Great place for auto parts. They offer quality products. Their service is good. They offer diagnostic testing of certain items for free. If there is employee availability you can also get assistance installing certain items.

Terrible service in this autozone by a worker named Dimitri, who had a rude attitude in front of the other people in the store. I am a loyal autozone customer but I will not return to this store again.

Mr. Joe did a great job! Great guy and happy to help. We went previously to the Autozone Outerloop branch and they did refuse to change our battery saying its complicated. We are so glad to go to this branch and get what we need taking care of. Its rare to find someone who cares and wanna get a job done right.

The one on new cut road in Louisville KY has to have one of the laziest employees ever I called and this long grey haired guy that's been there for about a year answers the phone I ask him about the availability of a tool to rent and he literally said that he wasn't sure if they had it what it even was without typing anything in or asking for someone else to check and he then says have a nice day and hangs up

Had the part I needed. 2 stars is for the manager's demeanor, rude and condescending. The salespeople were very courteous and helpful. If I only management was also. Way to NOT set an example.

Melissa , a manager was extremely RUDE. I asked for a price for a water pump, she told me 119 the first time and 169 when I called back to verify the price because of the disparity in pricing with your competitors ( avg $69). Instead of telling/asking me about a lower price at a different store.($49) When I asked for her name because the extreme disrespect and contempt she had, she hung up on me. Of course, I immediately called back only to receive, yet again, a RUDE display of disrespect, unprofessionalism and overall lack of appreciation for your customers. You can look at my history of visits to see that I have not been to Autozone as often as I had been in the past due to service issues. When are you going to fix this? Shame on you Melissa, a manager?

Found everything I needed to repair my paint by repainting my car in shiny chrome vents. I've prepared for the Yellowstone eruption and the resulting months of darkness and will be solely responsible for illuminating everything east of the Rockies with their amazing assortment of Type S RGB LED strips capable of 16 million different colors! Just let me know what color you'd like the new sun to be and I got you. Oh, and just incase that seed vault that's over in some cold place I can't remember is destroyed I'm prepared to plant new alpine forests with Black Ice air fresheners. You'll be able to smell desperation from pole to pole(unless the world really is flat, looking at you NASA)

Came with a friend to replace her tail light and Mr Joe was amazing! He helped her find the right bulb and even offered to install it for her. His customer service was amazing and he was super sweet and helpful. Thank you Mr Joe!

I needed a battery replacement for my keyless remote. Mac was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly what I needed I would recommend this Auto Zone to my friends/family.

Stopped in yesterday with serious backup, brake and taillights issue. Kevin was the guy who saved the day! So kind, patient and understanding. Had all the tools, parts and answers to fix my issues. This place is the best. You may think it is too busy and it takes awhile to get waited on but I promise you.... they are busy for a reason...Great Service!! Great customer service... I went there to have my wife's check engine light codes read. The guy behind the counter didn't just sell me the suggested part but came up with a couple different solutions and also referred me to a very nice mechanic. I bought something small by the counter just to show my appreciation. 10 out of 10

Bought 2 thing from here both was wrong. One place had the item but the other sold me the wrong one. And the other item was just wrong period I lost rec so I'm stuck with this darn thing any way

most if the employees were friendly and helpful. One employee clearly did not want to be there or want to help anyone. Blew me off when I asked for some help, and I was not the only customer he did that to. Another employee noticed this and quickly jumped in to help me. She was great. If it had not been for her I would never go back. The store was clean and Stocked. Next time I will call diatrict if I have any problems.

came in from O Reilly s auto parts because the lady didn t know how to install a battery so Scott he was at the register said he would install it and he did was amazed at how fast. this was done !

I called for an automotive item before I visited this store and the sales representative checked promptly on the item I needed. He assured the item was in stock. I proceeded to this store, grabbed the item and was out the door within 2 minutes. Sales rep acknowledged me as soon as I came into the door of the business. Great customer service!

This Auto Zone had everything we needed in stock to work on the car. Not only did they have everyone we needed they were prompt with their customer service. I have never known an Auto Zone to have such great service let alone actually have everything we needed stocked. Will definitely go here again.

Felt really unsafe in the store. Social distancing and proper mask wearing is not encouraged at this location. One of the managers didn't have a mask at all and they do not make customers wear them when they come into the store. I have been to the other stores in Hillview and off Fern Valley and they follow the proper guidelines.

I had the best experience with Autozone at 8215 Preston Highway. I had came to the store and found out that my serpentine belt had busted while I was on the expressway. I got a new belt and Patrick helped me put the new belt on. Even though, it took an hour in the rain. The customer service at this store is always top notch. My wife also always has a good experience in this store. Thank you, Patrick and your team for your great customer service. You store is the best. My family and I will keep coming back because of the great service.Iran Coleman

I had the most incredible experience at this store. Shawn Blackman is truly an amazing sales rep. Extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He came out in the scorching heat and installed my muffler bearings and blinker fluid. Best customer service I ve ever had. He needs a raise for all his hard work if Autozone plans on keeping him around.

Went to get a battery for my truck at 9:30 at night. I was going to buy some tools and install it right there in the parking lot, but when I asked about the tools to install my battery Pat K. Said that there was no need he would install it for me. So he went out in the cold and installed the battery for me. When I tried to give him a tip he said there was no need, he just told me let my friends know where I got such good service. After a stressful day this was a refreshing break. I really appreciate the service that I got there. I would definitely recommend this autozone. Thanks Pat! I will definitely be back there anytime I need something for my truck.

They didn't have the battery charger I was looking for but there was a better one and though it was more expensive, I also received a Veterans discount.
