I have a 2011 MKX and the panoramic roof was stuck open. Ford said 2 to 3 weeks just to look at, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called and explained to Scott what was going on and he had his guys to get me in asap checked out the roof and got it closed up for me. I will definitely take it to them for the needed repairs. Also had a chance to see some of their work and it was great I have an older convertible that I will take to them as well when its time to be done. The guys was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had.
