One of the guys working this evening was worthless. Could not and would not help me look for the screw or bolt I needed for my car. He proceeded to talk about me and even laughed at me after coming back in from looking underneath my car. Shameful

Went in needing to clean some corrosion off my battery terminal. Eli S. Made sure I had the tools necessary. Then, wince reconnected, car was totally dead. She went and got some more cleaner and a brush and went to her Manager for further help. This ended up fixing the issue.

Had issues with my current battery and needed a new one immediately. Decided on this location rather than the location closer to me. Josh was very helpful and assisted me with purchasing and installing a battery. Both the transaction and installation were extremely smooth. Great customer service.

Autozone here on Stonybrook Drive has some of the best people working there at any of the Autozone stores I ve been to. They all really care about helping you as a customer, and will always give you the best, most straightforward, and honest advice relating to your car troubles and maintenance. Their commercial sales team at this store is great as well! Their commercial sales associates are extremely professional, and ensure you get the right parts you need in a quick and timely manner. Autozone on Stonybrook Drive definitely has my business!

The shop is well stocked with oil. However, the area with fuses - not so much. There wasn t a single package of 5amp fuses - not the cheap ones nor the expensive ones.

I just purchased a new battery for my Ford Explorer due to the incoming Arctic weather. Josh who installed it and Ryan who took care of the transaction were the greatest!! Very helpful, efficient, courteous, and fast!! Josh had my battery replaced in about 10 minutes and I was on my way!! Thank You fellas!

My car would not start at the movie theater and a friend had to get me across the street to AutoZone (store 1214) for a new battery. Brian was wonderful and drive his car across the street to install it and make sure I was good to go. Top notch customer service.

I walked to our closest one yesterday to get some Allen wrenches. I got set for a reasonable price thanks to a female associates help. The ones I found were around $13 but she found me a set for $3. That's excellent customer service.

Both Josh and Edward were super nice and helpful. After traveling to 3 other competitors stores, that were not able or willing to assist, it was nice to meet some folks that were kind and helpful.

The staff were very helpful. They helped me pick out the proper windshield wipers. They also helped me put them on which was very nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because their prices are so high. Product does appear to be good but prices are still high.

My poor car was dying and me being a typical girl not knowing anything. I was advised to go to auto zone to get my battery checked out. I started calling any and every auto zone in a 5 mile raidus. I will admit I was crying and was in the middle of a panic attack. So it was a bit hard to hear me however they all hung up on me. So I tried this auto zone that was 10 miles away from where I was. The young lady who answered was very nice and gave me all the info u needed.When I got there they found out my battery was fsr worse then I even could fathom. Beth and Aaron were both very very kind to me and helped me out get everything I needed to get back on the road. They even took the time to answer all my dumb questions.When I arrived to this auto zone I was a shaking and a nervous rock! By the time I left I was a lot calmer and very happy that I had a car back and it didn't cost me a million and half bucks.Thank you so much Aaron and Beth!!

So my check engine light came on this morning and I stopped at this auto zone to test my engine and see if they could help me figure out the issue. It's cold, snowing, my lunch break and the guy hands me the cords and tells me I have to check it myself. I asked him if he was serious and he just kinda laughed/seemed amused and said yeah because of covid. I told him I didn't understand I didn't know how to work the thing or where to put it. All I got was that it went somewhere by my knee and that it was like charging a phone. I went back in because I couldn't find what he was saying and he just said "okay". There were 3 guys in there. I didn't need him in my car, maybe a walk through or any sense of interest and care. A little help could of went a long way, instead I walked out feeling stupid and insecure because I couldn't fit under my wheel to find this outlet. Needless to say I will never go to that auto zone again.

Parts are junk when you have to pick up part 3 times and still don't know if it's wright they all get you with the Warranty they end up changing the part # so when they look you up that part dont show

Call the store spoke with a gentleman named Brian... Great customer service on the phone. Once we arrived at the store. He remembered our phone conversation. We got the part that we needed, and he helped us install it. He was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back

Do you enjoy going to AutoZone? No. But do you need some random 15 amp fuse of a certain size that you can't find anywhere else and it's 10 times the price but your radio won't work without it? Yes.

I had to stop in there to day on my way to work to replace my remote key fob for my car. Edward was Very welcoming not to mention very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He help me find what I was looking for and when there was an issue with the replacement fob, he solved the problem and took the time to assemble the remote himself.Absolutely impressed with this autozone.... Especially after coming to this one after leaving the shop on Outer Loop where the associates were sub par.
