Jeff did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter s 2009 Jetta. The initial repair was for a broken windshield wiper stalk and he repaired that very reasonably and with good communication. When the car later had issues which were not being addressed by local mechanics I was glad to let Jeff take a look at the car again. He may be the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He did not want to charge for items we were trying to get an overheating problem resolved because they did not fix the underlying issue. I had stated that I knew it was a risk and another shop was going to replace the same item but they also did not recognize 2 other issues that were wrong and he did. He was less expensive and fixed two items that had perplexed other shops and until Jeff analyzed the car no one else could fix the problems. I would not hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend him as a mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Jeff worked on my VW Passat a few times and did excellent work. Skip the dealer and let him take care of your import needs. Jeff is easy to work with and had my car up and running sooner than I expected. Just got our Q7 back after getting the crankcase replaced. Car runs great, paid about 70% of dealership estimate, and will be back to see Jeff for next issue. Jeff will tell you what his diagnoses is on your vehicle. He doesn t try to sell you something you don t need. Autowerkstatt is somewhere to take your VW for quality service!! Highly recommend.

Earned my business for life. Jeff was the 4th mechanic I took my Q5 to diagnosing an intermittent EPC light that would shut off a cylinder and run like crud. 1st shop, $900, 2nd shop $900, 3rd shop $1500. Jeff spent more time diagnosing to find the root cause. $250 later I cannot make that light come on after 2 tanks of gas. Solved the problem without throwing parts and service at the problem!! My hero!! And you get to talk to the guy working on ur car not some service desk jockey who knows nothing about what goes on inside the shop!!

Very pleased with the service - I was kept informed on all details of the repairs. The cost for the repairs were at least half of what a dealer would charge and I actually talked to the mechanic doing the work instead of some service salesperson. Highly recommend this business for any VW/Audi needs.
