I actually was able to get personal assistance with fog lights from a gentleman working here. He was truly concerned that I purchased quality. He also had my wallet in mind while helping me.

I've been on hold for over 20 minutes now. They've picked up twice and put me on hold before I could say anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. I also ordered a "next day" order which got put off another day which is why I am calling. No one will be here and Fed Ex will leave the package outside. I am going to the BBB, I am so frustrated with the poor customer service!

Neither of the gentlemen working here knew what cam shaft paste was even after explaining. So I bought a couple items and change was 11.69. I gave him 2 twenties. He had no change for that amount. I said it s cool I had a ten to swap out one of the twenties making change only 1.69. He couldn t understand this transaction but finally he ynderstood while the other associate was standing there nodding his head. He had no quarters to make this change and before I could say anything he was gone. I m assuming to get quarters. this is the manager helping me. No quarters so he says I ll be right back and takes off. I tell the associate I m on a hurry and change is fine. The manager returns no quarters. I tell him it s fine just pay me in all change. I looked and said 6 dimes a nickel and 4 Pennie s and that one dollar bill laying there. He counted it like 5 times and seemed like he didn t want to give it to me.

The quality of employees at AutoZone and this AutoZone in particular have gone down hill a lot. This is the biggest AutoZone in the city yet they only had one employee helping...and I say helping loosely. AutoZone employees are supposed to greet the customer when they come in. Phillip C. Didn't even acknowledge our existence. He finally came over to the registers and just sat behind the counter on his phone untill I walked up to him and told him I needed help with something. He begrudgingly helped me return a loaner tool and then when he gave me the refund I thanked him and all he said was "Yep" and walked away. This is a Manager mind you. Truly disappointed in this experience and will not be coming back to this AutoZone any time soon. Their competitors at least treat you with some respect unlike AutoZone.

Worst experience in retail probably ever. I was picking up an online order. Waited 30 minutes. Barely anybody was being helped and employees constantly stayed in the back. Ended up having to get a refund because they couldn't fulfill the order after all. Complete waste after being told on the phone to come down. Don't come here.

I always go here when I need something for my car. This time it was window wipers. The service person looked hard and finally found one that was right for my car. There was no rear wiper in stock, but he told me who had it. He installed it for me. That location has always treated me well. They seem to really care.

Visited 2.24.23. Called the day before and was so surprised by the amazing service over the phone, courtesy of Jessica. I needed a new headlamp/light, but did not know the detailed make of the car (doing for someone else, and who knew there are so many options for a Subaru Forrester). She was so patient and kind. Waited till she came to work the next day (2.24.23), so I could complete the adventure with her. She did not disappoint! I doubt any other store would have given me this kind of 5-star service for a $23 headlight. Then Maxwell installed it for me (in the cold and dark). What a gentleman! Think old-fashioned service like your grandparents experienced; he was incredible! This place is my new go-to for all things car. (-:

Power was out two employees went above and beyond kept store open. Also took care of business to the best of their ability as policy states.To only sell what has a price tag which kills there actual parts sales unless they used their personal mobile device to look up part numbers and balance sales tax.Zack W. and Richard P. You guys give a new meaning to dedication and customer service. Thanks for taking care of us and others.

Hands down the worst AZ in town which is sad because kissy a year ago they had a good manager that kept things going right. We ordered plugs one day that never showed up, the next day I ordered an oil pressure sensor and plenum gasket that also don t show up. After about an hour I call to find out what happened and the lady that answered the phone, with just a hello and not mentioning AZ, hands me off to another guy who can t find where I ordered anything and wouldn t take the order number to look it up. He then proceeded to put me on hold for 30 minutes, the lady then picks back up and when I said who I was she hung up on me. I call back and the phone rings for about 20 seconds and they pick up and hang up. I then call the District Managers cell phone, no answer, leave a message and have not heard back as of yet. Just from the short amount of time I spent on the phone with the lady down there I can tell she has no idea what she s doing and shouldn t be working in auto parts, the guy knows just enough to get the job but not much else. I don t care if they are the only ones in town with the part I need we will wait until they can be ordered in before my shop ever ordered form AutoZone again.

There are several employees here that I really like and are very helpful. With this being a hub they are always busy and the waits can be long. The wait time is a 3 for sure. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff I see at night deserves 5 . Not only for their heart and their willingness to work, but for their ability to go above and beyond when staffing is low.

Maxwell the store manager at this location is very rude and shows favoritism. This location consistently has it doors locked during business hours. It is not the customer fault this location is understaffed. Anyway they let one person in at a time unless your white so if your white you will get excellent service. This happened to me today. After he directed me one person at a time and to leave out the store he let 6 white people in without a word to them . I remained calm until he helped the people that came in after me before me while I waites patiently in line. It's sad because Maxwell is black I think and you would think he would show some type of consideration. Im pretty sure they are happy they missed my black dollars and really don't care about yours. Word of advice is to go to another AutoZone I'm not saying all are bad but this one is terrible

Was waiting in line 30 minutes or longer and only had one person working the counter. 2 people came up to counter and then left. Didn't have any help. I finally left and went to a different auto store. No good service

This place is a joke. Went in because on their website it said they have the air filter, oil filter, and wipers I need. Literally NONE of it was in stock.Ask the manager and he s like well there s only 2 employees that work here so Really?!? I understand lack of employees but stock management isn t based on employees it s a failure of management. Total apathy.

I was super impressed @ how well this store operates. They really got it together & the store manager, Eric's his name. He's awesome for offering to put my new mirror on for me because, it is harder than it looks on those youtube videos.

I could not believe how friendly and helpful the employees were to everyone needing help. If you spoke English or Spanish there was an employee ready to help. I have been shopping here for years but I didn't know this location was bilingual. Great job guys!

Individualized customer service and professional!Today I went to the Hikes Lane AutoZone twice. Unfortunately the part I was hoping to pickup was not available so I had to go elsewhere to a competitor. However after I discovered that I would need another part still, I returned to this site. Both times the staff were busy and there was a line, but it was worth the wait! J.C, Debbie and another young man were very helpful to each customer. I felt they went above and beyond to try to help each person in line, including me. I heard no complaints about the waiting while I was in line and I believe that was because we felt confident that when we were helped, we would have their best service. I didn't get the water pump part here either, but I will definitely keep this store in mind in future because I like knowing the staff is doing all that they can to respond to my issues. I called Angie the manager and told her THANKS for having good helpers on her team! KUDOS!

Don't know where to start. Parking lot being used by at least two people to change tires and oil. Puddles of oil and trash everywhere. Store shelves half empty. Long line of customers waiting to check out. Only two employees working registers. I left without buying anything because of the wait.

It really does depend on what day and the time I guess , when you visit this place....Because, every time it's completely different...one-time I went there I stood in line for an hour before some one helped me...one time I went in and ask a guy to put on wipers for me ...no problem....one time I had a guy check my engine light and he took my car parts apart and didn't know how to put it back again....Soooooo.....you don't know what you're going to get when you walk in.....

Went to get my battery changed here this evening. Was lucky to get in when I did. I feel awful that there never seems to be enough people on staff when I come in. Only two people there helping, and one was overwhelmed. Anyways, I missed his name, but cashier #30 was very nice. Had a couple issues getting the battery changed, couldn't have been more apologetic. As always, I left satisfied. Give them more help.

I waited about 5 minutes till I was seen because that place is busy and these employees are hustling hard. All very nice and attentive even in this heat. I brought a used car I was looking to purchase and the check engine light was on so they. So a brown haired female helped me out and to insure her finding with her little machine the manager double check her finds at her request. They really helped me out with making a decision on the car. Thank y all so much and what wonderful service and people. I don t do reviews that are positive very often but they are a five star team. MAJOR PROPS

This location had a decent selection of products. The staff there are reasonably knowledgeable and satisfactorily answered all of my questions. The hours are out of this world for convenience, On the day I visited the store didn't close until 11:00 at night.My sole complaint has nothing to do with the store per se, rather a complaint about the adjacent neighborhoods. If I were of a timid disposition, I would strongly consider patronizing a different store location. Especially if I intended to visit while alone or the hour late.

Need to change the hours online and on the door. Now that all of a sudden their closing at 9 on Sunday and 10 thru the week. I drove across town to get a part just to be told they close at 9 now. Not cool when Prem gas is $4 a gallon. I like to go later in the day because when you go during normal hours you have to wait in line for almost a hour. There will be 4 or 5 employees out from but maybe 1 or 2 somewhat helping customers. I feel like they feel like customers are just an inconvenience to them.

Decided to never return to this store. Wait times are always way too long. Most recent visit there was not one employee helping customers check out. Always several employees doing other things, but rarely helping customers.

Not excited about today's visit it's hot I get it but they acted like they didn't want to help went to 2 different ones they said we can't help alls I want was them show me where fuse box inside our van just show me but wouldn't even do that. Usually it's better service
