Hands down the best customer service and mechanics ever. I don't live in the area, and my SUV broke down and was towed here. I highly recommend this place. I never spoke to any mechanics, but I spoke with a gentleman named Cody. He by far went above and beyond to help me and explained everything that was happening to my car. He never rushed to get off the phone and explained everything in detail to where I understood what was happening with my transmission. He worked closely with the mechanics, and hands down, they knew what was needed. I've had my vehicle back 5 days, and I have driven over 500 miles and not one issue. Hopefully, my SUV never breaks down again, but if it does, I hope it's close to this facility. Great job!! I highly recommend this place!Thank you very much for everything.Heather Hensel

I've been there TWICE and BOTH times I DO NOT have a problem with them, I took my car in...4-5 hrs later I'm getting a hone saying my car is ready, come pick it up! UNBELIEVABLE they diagnose the problem, and they fix it! ALL in a timely manner... If you need you car fix DON'T hesitate like I did... Plus the pricing is not bad either Thank you guys you have a NEW customer.

All services rendered where done in a timely manner and at a great price. Had them work on both of my vehicles and had them both finished same day. Would highly recommend them. They don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They gave me an exact estimate before bringing my car in. After I had already towed the car to the shop they called me back and said it would be double what they originally quoted me. I told them I won't continue with the repair in that case and they said "well we won't give you your car back until you give us $120" I had to pay them for doing nothing to get my car back. I took it to another shop that did the same job for less than HALF the price of what they told me it would be. If you like throwing money in the garbage this is the place for you.Updated:They replied public said they searched their records didn't find my invoice. Or custom under my name. Because they never fix my car and after forced me to pay the amount they were asking for in order to tow my car to another shop, they didn't give me any invoice either.I even wondering did they pay right amount sale tax. IRS should invest them. I paid through the phone because I didn't have car to get there pay in person so I never get invoice and I have to call few time to let tow driver back to get my car after I paid them. It is so stressful.

They got me in last minute and were so helpful in explaining what my car needed and giving a reasonable quote before starting the job. Great pricing with honest, reliable, work. 100/10 recommend!!!

This is an absolutely awesome establishment. All the employees were very nice and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Will definitely take my vehicle back there again if I need any more mechanial work. I just can not praise them enough.Thank you very much gentleman for getting me back on the road safely.

I went to Gene's for years because I trusted them to be honest and fair with me. (As a woman, this is REALLY important when taking my vehicles somewhere to be worked on) Doug always was. This business gave me my car back with a dent in it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. It's Saturday now. Hopefully Monday they will be honest and admit it when I call. Other than rocking my car the price and work was fair. The guys customer service was fine except he let me pull off knowing my car was damaged

Doug has always taken good care of any problems or anything I have done. If he can't fix it he'll let me know. And he's fair. All in all he's a very honest and nice guy.

I like this place because they are honest and do good work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Just bring your own parts because they will charge you more than double what you would pay if you got it yourself

They will scam you. Said I needed over $2000 of work done and I took it to another shop it turned out to be a $50 repair

Great, honest mechanics. Never received anything but great service here. One of the only places I've ever been that doesn't try to upsell you anything. Just takes care of the problem and at a reasonable price.

Gene fixed my car, but he added excessive charges that I did not ask for to my bill. I will never go here again because of that. Be a good person and people will cone back.

Gene's Auto takes care of my whole extended family's cars. He's honest and his prices are fair. I know his prices are fair too because my father-in-law is an auto insurance claims adjuster.

Good old school mom and pop shop. Unfortunately we are going to close the doors for good May 28th. 65 great years and I had 21 hard years here. I'm gonna miss this place.

I had 3 mechanics to look and do work on my car that didn't need fix and at genes auto I went and he pushed the holes on that no one else seen that needed to be done....ty so much.
