Quick shopping experience. The two gentlemen working were so nice and helpful. One gentleman put my windshield wipers on for me. Working retail myself, I always appreciate great customer service. Very appreciative!

Stopped in to buy a hose and they ended up not having what we needed. That s fine. While we were there we decided to buy a couple other items. I noticed as the cashier rang us up that both items rang up for more than the sticker prices. So I finished checking out then went back to look at the stickers to make sure it wasn t my mistake. Sure enough we were over charged for both items. The cashier had to get a manager to help. They went back and forth with each other for about 5 minutes. Then the manager comes over to us and tries to say that the price on the sticker for one of the items is only if you buy that item bundled with another item. This item was in three different places in the store all with the same sticker price and no mention of a bundle at any of the three points. Now the difference on these two items (that were obviously stocked with incorrect stickers) was only about $1.50. So instead of giving me back the $1.50, they now had to completely return my purchase and have lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed.

Went to Auto Zone for a new battery that I had researched on line. Troy and James helped me, found and installed the battery, and I was out in 15 minutes. Would recommend.

I went in to get a simple diagnostic reading for my check engine light to see if it was anything serious. The associate claimed he didn t know where the port was located and that it probably wouldn t tell me what was wrong anyway then walked back inside. Felt brushed off. Don t advertise a complimentary service if your employees won t perform it or don t know how.

January 2024, went to have my battery check and was told that the dealer would have to change it. Called the Jeep dealer and asked if it was a dealer or dyi repair; dyi was the answer. Headed to another autozone location and a sale and swap took place.

Update: Rest in Peace Darius. You were very kind to us. Wow! We were stranded and went in just for advice on what to do and Darius Maldonado went above and beyond to help us. Very kind and courteous. Best service I've ever had done and I'm dead serious. This guy has earned the Autozone Fern Creek my business from now on! Thanks Darius!

The sales staff greeted me upon entering and asked for my car information. He walked to the aisle and pointed to the exact product I needed (taillights). Checkout was quick. This experience was typical of my experiences at AutoZone.

Please beware if you have to go there and put your foot down when you need I almost spent $200 there because they didn't check the battery correctly. Luckily of the staff members were very kind. The manager (I don't remeber his name, but he was tall and bald) on the other hand tried to hit on me and was getting aggressive when my friend was trying to get him to leave me alone. I'm truly disgusting that some 40-50 year old guy who can apparently manage a store can't see that when someone's vehicle breaks down and they just need assistance so they can go home after an already stressful day doesn't wanna be hit on. Especially when they are definitely young enough to be your daughter.

Helpful staff; store well laid out. Some tools are available for loan. They are processed as warranty returns however be aware tool loans are not recorded in their system and are not returnable for refund without customer receipt.

I came in to get a battery tested and Darius went out to check the battery and determined that it was bad. I bought a New Battery and he installed it. He also was able to give me a discount due to being a AutoZone battery. I was very impressed with his overall demeanor and politeness and he made the process easy and I was impressed with his caring and informative attitude. (Which as most people know is getting to be a thing of the past.) Thanks Again Darius. Great Job!

I was broke down in the parking lot next door. Needed to buy a battery and borrow the tool to put my battery in. They refused to let me borrow the tool. Went to O'Reilly's and bought the battery and borrowed the tool

I'll never go to Autozone again.Stood at the register for 15 min while 1 guy helped a customerand two others stayed at the other end of the counter playing with a computer. customer behind me went down and asked to be waited on and those two said go to the cashier and we kept waiting. Finally I left and went to O'rileys and got waited on right away. I won't deal with those Aholes again.Thank God O'rileys opened up a store just down the street.

At the Bardstown, Rd Ferncreek store, Troy provided us great service. He responded quickly, gave us great follow up advice and provided a quick fix. We thought we were going to have to buy a battery, but the problem wasn t the battery. Thanks Troy!

Awesome staff. My Mother needed windshield wipers and the young man not only helped her pick out the right kind but came outside IN THE RAIN and put them on. Talk about great customer service it s kind of hard to beat that level of dedication from a place. This is the type of service you thought was extinct.

Worst workers ever I'm the day time. Night workers r great friendly an ready to help. Not so in morning. Rude an won t help do anything. A simple head light bulb an they couldn't be bothered.

I have been going to auto zone for many years. I went in to take my marine battery, purchased at this location on Bardstown Rd. There was only one customer in there and he was getting ready to leave when the employee started talking to him. The employee, Leroy, is one of the managers but he did not even have the courtesy to tell me, "I'll be right with you."I waited for a few minutes while he continued chatting to this customer. Finally, I said that I had to go to work so the customer cordially left but Leroy got upset and accused me of not being patient and how important the other customer was because of the amount of money he spends and so on. I was utterly SHOCKED! I have never been treated so disrespectfully.This guy is a manager and he is behaving like a totally spoiled brat.He lost a customer, me.
