had a radio put in on my 2019 Dodge ram after the the radio best buy installed not even a year ago has issues that they knew the tech installed new radio and worked hard to integrate video he did a fantastic job and I'm so grateful for the time effort and care to get it in sounds amazing picture quality fantastic and now my microphone works Stereo wheel control's backup camera everything works flawless thanks

Had two services done here- stereo fix on one vehicle and upgrade to another. Both great. So happy and would return anytime if needed. Thank you Autosound! Highly recommend!!

I tried to work with this guy when I can't get there at 9a..and leave my car behind..I'm on disability and he thinks he's God....You do not tell someone to leave a car behind on a sm.shopping strip and expect satisfaction for 2 windows that's gonna take 2 hrs when it's only 1 hr...very disappointed in him...there's others that do can better than him

I've know Mr. Kyle for many years and have bought several stereo systems and had my windows tented there. Great people there. I've always had an awesome experience and great customer service! It's also good to support small businesses too rather than always going to big box stores. I highly recommend Autosound!

Same owner that was there from when I got my car worked on there in the mid 90's. Better have an appointment a week or two out because they stay packed and extremely busy. I never take my cars anywhere else to have installations. They have layaway if full price at time of purchase isn't in your budget. Everyone is still super friendly and they all know their stuff and don't do any upsales....they listen to what you want and present options for below and above to help make a choice for your needs!

Generic and washed up brands atThe prices of high end. Don't waste your time. They wasted almost two hours of my time to give me a price twice of what the products and install was worth and costs at another place on Preston Hwy.

I can't explain how awesome this shop is! They have been been going above and beyond for me and my sound systems for 10 years now. Amazing work and so super friendly and helpful. Only been to autosound and will only be going to them! I highly recommend!

In January I had Auto Sound install a remote start and a new Alpine stereo with Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM and a backup camera in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Very professional install. The stereo looks factory installed as well as the backup camera setup. The steering controls were integrated as well to work with the stereo. I am very pleased with everything that was done.

We got there at 8 and waited then once we were in we seen there was a sign on the door, saying drop off your auto and no waiting on the premises but because we live so far away and me being handicap, they got us in right away and got us taking care of.It was a wonderful experience!

Auto Sound is professional grade all the way. They are knowledgeable and keep a good stock of audio, video, and security products for many needs. Installation is done by pros and you can expect a job well done! Thanks for the entertainment Mike.

Any bad reviews of this place offer no description of why and for the one that says the price was higher after the work got started, any auto shop will do that as newly discovered problems with a vehicle are found. I guess there will always be lame 1 star reviews for any business. This place does good work.

Stopped by to see if they sold Fuse Taps. Talked to a gentleman named Mike who had to go root through the garage to find one. Louisville is apparently void of these apparatus, but they sold me one for $8. I had never been in the store before and was only interested in this particular item. The place was bustling, but they made time and I very much appreciate the hospitality. -Brendan McLeod

Great really friendly atmosphere they are very knowledgeable great on prices very easy going would recommend that you give them a try for all your car stereo needs and they also do headlights and tail lights

This place has been around as far as I can remember. They put my stereo in when I was in high school in 1989. Still the same owner who stands behind their work. They as also put in my remote car starter. They do a great job.

Called him he was very rude over the phone kinda acted like he knew everything and when I tried to say my two since give the 20 or more experiences I've had in both home and car audio with really nice recivers building my own inclosures for both and tuning them the sub for car audio I was going for was more efficient and had a 1hz lower frequency response so the car audio was 200 cheaper so it suited my needs perfectly then he said well if ure wanting thay u need to go to home audio I said well ive had both while ther aren't interchangeable if one has a lower frequency response doesn't need as much power and is more efficient with just less excursion he didn't even let me get it out of my mouth and he said yeah I've only been doing this for 45 years yeah I dont know anything bye then hung up i hate to say it buddy but things change a lot over 45 years while home audio may be less distortion and some things like that but the 18 in car audio better suits my needs and I know that lol its in the specs

while back I took my 96 Town Car Executive here they installed a Soundstream touch screen head unit two 15 inch Soundstream Rubicon's and a 2400 watt Soundstream Dtower amp it wasn't long after my Subs locked up watts dumped into the amp and fried it as well,everything went up in smoke cruisin down the Snyder lol.. took my car to them that same day they looked at it, found the problem put me two new 15s and a new amp in my trunk same day! turned out my Subs were a new product and a lot of the early production Subs had a defect. I was amazed how easily it was took care of and it didn't cost me a dime an went back home beatin lol

Did a terrible job installing my system. Grounded my amp to the battery, threw my fuse box lid down under the spare, inline converter was just dangling free. All around lazy and careless. Paid 300 dollars for a $10 install

My cousin and I had appointments at the same time to get remote starts put on our cars. When we went in to drop our keys off, the owner told us that two people had called in and made it sound like that was our problem and not his. We told him that if he could not get to both cars that day, my car should be done first as I had a long trip planned for the next day. He called later to inform us that both cars were done, so I picked mine up that night. My clock and radio display won't stay on, I cannot connect my phone to the Bluetooth radio, my turn signals are off their timing, my car has been beeping at me and giving me warning signals (ie door open) for no reason, and my volume knob won't work. I also noticed a razor blade had been left on the floor of my car. I took my car back the next morning to ask about getting it fixed and showed them the razor. They laughed at the razor, were not apologetic at all, and told me it would be a week before they could look at my car again, so now I'm driving around with God only knows how many electrical issues for a week. It's clear that the work was rushed in my car. If you wish to have a remote start, please take your car elsewhere to have it done.Update: They looked at my car and told me that all of my electrical problems have nothing to do with what they did, and I simply have a bad radio module. They tried to charge me up to $450 to have them fix it, which I declined. I have since had to have my car towed because the power steering is messed up. My vehicle has electric power steering, so the mechanic looking at it currently has to work through all of the electrical issues in my car. A quote from the mechanic: "That thing is a mess." All of the electrical components of my car worked fine before having the remote start installed. I cannot definitively say that all of the electrical issues were caused by the remote start, but it seems very unlikely that it was simply a coincidence. Please, if you want an aftermarket remote start in your vehicle, have it put in somewhere else. Definitely not worth the troubke these guys will give you.
