My friend had worked done on herMercedes Benz and we went to pick up her car. I got to meet the owner and he charged her a reasonable price for her tuneup. She recommended to me this place and they are very competitive mechanics and they charge resonable price. They don't take advantage specially if you're a woman. It was hard for me to find a very good mechanic until yesterday, that's trustworthy and do a very good work, so I will be going here and I will recommend this place to my friends here in Lv,Ky.

Walter and his team were great! My engine light went off and he was my second opinion for servicing. He was very thoughtful and fixed my issue quickly with no issues. Absolutely affordable. I am very grateful and will be coming back in the future.

This place is awesome!! I have a Volkswagen CC and took it in to Brian to fix a rear main seal leak and a coolant leak, which was fixed in four days. However, being the wonderful VW that it is, other issues came up that had to be fixed on the day he finished the issues I took it to him for. I was using Lyft and when Brian found out he let me use his car for over a week!! Who does that?!?! My car was there for awhile (3 weeks) because of 3 or 4 additional problems but he kept in touch with updates the entire time. The price was reasonable as well, around $100-$200 cheaper for each issue compared to Bill Etscorns. I would 100% recommend B & W Auto Repair to anyone!!

I will never take my car to another service center. B & W Service Center does quality, professional and efficient service. I am always treated with respect and know that my car is in good hands. I recommend this service center to all my friends and family.
