Very fast and friendly. They replaced my wiperblades for me and was so nice to my child as we were getting ready to leave he first bumped my son, and that made his day.Thanks again!GOD bless you all!!!!!!!

I'm not sure where these greats review are coming from. The person on duty today was working solo on a Saturday of all days and made it clear he didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with anyone. I've been doing business with this store on and off since it opened and it's been going downhill with a revolving door of staff members. It's probably meant to be since the last two parts I bought failed after a short time. I'll go down the road to Advance Auto Parts.

The workers were quick and attentive. Mario laid out in the cold weather to help me get parts for my car installed and kept working until we found a solution. Great place for service!

Stopped in today just for some new windshield wipers. I never asked a question. The guys saw what I was looking for and grabbed the wipers they recommended and as I was paying they removed old wipers and had new ones on before I walked out the door. I never planned on that. Solid guys and customer service.

Shout out to middletown Auto Zone. My battery previously purchased from them did not seem to have the cranking power it should. They checked purchase date,and battery then replaced it free of charge. No hassle. Just backed their product and work.

Jackson and Cole are 2 amazing individuals. My wife and daughter, who were visiting from out of down couldn t start their car later to find out it was a dead battery. With nowhere to go and knowing nobody, she called the store for a jump. Not a normal service, they didn t hesitate to come to her stranded location and jumped her. Once back at the store, she purchased a new battery that they happily installed. As it was so hot outside, they provided cold bottled waters. To say they provided amazing hospitality during a stressful time is an understatement. Cole and Jackson communicated frequently with each other to ensure the store was serving its other customers but also made my wife and daughter a priority. Amazing customer service was provided by both, but more amazing was the compassion and care they showed my wife and daughter. I was not with them and was in another state, but Cole and Jackson treated my wife and daughter like family! 2 amazing individuals who are shining lights for Autozone. Can t thank them enough and will always support Autozone based on this experience.

Ryan answered, told him my car model. First thing he said was "horrible. Speaking of my vehicle. Said he just doesn't like them. Then he said to me " we don't got it" and hung up on me. I called back and he answered " we don't got it" and hung up again. I called back again a.d I asked for his manager, he said " he is the manager" I asked for his last name and he responded with "none of your buisness" and hung up again. I will be calling auto zone corporation. This is uncalled for and he should not be employed by anyone with this type of rude behavior.

I think I will solidly be an auto zone customer for life. Went to change out my headlight bulbs and the old ones were being a little wonky about coming out. Allen(sp?) was great to give me some pointers and they were swapped out in no time. As always great customer service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was was clean but not well stocked on the item I for which was looking. The staff is generally willing to assist you in locating extender you are in need of or looking for and often able to assist in putting it in/on your vehicle should you desire.(No pics available at this time)

I came in needing to purchase a new headlight bulb. Tony and Butch were extremely helpful with getting me the right bulb and even replaced it for me in the rain. I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

Would not check or install new battery because they did not have a crew . First time I ve had a autozone employee not help me out themselves. Would not even let me use their tool kit to install it myself. RECOMMENDED I go to Walmart. Not the way I d want my employees to run my business.

If I could give more stars, I would. I had an amazing experience with Kevin C, he's a manager here. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, passion, patience, and customer service skills! He knew so much, I learned a lot, I even asked him "How long have you been doing this?' (expecting him to say my whole life) and he said 2 years! I was super shocked, he even said 2 years ago he couldn't change an oil. That shows how passionate he is about his job and a hard of a worker he is! Kevin needs a raise!!!! I will not go anywhere else now. Thanks again Kevin!

I went to get a new battery and while changing it we noticed there was a lot of corrosion that destroyed some of the surrounding parts. The manager and staff member were both very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the issue, in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with the customer service offered.

Showed up to Autozone Middletown location today (Saturday) around 6pm only to find the doors locked while every light was on. Tried calling several times over the next hour with no answer. Finally had to drive all the way across town to find my part. Not sure what is going on but hours clearly said they were open until 10pm.

I've been having issues with the battery that I bought from Autozone. Took the battery up to the store to have it recharged and was told it wasn't holding a charge. The individuals working there were very courteous and professional. Josh, the store manager, even took the time to bring the new battery to my house and help me install it. A++++!!

Had problem selecting and installing new wiper blades. The lady behind the counter selected the correct wipers and had then installed in less then 5 minutes. Didn't make me feel like a dummy. She was very helpful and courteous. You've got a great employee there.

Had issues getting my car started so I got a jump and came to get the battery tested. They were very busy but the staff was very patient and knowledgeable. They tested it and it was definitely dead. I expected to have to wait a while to get it replaced but Edgar got it swapped out super fast and I was on my way in no time!Definitely will come back!

Called yesterday to get a system check for my battery to determine if I needed a new one. Also asked if they would install it. I was told on the phone it depends if they had any other customers in the store. Did not get a good feeling about the response and attitude. Took car to Advance Auto, they had great service, great attitude and installed a new battery on the spot with no objection.

Definitely recommend. My battery died for the second time today while I was at work so after getting it jumped, I headed here to get a new battery.Mo and Edgar were great about getting my new battery installed quickly and providing amazing customer service. Will be my first choice when I need an auto store again.

The manager of this Auto Zone was extremely nice and helpful. Climbing up on tow truck to test the alternator / battery on my 71 Olds. Found a shorted out wire. I bought the repair wire and connectors and car was fixed on site. Manager would not accept my monetary appreciation offer. Super nice guy !

I will admit that I don t often leave customer reviews, and I don t know much about cars, but I would like to share my very positive experience at AutoZone on Shelbyville Road. After three full days of driving from California to Kentucky, one of my headlights had burnt out. On 05/27/2022, I visited the AutoZone store on Shelbyville Road and received outstanding customer service from Kevin C. Not only did Kevin sell me the correct part, he went the extra mile to install the new headlight in my vehicle (during a rainstorm and nearly dark). I am extremely grateful for Kevin s assistance and expertise, and I will not forget how he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Kevin; the world needs more people like you.

Amazing customer service! Kevin helped me on 7/22/21 simultaneously with another customer. Great multitasking skills and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went above and beyond his job duties!

Auto zone did not have the air filter I needed for my car. The Auto Zone employee, Kevin called another nearby auto parts store (not another Auto Zone) and had them offer it at same price as Auto Zone. That saved me time and money and Kevin did that all! Thank you Kevin, I really appreciate you.

They were kind and quick with their service, and helped me get back on the road fast. I had several potential issues with my vehicle (old battery, bad starter or alternator). I couldn t tell what the problem was, but they ran their tests for free and helped me get a new battery.
