept me updated on all changes and any communication they had with my insurance company! Sean with Bach is a joy to work with and he fought for me to get everything I needed for my car and made sure my insurance company covered the cost and it not coming back on me! I would recommend Bach any day of the week!

Bachman did a good job on my car. The front fender needed to be replaced. When finished, even the grocery cart scrapes were gone. Done in a timely manner.

My family and I will be forever Bachman Customers We had 2 separate claims with 2 different insurance companies. That in itself I'm sure was a task for them. Once I dropped my vehicle off, they handled literally everything. I never once had to reach out to either insurance company to coordinate a thing! They stayed in touch with me through all of my vehicle's progress. I never had to guess anything either! They were always upfront and honest with me. Even when parts were delayed for reasons out of their control. Everyone was always so friendly too The day I picked up my vehicle, I was greeted with smiles and honestly what felt like a celebration parade. It was such a good feeling having a customer/business relationship like that. The work they did was impeccable! My vehicle is so beautiful and perfect. No flaws whatsoever! Thank you so much guys! My family and I are forever grateful

Chrysler company was blowing us off over a warranty job they didn't want to complete. Jay was awesome and saved the day. Jay stepped in and took the time to explain to me everything going on with Chrysler, and assured me he'd take care of our vehicle. We got our van back today and couldn't be happier. Thank you Jay!

I took my 2020 Subaru WRX here after an accident, and they made the car look just as good as it did when I first bought it. The insurance estimator David Floyd did great at communicating with me about what was going on with my car. Also, the employees at the front desk were helpful too. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs done on their car.

Don't waste your time. Had a metal rod hit my lower grill, adaptive cruise sensor in early January. Turned it into rapid response claim with insurance. They only estimated lower grill, not acc sensor or the correct labor told me to get supplemental estimate for correct repairs and labor rate.Called Bachman, shouldve known better from my past experience with them.Got the email confirmation for appt. and called right back told her again I'd have to wait on them to do estimate. Simple, grill, acc sensor and guard, labor, no other damage, even gave her the part#'s. Was assured it'd take 15 minutes to write up since it was just minor damage and insurance would have estimate in a couple days.Waited 5 weeks for appointment for a simple estimate. Arrived at Bachman, receptionist kept going back to how they'd have to work off esurance estimate, kept telling her it was for a supplemental estimate not repairs, yet. She just couldn't grasp that idea.She got the guy to come look at it and all he could say is we'll have to tear it down first.Told him, even pointed to the only 3 things damaged, still, we'll have to tear it down. Sounded like a broken record. Told him this is ALL that's damaged, condensor not touched, radiator not touched, no reason to tear it down, have it sit for days or weeks for a simple estimate, his answer, we'll have to tear it down.Basically we'll need to tear it down so it's not driveable so you'll have no choice but to let it sit here for weeks on end since according to their sign on the door they have no employees anymore.Been in the automotive repair business for 40 years, pretty obvious when someone is trying to b/s their way into more work than actually needed, or just didn't want the work which is the impression I got. Had it been major damage and a possibility of hidden damage it would be understandable to tear it down for hidden damage. Not the case at all but he didn't want to hear that, just the same, "we'll have to tear it down".As packed as their lot was with wrecks and no one there working I have no doubt it would've taken months for them to get repairs done.My suggestion, don't waste your time making an appointment. The receptionists are clueless as to how the body shop works, the body shop wants to tear it apart so you have no choice but to leave it there for months waiting on them to find help even for such a minor repair.
