Way too expensive for everything in there. I've been to other auto zones and didn't have to pay a arm and leg for wire nuts. Employees don't know anything about vehicles and not too eager to help you with running codes let alone know how too. They tell you it's illegal to do something but O'Reilly's across the street will do it. They also sold me a empty box as well. I will not return to this store.

Friendly, eager to help staff. Wanted to purchase a battery but they were unable to install. Gave me a recommendation of nearby garage and even called ahead and told them I would be arriving!

Went for brakes and rotors gave me wrong parts and then didn't return all of my money because they didn't have the correct rotors in so I lost 80 plus dollars from 1 receipt to the other would not recommend

Very poor customer service! One female was the worst and I will be contacting the District Manager with my complaint on her. I understand stores get busy but to tell a lie about something you can t do because you re busy or just having a bad day is extremely unacceptable. I left and went to another AZ and they took my return and was told that any AZ could have done the same. Again, very poor customer service and I will be contacting the district manager.

For the most part, the staff are friendly and supportive! I've had a not so good experience with an employee who maybe had a bad day! It's been rectified since I was able to speak with the district manager! Although this may have happened, I do BELIEVE the employee probably was in a bad experience with an outraged customer before my experience! We all have bad days. we just HAVE TO BE as professional as possible when it comes to customers and a business! With this being said, the crew is nice with every experience I've been there! But I recommend this establishment the staff are helpful and knowledgeable!

Wife was sold the wrong battery for our vehicle. They were able to exchange it for the correct one and gave a small discount for the trouble. They also had tools for me to use to swap the batteries out while there. Never had a problem at this location.

I'm starting to lean more toward O'Reilly's rather than AutoZone because it seems like each time I go in there they end up not having the part for my car or I also realize that the prices are higher than O'Reilly's and the parts aren't any better quality so there's really no reason for it. If I have to go to O'Reilly's to get parts for my car I might as well just start going to O'Reilly's first and foremost. I used to love going into AutoZone because I always walked out with something I didn't really even need but ended up using plus the part for my car that was needed but now it's a completely different story unfortunately.

I went in here today. Yep as other reviews say it looked clean and likely organized. But the guy working wouldn t change my Mom s battery, which honestly was the only reason I picked AutoZone. He said that was a 45 minute job!!! Hmm. Went across the street to O Reilly and it was an 8 minute job.Clean store doesn t cut it for me with lazy staff. If you are just looking for a clean store where you will get no support this might be for you.

Apparently the return policy isn't honored at this Auto Zone. Having a receipt and the original packaging doesn't matter. Will not be shopping here again.

Don't waste time working for this company. The will set sales goals and give you "Pizza parties" as a reward. Gee thanks I just made you all 5k extra in sales and instead of a bonus you gave us a pizza party? What a joke of a company. No wonder they go through so many managers and employee's.

I am very grateful for the time spent with me during my visit. Mike R went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable couldn t ask for more. He spent up till closing time looking through the parts to make sure I had what I needed. He never rushed me or pushed me out the door. Tested me like an equal and that says a lot. Most places see a woman walk in and think they have no knowledge of cars. Thank you for all you did Mike. Made shopping a great experience! I will shop with this store from now on out.

They tested my battery and provided a jump free of charge. I usually shop either here or Advance with my reward card. They often have good coupons.

The employee are usually very polite. This applies to all auto zones not just the one I visited last. I did not make a purchase because $20 for one can of spray paint is insane. 90% of the time we are given the wrong part. Therefore we call then auto zone automatically the wrong part.

Had a good and bad experience at this store. Christi was a great help in obtaining a very difficult, hard to find battery for my car. When I came in the next time to pick up the battery, the guy was really not nice, after I spent $220 for the battery, would not put the battery in the car. He shoved a tool cart at me and told me here ya go. It only took one bolt and the terminal cables to change the battery. Very bad service, after having great service.

Well the same story they just don't seem like they know how to wait on customers efficiently to get them in and out you had two workers standing at the register talking to each other like customers were waiting in line and they weren't talking about car parts

I want to recognize Autozone employee Kwang, who worked very hard to remove my old battery which had a lot of corrosion, and the terminals were hard to remove. He was so pleasant and kept reassuring me that he would get it done , and he did, all with a smile. I'm a 77 year old woman, and I drove there after the AAA driver had jump started it, and he told me to go straight to Autozone, and I'm glad I did.

Sales clerk was not friendly or helpful. Refused to help me install a battery. I'm 72 yrs old and it was a struggle. Even bought the best battery they had !

Didn't have the basic part I neededan Oil Filter for my 2016 truck , and the clerk acted like he didn't have a clue . I should have learned my lesson the time before. It's amazing that their still in business, I won't go there anymore.

Wanted me to pay $200+ for a battery which I was cool with but wouldnt help me put it in? Pathetic ill take my business where somewhere actually wants to help not a store chasing a dollar will never grt my business again

Very nice guys inside who helped me out with a free battery charge. They were able to diagnose my battery on the digital charger and told me my battery was bad . They saved me a lot of time with the diagnosis.

Had to get parts for the Mom-in-law's car today, and the service I received was over the top! My clerk (regretfully I missed his name) efficiently went through my options and saved me better than 20% compared to another quote... thanks so much!

Went in for a battery change as my car still had its original after seven years. The temperature change finally did it through, and the people at Autozone help me do a quick swap. It was quick, no hassle, and fairly priced. Would go again for my other auto needs.

I was very pleased with my shopping appointment there at AutoZone. I feel like the manager especially was extremely helpful and the service was great. The prices were really good and so was the selection. I am.glad.to have an auto parts store the serve it's customers well. I recommend going back.

Sold us a bad starter, had it for 2 months and its junk. We take back to get a replacement cause its under warranty and another bad starter the wires are corroded. They refuse to give us our money back but insists on us getting another from them to replace. If its under warranty why can't we just get out money back?
