Brought my Audi in for some vibrations and an oil change. Needed both motor mounts which on Audi s are a huge job. They had it done quick and I believe the price was fair. Got it home and had some problems called them and brought it in and they apologized and fixed it right then and there. Seam like down to earth guys who are very professional. Would recommend.

I have been going to them for a couple of years now with my Lexus and they always service my vehicle well. I have had no issues after leaving and my car runs well till my next servicing. They also make me aware when something else may need to be watched. They do not oversell, but they help you to look out for potential issues down the road. I highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Can't say that I was very impressed. I took my Mercury Mountaineer. For radiator leak and they also said the brakes were bad. That's not the problem that I had. I believe that stuff was really wrong with it. However, it took them two days to get to it and they even said that there was more to be fixed but that they could not get to it. When I picked my car up early on a Friday afternoon. This place that was so busy that it could not get to something else was completely EMPTY, except for the older guy working the desk.I guess I would still have been okay if my radiator did not start leaking again--maybe it they had taken time to be more thorough they would have found the other leaks. The only reason that I tried this place was because it was close to my work, but I took it to my regular guy in Okolona and he took care of it. I did not want to bother such busy garage again.UPDATE: I just had another repair done on my car. It was problem that it had when I was in Atwood, but they did not diagnose it. Good thing to because my warranty company covered $600 of it. When I went to Atwood they would not even work with my warranty company, a company that only wants to talk to the mechanic and not so much me. So, if you have a warranty to claim something on, avoid them.

I have dealt with Willie Atwood for ten years. Professionally and personally he has been fair with the up front approach. "I might not be the cheapest but you won't bring your vehicle back on the same repair if I do it" I respect this as a business professional and do recommend Atwood Auto for quality repairs and service.

$100 just for a screw? We were in about month ago for just one front brake, (paid almost $700) and they said they checked all the other brakes and saw no issues. When chatting over the phone about our brake issue, they knew right away the issue was the backing plate, so my husband took it in. Already I was unhappy that we were having a brake issue when we JUST got them checked. All they had to do was replace a missing screw. And they knew exactly where it was. I should have checked the brake myself before letting them look at it.

He is busy and you will see fleet jobs at his sight which is a good indication of his work. Expect to leave it a couple days but the price will be fair and I have had him do timing belt to O2 sensors.

Willy is the best. He explains exactly what is going on with your car and he can be trusted 100%. Where other places try to up-sell you at every turn, Willy tells you exact what needs to be done and more importantly, what he would personally do in the situation, thus saving me money and time.

Having car trouble on the highway when traveling is never good, but we were very appreciative that Alex took the time to help us figure out what was going on with our car! He was extremely helpful!
