Came in for work on 2015 ML 350 102K miles having spark plug issues. Shawn and the whole Autobahn team were great to work with. Service is great, price very reasonable. They do a great job walking you through the work that needs to be done, they also don't give you the laundry list. Ive used a few other shops and the dealership in the are, would highly recommend you check with Autobahn first.

I was taking my BMW to other places and being charged so much. Everytime I went for maintenance it was always something else needed. I found Autobahn and they ve literally blew me away with the service, prices, complete honesty. I will never go anywhere else again. I m so thankful for everyone at this shop.

Wow! What an AWESOME experience! No one likes to go to a service shop and feel as though they ve been taken advantage of- that s why I hate taking anything to service especially as a woman. Well this was anything but that! From the first phone call to the car in the service bay everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and kind I didn t feel as if anyone was speaking down to me or in any condescending tone/ manner! One of the cleanest service shops I ve ever seen!! I also received 10% off parts because I belong to MBCA!!I will recommend Autobahn Motors to everyone!

Prices are skyrocketed compared to other local shops they priced me 3500$ for a $1600 dollar repair they use to be good but the guys have gotten old and don t care anymore just tryna make a quick buck

Exceptional not only did they get my car looked at earlier than promised but they are honest about repairs and address my concerns. They won over a customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a shop

A quality shop who does great Mercedes service at a great price. I own 6 Mercedes of different classes and they know them all. Don has passed but the reputation continues. RIP

VERY fair pricing, no service sale dill hole trying to up sale you on garbage you don t need and mechanics who are very capable and they are typically fairly decent at scheduling you in. Always been very happy with this place.

I brought my 2007 Mercedes C230 in to have the spark plugs replaced, because It started running rough a few weeks ago. They kept my car for about 1.5 hours while I waited. I got ready to pay and found out they didn't fix anything!!! They charged me $121 for an inspection and gave me a long list of expensive repairs they think need to be done. This car has 170K miles on it and I told them I only wanted to fix the things that absolutely need to be done to keep it running smoothly. Dishonesty is something I will not tolerate from any business. They should have told be beforehand they were going to charge me $121 to tell me what I already told them when I walked in the door. I also checked with the BBB on this business and it seems this isn't the first time they have been dishonest.

Good i go there when bmw Louisville is charging crazy prices nice place at least 40 percent less on most things

I tell all the people that know and people I met at the car wash that have BMWs to take there BMW'S to Autobahn they have a great staff that know what is needed to fix your car. A friend from the Military told me about them, these guys do a great job always, I have been going to them since 2016 and I have nothing but high regards for this business and it employees.

I Took my vehicle to be checked out because it will barely drive. They had it for three weeks and told me that it will cost $4200 to fix. Luckily I got tired of waiting and took it somewhere else and it was fixed for $200. The guy who answers the phone is very nice but those clowns in the back are con artists. If you don t know exactly what is wrong with your car do not take it there.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A friend of mine recently took his car there. They told him his car needed thousands in labor and parts. I helped him fix it for 15 bucks.. just a simple bad electric wire. Either they are dishonest or not thorough on accurately diagnosing a car. Trust me, Don't waist your time.

I have been going to Autobahn Motors since 2004, when I got my first Mercedes. They are excellent mechanics and they do excellent work. Being a consumer, it is rare to find a shop where trust is not an issue. I trust the guys at Autobahn. I not only trust the guys, I have developed a lasting friendship with them. I feel very confident in their judgement when it comes to what my cars need, or don't need. I am very satisfied with their service. They do a great job! Thank you guys. Tyrone

Horrible place. I called them and ask them to diagnose my car and fix the issue do you not know it s going on literally two months and they have yet to fix my car got my keys and everything. Not only that I had my car towed there after they told me they would check it. It cost me $107 to have it towed there from the location I was at. They re now telling me Sorry sir we re really backed up you will have to take it to somewhere else. TWO MONTHS later. But yet they re constantly taking cars in. Now I got to go have my car towed to another location that they will not reimburse me for. They lied to me. They lied to my mother. Each week it was a different lie. I have to go to another state to get my car fixed. I m not even the type of person to leave bad reviews. I really hate leaving bad comments about peoples business.

Car was stalling and just having trouble starting. It was time for new spark plugs. Brakes were also going out. They did a great job on replacing them. They also really courteous. I can definitely feel the difference! Have some other things to do. Will go back.

The guys at Autobahn are great. I brought my BMW X3 in and expected it to cost around $1,200 to fix because I got it quoted from another place. I added an oil change and had them fix a leak in the windshield wiper compartment and the price was still half the price that was quoted. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Will never take my BMW's anywhere else. They assess what is wrong and fix it at a fair price. Never been overcharged or had an invoice magically jumped up to $750, which ALWAYS happened at the prior spot. Great service!

The owner gets personally involved to make sure you're getting the service you paid for. Outstanding and fair man. This is one shop which places integrity and honesty before anything else. It was my first time there and felt very comfortable and extremely pleased with the service, knowing that I wasn't being taken advantage of. I highly recommend it. Taffel motors doesn't come close! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Autobahn! The gentleman was so patient with me listening to the concerns I had about my vehicle. They explained everything to me in detail and explained to me preventative measures to take to avoid costly repairs. They were very genuine and honest with the repairs I need. I highly recommend you try them out for yourselves.

These guys are great. I've had more than one repair where I was holding my breath only to find they are always very reasonable, and never try to get me to do repairs that are unnecessary. I recommend them to anyone who has a BMW.

They do a good job of keeping up on the maintenance of my Mercedes Benz. They also offer an educators discount. Don't get ripped off at the dealership!

The worst shop! Do not waste you money with a mechanics and an owner who tells you that they don t know if a problem can be fixed. That is autobahn service for you. They keep your car for days, make you run multiple trips to the shop, and at the end car is still not fixed. Horrible customer service and knowledge. They will cut you off when talking and tell you to shut up. Unbelievably horrible experience. Never again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was denied service on my BMW becuase they couldn't get my car started. Was told on the phone the by i guess the manager, the job was to big and he couldn't push his mechanics to work on it. My car had been sitting up there for two weeks, and they wasn't even going to call me back. I just find it ridiculous to recieve that answer, especially when the guy on the phone asked me what was wrong with my car( starting issue and oil leak) before I even dropped it off and he told me to bring it. I thought I was bringing my car to professional mechanics, and got told they couldn't get it started lol.

Fantastic customer service! Don goes above and beyond with his customers. He provides honest advice and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he services. The only place to bring your Mercedes in KY!

Picked up a bmw off craigslist for dirt cheap after they diagnosed a bad motor, it was actually a bad battery causing car to go into limp mode. I've put 6500 miles on the "bad motor" with no issues. They either are very bad at their job or they are crooks.

Words can not convey how happy I am with the customer service that Don and his staff provide. As a parent of a Louisville student, I know our old Mercedes is in good hands with Don. I give Autobahn Motors 10 stars.

It is truly wonderful to take your automobile to a shop where there are genuine "car guys" who not only understand the finer nuances of great engineering, but take personal pride in what they do to keep everything in tip-top shape. I couldn't ask for better or more competent service!
