Jakob w helped us tremendously after going to 3 auto zones that said the part was in stock we showed up and they did not have it. Jakob found the part and had it set up waiting for us when we came in thank you so much.

Purchased rotors on yesterday took it to the Certified mechanic where he installed the rotor after driving it around to test the rotors. My car begin to shake so I had to go out and purchase a whole another rotor from a different store. The very next day I tried to take the rotor back under warranty to get a refund and Jack/Jake refused to give my money back and said that I couldn t get a refund because it had been Installed, So I explained to him how would I know if it s good or bad if we don t install it and test it out? After I read the receipt in the warranty out to him, he still refused! So I called another AutoZone location while I was on the phone at the current location and he told me that he(Jack/Jake) was lying and that I could get a refund since it was under warranty. After driving to another AutoZone I received my money back.

This young manager Alberto helped me scan my car and later put a new battery in my car while it was raining. I ve had no issues with the car anymore. If anything else pops up I know who to go see.

I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival from Danny! He was friendly and super helpful. I watched him take care of other costumers as well.Roger was also providing great service along with another! really thankful to the employee working Thursday afternoon who helped me use zip ties to tie up the plastic part that came loose underneath my car because I had no idea what to do, but he went out of his way to do it for me which I appreciate from the bottom of my heart! Thank you so much

This is a top notch store, run by a top notch Manage. I was in town for work, and had a problem with my vehicle. The Manager Roger went so far above an beyond to help get me back on the road. I couldn't have been more fortunate to stop here when I needed help.

While looking for a part that they said was in stock after arriving to the location the employee seemed lost had no clue about the part i showed him on his computer where it said it was in stock he was lost did not know how you do his job auto zone needs to do better training

Yasmani is the man! This gentleman and his staff were awesome. Had a dead battery and they took good care of me. Very professional! Highly recommend this store. Saved me a lot more money than the dealership would've.

Went in for oil filters before our Dodge Challenger and they did not have stock put out just yet but did find a trash can that fits over the headrest that I needed for my car last one at that so happy about that very nice day

I give this place a - 5 stars. They followed me around the store i was with my boss trying to help her get turning signal lights and lugs for her car and i cut my finger on a package so i am asking them why they were following me around the store and i asked him well why didn't he see me cut my hand his response was i should not been touching it i thought you was supposed to look at things before you buy them i am so upset about this what to do what should i do

Sells Duralast jacks that are not durable nor do they last. This store would not do a exchange on it. The Hikes Point location was going to but does not have a jack. Do not buy this type of Jack from this store.

I had a very fantastic experience at this autozone.The staff was very friendly. I had to have a new battery put in. It had alot of corrosion. Yasmam Batista Store Manager want out of his way to install the battery. He was very friendly to me and many other customers and very intelligent. He definitely knew what he was doing. The mans a legend. It was the best experience i had in along time. I recommend this place to others looking for great service. Outstanding service keep up the great work guys.

Horrible customer service.the cashier(s) are 1. Not friendly 2. Not helpful. 3. Never take them at their word. (say they have stock they do not have and if u call bout a rentable tools more than likely they have it and don't know process or say they have it go through borrow process and then NOTHING. again horrible Service. Need some serious TRAINING allow around. Maybe AutoZone just doesn't care of care to know the the benefits of fresher up training courses for management shift leads, and whatever title the cashier have at the AutoZonPS AUTOzone NO MASK required. No Sanitizing. No 6 foot rules. Going into this location was like stepping back into 2018. Like the pandemic was a delusion just like the Presidential election.

Very helpful crew. They didn't have what I needed but they called a second store further up Preston hwy that did carry the cataclean and when we got there we were greeted with 10% off our entire purchase which of course made me spend more money! Lol! Good job.

Terrible customer service, the two workers organizing shelves and the line waiting for more than 30 minutes to be served, this was yesterday, Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 5 pm, but it is always like that, empty shelves, a disaster

Store was good the store was clean service was friendly and nice and they were very fast parking lot was clean and very big lots of places to park my vehicle I use the bathroom the bathroom was pretty clean the soap was amazing when I washed my hands prices were reasonable I will be shopping there again most definitely and I will recommend it to friends and family

Only reason it's 2 starts and not 1 is that some of the employees are very friendly and do seem to care (others not so much). Real problem lies within the store inventory and the website. 3 times in the past month I've drove to this store, waited in long lines, only to be pointed back to the area where my part "may" be. I check these areas before asking for assistance, was hoping they would check in the back for me, but they insist if we have it, it's out there. Well the website says they have it, the shelves don't have it, and certain employees won't go in the back to check for you. Should probably fix this, but not for me, you already lost a customer. Recommend NAPA, Advanced Auto, or O'Reillys before AutoZone. If you're like and shopping for a classic mustang, check out the mustang store down the road, he's the best!

HORRIBLE RUDE MAN!! Called and spoke to female associate who asked me to hold while she looked something up for me. After several minutes a man came on the phone asked if he could help me, when I explained I was speaking to someone about a radiator he very rudely said they are with customers try calling back in ten minute. I tried to explain I had already spoken to someone n without a word he put me on hold where I sat till my break was over around 8 minuets..
