Great customer service. manager Jeffrey able to process a very convoluted return and exchange with 3 receipts lots of moving parts and was gracious and understanding about it

Came in for a hard to find car battery. Their computer said they had it but it turned out that they didn t. The staff, though, were really friendly and taught me about the difference between a right and left hand battery. Never knew that! Despite not having what I needed-I enjoyed my visit.

I went to this store to exchange what I thought was a defective product. Turns out it wasn t defective. However, that didn t change the fantastic customer service! These days, good customer service is not easy to find. I highly recommend this Auto Zone! It s near the intersection of Westport Road and Chamberlain, near Speedway.

Have been a customer here for 3+ years.I pulled up today to 4 overflowing trash cans and 3 employees sitting behind the counter, singing along to the music.Really a bad first impression.

Terrible place. Would not even come to my car when I asked for sizes of hose I needed to purchase!! They were rude and very Unprofessional!! Wouldn't sent anyone there!! Ever. The lady in there was so rude!! Don't ever go!!

They hire people who can t help. The girl in there said she couldn t do what I needed her to do because she was there by herself and her nor the under aged coworker there with her could even come outside to help me with what fuse I needed very inconvenient and she said she doesn t have to if she doesn t want to. Whats the point of hiring people who can t help your customers? I walked clean out

These people here are so terrible. Very lazy workers and very unfriendly. Tell them to help check something on your car and it becomes a big deal to them. There is this black dude, he is the laziest guy I ve ever seen. He doesn t want to do no nothing. Doesn t want to help customers at all. Just sorted there and be talking nonsense. Staff extremely helpful. I asked for help in loosening oil cap, the young man said of course and loosened the oil cap for me. Even he had a hard time getting it loose. I always go to this location because their customer service is outstanding... Always with a smile and professionalism. I definitely recommend it.

Just not A great experience. Been A parts manager A long time and retired a few years ago. Was on a family trip and needed an everyday item. Went in and explained what I needed not knowing there store. Told me to check isle 3. I said ok and went walking thinking he was behind me to help. Nope still leaning on the counter. I yell out can you show me where its at since he is not near and I don't see it. His reply, I don't have to show you nothing !? Walked out and went to the competition down the road. In and out there in 4 minutes. Just A. Very odd experience. Maybe a bad day on his part.

This is a great AutoZone everyone is super helpful and they had an obscure battery for my motorcycle in stock. It's a hard battery to find usually.

Overall, the service is okay but some of the employees have an attitude. There was a time 5+ years ago, the employees were much better at addressing the clients with politeness and courtesy.Can we blame the deterioration of customer service on COVID as well?

Needed a battery terminal because I stripped the bolt installing a new battery. Went in the store said hi and got no response from employees. Went to the terminals asked if they knew which one would fit.....no response and no other customers are in the store. Picked the one that I thought would fit .......it did t. Brought it back the next day because it was dark after I got home. But same assistant manager up front. Still no greeting when coming in the store find the right terminal I needed because I looked it up myself the night before. I go to return it and GE is the rudest most unpleasant human acting like I inconvenienced him for him not doing his job in the first place. Needless to say i turned Irish and Im going to o Riley's for my parts.

I had to get a new battery for my car and luckily they had one in stock. Kayla was great to deal with and she even took the time to swap out my battery without issue. It s great to see good customer service alive and well.

Horrible! Went in to buy stuff for a tune up and left feeling insulted and empty handed. The older gentleman, with white hair, was rude and unhelpful. Any question I asked was replied with a attitude and a short answer. Heard the guys trash talking about me while I was in the store trying to locate what I needed. When I couldn t find the filter I needed, I asked how that effects the promotion and he replied, well I guess you don t get it. I asked for the managers number or customer service. He would not give it to me. I am appalled at the indecency of the staff.

I normally run in just to pick up a part or something to make life easier. 3-4-21 at 6:00pmI had 2 batteries from my truck that I needed to check and replace if needed. The clerk couldn't have been more helpful. He had to charge the batteries before he could test them. He apologized and ask me to give him an hour,I said no problem. When I returned, he tested the batteries in front of me and they checked out OK.He could have sold me 2 batteries at $150.00 each, but THEY ARE HONEST, NO CHARGE.I'LL ALWAYS BE A AUTO ZONE CUSTOMER, AND TELL YOU THAT'S THE PLACE TO GO ! THANK YOU !

I had a great experience with the employees here at this location. They addressed my question quickly and with right attention to detail. I was most impressed with Duane C. He was very friendly. This Marine veteran has sacrificed so much for our country. He now sacrifices his time and love for his fellow military brothers and sisters. He helps them transition mentally and physically back to civilian life. His patience and love people is contagious. We need more folks with his outlook in life.

I went their to purchase a battery for my car key, they insisted that they knew how to swap out the battery. The made my key fall into a million pieces needless to say Mike the manager attempted to fix his employees mistake, but antagonized me the entire time making me more frustrated while he was yelling at me, he did not charge me for the $7 battery as if he did me a favor because I took my car key to a real professional and they totally damaged my car key and is costing me $300. Do not let these amateurs help with anything otherwise they will cost you money as well.

I really don't have a clue about cars or their products! The staff here was very friendly and very helpful and didn't mind tons of questions. I needed a headlight, that was the reason for my visit, the guy installed it for me right then and there. Service with a smile! I'll go back for future auto needs.

Greatest battery's currently sold ( pun intended) but if it moves dont buy it here . Oil. Fluids . Great and good prices. But the quality of the alternators or starters or any part that well move even bearings. Id stay away. Just past experience with auto zone. Sorry .
