The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They listen and can direct me to the correct part even if I can't think of the name of a part. They offer alternate brands when available. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Thank you

was just in this store and never had an issue before, but the girl working the register does not need to be. very unfriendly and acts like she hates her job and customers.

I purchased a battery from AutoZone across from the Kroger store on Dixie Hwy in Louisville Kentucky. Joshua was the gentleman who helped me. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. What a great guy this man was. The battery works perfectly fine. Thanks Joshua and thanks AutoZone.

11/18/2023.They didn t pick my order nor was it in stock as inventory stated online for curbside pickup. Horrible service. The employee didn t seem to beknowledgeable nor interested in rectifying the issue with my pickup order.

The people are friendly and nice. I had a bad alternator and they lent tools to assist and even checked on me to let me borrow gloves because it was cold. I replaced the part and it was a bad part. (Hasn't happened before) I had to repeat the experience again which was unfortunate and after requesting the part on Wed. To be available on Sat. They had to transfer the part into the store again. This time with a good part.

I had went to one Autozone asking for low beam headlights and they gave me high beams, when I came to this autozone they helped me return my headlights that were already opened & helped get the correct size for low beams!

Chelsea, serviced my battery that was causing me some concerns. She found it to be defective and being under warranty, she happily replaced it. She was so positive and happy to replace it, in such a beautiful caring way.Freezing weather over the holiday season with a defective battery was a quit concering issue, and I was so happy she was there to help replace it in my time of need. GREAT JOB Chelsea!!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. They really listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle. They had a couple of suggestions that were very helpful. Great place to shop. If you're looking for new and unique gifts to purchase for a gift that has to do with an automobile, they have a nice selection!

When this place goes to sell you a battery they will do anything they can to replace it but if it goes. BAD They will not help you replace it. You have to do it yourself until you get the battery uncovered Replacements only it Is sad Somebody don't know what they're doing?

Battery had 8 days warranty left. They kept saying its good until warranty ran out. Battery finally went totally bad a few days after warranty ran out. Told them I had it up there before warranty expired. No battery replacement. Guy at counter said it could be bad and still show good!! Will never buy from Autozone again!

I called to get price of battery for my ranger and ask if i could hold sat on hold 45 minutes I figured I'd ride up to the store and call on my way there they put me on hold again lady told me she was the only one there and she was busy I pulled into the parking lot and went in the store wasn't anybody there but 2 employees standing there talking putting people on hold

I absolutely love the commercial department at this Autozone they are the absolute greatest they have went above and beyond for me so many times as a service manager to give me any and every part that I needed even though I couldn t get my bum of a boss to keep paying his bill just know guys always love you and who knows you might see me in the near future

Staff welcomed me as I entered. He looked up the right sized outdoor cover for my particular car then walked me over to where they were stocked. He offered good advice, answered all of my questions, then cashed me out. He was polite, patient, and professional. The store cleanliness is immaculate.

Update but different AZ: what's up with these women clerks that don't know wth they're doing when it comes to cars? You try to be respectful when they give dumbest answer to car trouble questions. Just shut up and simply say I don't know! It's ok not knowing. It's way better than opening up your mouth and not making sense with your response. Yeah! That's it! You're responding to a question not answering it! STOP PLEASE!!Only two employees on shift. Had to wait on the other clerk to come out of the restroom to relieve the other clerk.

I've been visiting this store for about 3 years to buy parts and get car advice. While you can find repair info and buy parts on the internet, sometimes for cheap, I've never been treated poorly getting help and parts from this store. For the last few months, Dale Brown, a rep at the store, has saved me hundreds of dollars by sharing his vehicle expertise when I have issues. Plus, he's incredibly outgoing and friendly when helping.

A business this popular should have a manager that knows how to staff his store as well as staffing that store with knowledgeable and friendly people. One or two guys know what they are doing, the rest need a refresher course. If you need parts or service be sure to ask for Steve or Jason. They'll get you going again. Five stars for those two guys, the rest of the staff are worth 3 stars when added up.

Took 1 hour to get a new battery. Then when it was installed the one employee was rushing so much he accidentally bent the hood strut after installing the $170+ battery.I recommend driving to the next store if possible hopefully they get him some help so he's not so scattered.

When my car would not start after pumping gas at Mapco. Juan came over to give my car a jump, when that did not work Shane came a replaced my battery. Extremely grateful for their willingness to help. Store #1267

Helped with my questions and seemed nice. Not the best location I've ever visited but they helped enough to solve the problem.
