I would give zero stars, if possible. The worst experience I have ever had trying to get parts. I ordered everything online to be shipped. The boxes the parts were in were damaged so badly that pieces were missing. Took the item to the store closest to me and had to wait 10 days for someone to drive the part 60 miles. A new item could have and should have been overnighted to me. Still don't have all the parts needed. I have been dealing with this for over 3 weeks now. The employees in the store have to always "wait for the manager" who is never there and they are completely clueless about everything. It should not take over 3 weeks to receive parts that were paid for up-front. The 1-800 number for customer service never picks up and rings incessantly. Maybe if I leave this review, something will actually be done, but I highly doubt it.

Stopped in hoping they had a hard to find car battery. They didn t have it. But the clerks were really nice to chat with. This particular battery i was looking for is expensive and we joked about how much it was. It was a positive experience. I would have purchased the battery if they had it. 5 stars!

No matter which AutoZone I have gone to the employees were very helpful. Not this one! The guys did not seem interested in helping. I am a 62 year old female. I went there because I had a headlight out. They never offered to help me find the correct replacement bulb or install it once I bought it. I guess they were upset that I interrupted their smoking. When I got there they were standing out front smoking. I will continues to go to the other locations that I know the employees are more helpful when needed!

AutoZone is great. They even support drop-offs of used motor oil, not to forget the staff is always helpful in finding what you need.Thanks guys.

They have everything you need and if they don't they'll find it or order it for you. It's nice there able to check to see what's wrong with your car when the check engine light is on. They've installed windshield wipers for my wife. They have a great promotion. Spend twenty dollars and use there rewards card three times you get twenty dollars off your next purchase. You can't beat that.

I've asked for a battery for my make and model and paid chump price for a better quality battery.My car requires an important procedure to be completed along with installing the battery.Seems like something a company that cares about what their customers would do.They also can't register the new battery with your car.Seems they would. Def should...

Not all AutoZones are alike. I've had excellent services at some AutoZone locations but this particular AutoZone on Westport Rd is not well managed and has some young employees that do not have enough knowledge. There wasn't a manager on site.

I had a very wonderful experience. Your store manager I think his name is Zack really took care of me. I bought a power steering pump from the AutoZone in shepherdsville about 2 years ago and somehow they messed my warranty up. But Zack was able to fix it. I have dealt with AutoZone a very long time but the best experience I had was Zack really helped me yesterday

Great look for customers to walk up to this store. Walk in wasn t greeted or anything. Left and went down the street to O Reilly. Autozone is a joke.

I recently went in to grab some very basic items. Employees weren t attentive and were taking personal calls as I was waiting to be checked out. Matthew was the only one working and was getting things done. Answering multiple work calls, checking people out and generally being a great employee. Matthew is who gets the 5 star rating, not Autozone. I had a similar experience with lack of customer service from anyone else working which is similar to the other reviews on here. If the GM of this store reads this, give that kid a raise because he is a great employee.

Poor counter help. Asked for a part all the person did was point and said if we have it will be over there. Never asked what I was looking for, cross referenced my part number, asked the application nothing. Typical do my 8 and skate employee. I have better luck on Amazon. Won't return waste of time

These amazing Autozone workers are amazing. This Autozone Rocks! I had a scary experience last night and they replaced my windshield wiper and properly installed it from having a previous Autozone in Huntsville, Alabama incorrectly install.I stopped at Autozone in Huntsville, Alabama at 9:30pm on my way headed back to Chicago because my dad warned me about some bad storms. They threw my old windshield wiper away and put a new one one but they had a lot of trouble figuring out how the old one got off and decided that one of the pieces that came with the new one didn't fit my windshield wiper and omitted it. They were very friendly and I trusted that they wouldn't send me out into the storm without being absolutely sure, but I should have seen the signs when the older man was saying "wait let me try this" or "let me double check this" - there was heavy rain, strong wind, and lightening and just when it started to lighten up, my windshield wiper flew off my windshield .... so I didn't have a windshield wiper for 3 hours of my 4 hour drive.I explained the situation to this Autozone and they took care of it and were so friendly and taught me how to install the windshield wiper myself next time. They educated me and were so kind and considerate. This was truly a moment a above and beyond service. So grateful for them.

Highly recommend this location! I was having some battery issues. And even though the store seemed rather busy, Dante took the time to not only test the old battery, but helped me aquire a new one. He even helped me install it. He was very knowledgeable, a super nice guy! Give that dude a raise!

Guy made me super uncomfortable. Went in to get engine like checked out and he said the guy wasn t there to do it. Then kept making comments on how he only sees girls like me on TV, asking how I get my stomach so flat, and just commenting on how I looked. This is why girls always have their dash board filled up with warnings

I went in to have my car battery tested and possibly replaced-my car just started having problems. Their web site says that they will replace batteries. The cashier said that they couldn't replace my battery because there weren't enough employees in the store.

Went by before work to get my battery tested. The guy seemed extremely bothered that I asked him to test it. It needed to be replaced. I asked if he could install it since I didn't have any tools with me, and his response was, "I don't really mess with that." Cool. I went somewhere else.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful plus the store does sell quality products. Where I was disappointed was that my car battery was misdiagnosed twice. About 4 months ago, my car battery went totally dead with no charge at all. They tested it and told me that it was fine after charging it first. A week ago, the same thing happened with the battery charge totally going dead. I took it to Autozone to have the same thing done and the same result. I spent time checking for battery drain sources by testing the fuses for parasitic drains and could not find anything significant. I also checked the voltage of the battery and it was reading 10.3 at rest when it should be around 12.6. I went to O'Rielly's down the street. They tested and said the battery was bad, so I had to replace it. I suspect that the battery was bad 4 months ago and definitely last week. The bad tests caused me a lot of extra hassle with my car and inconvenience.

John Donlon and the crew took such great care of me today! Everyone was extremely attentive and fixed my problem quickly! The store was busy. But the staff worked diligently to ensure all customers were greater and waited on without delay. It's tough getting into work everyday in the middle of a pandemic and they helped me with a smile. I am extremely grateful for the entire crew's professionalism and positive attitude. Thanks, guys!

The staff and their customer service is excellent, very professional , I will always shop at this AutoZone. Sarah and Steve are the working force in this store , and I was fully satisfied with their service and the experience of shopping in this store is excellent. Also I want to add that Rashad, ensured that my battery was fully tested and his experience was greatly appreciated. These guys are awesome

Love AutoZone! They usually have the part or item I am looking for. I think it is awesome that the people in the store are gracious enough to help you with your part that you need and will even come out to your car and help you with instruction on how to put it on. They go above and beyond here! Good customer service which is lacking a lot in today's world. Good customer service should go without saying in places of business today.

Went to exchange battery on warranty. Showed associate my receipt. Good till November 2022. Because warranty did not show up on the computer she couldn't exchange the battery. What is a warranty for then? Neither of us blew up so there's the one star. Disappointed to say the least.

I just left this location and had the best experience! I was greeted and immediately offered assistance upon entering the store. Dave helped me choose some windshield wipers, upsold me on washer fluid and put my new wipers on. Overall a fantastic and quick experience. Thank you Dave!

Busy. Workers cared more about each other.I waited. Visually Impaired, & ashamed of myself. I could've found fuses, without bothering anyone. I was sent to a dealership, after thinking someone could show me how to open the space, where fuses are. I was following some advise from someone who thinks I could change fuses, myself.Please, apologize to the young people, for me. I've been homeless, too often, & for too long, in part, b'cuz so many generations of people make some of us feel like an inconvenience.I start a new job, Monday, & would love to have a place to bring my DIY car care needs.I'm welcome in other places.

Just ahead an awesome experience that I wasn t expecting. Sent my daughter and wife up to Oreillys . Just because it was convenient for a simple conv. Oil quart. They kept telling her that she has to have full synthetic and sold it to them . I went up to my fav autozone on Westport rd. Told them the story and he gave me a qt of what I needed. Totally unexpected but that s what keeps me coming back to AZ. Home run guys !!!

Mike and John were extremely helpful. Tried for a good 45 minutes to replace my terminal for my battery but couldn t get the bolt lose. When I went into the store to return the tools and let them know I was going to leave my car there until I could get a tool to get the bolt loose. They both took time to help me get the bolt loose and change it out for me. Plan on buying them lunch

If all businesses gave me the same service that I received when I shop this store, oh what a wonderful world. I went in a week ago to get a headlight. Not sure which one I needed, Michael came out, looked at it and said bulb is fine. He said the wire was a little twisted. I was told by a repair shop that it was probably a short and they would do a $125 diagnostic check. I TRUST Michael and all the other employees there. THANK YOU!!!!
