Tommy's dad Art built a great name and reputation for his shop and Tommy has maintained this same reputation. I've never had to take my car's to a shop till now and was recommended to them. This was my second time for a repair, 2 totally different unrelated issues. First the radiator now the ignition system. All the work was done fast, very professional and reasonable cost. I'm very picky and spoiled on who works on my car's. My dad and brother always did these things, so I expect the best. Tommy and his guys now rate up there w his dad and mine. If I have any more problems it goes to Arts Service Center. I will recommend anyone to Arts, u can tell they take pride in their work and doing it right the first time.

My boyfriend came here a few months ago, when another place told him he needed new brakes, to get a second opinion. Art's took a look at his car, determined that he still had plenty of life left, and didn't even charge him for looking. I dropped my Jeep off on Monday around noon and had it back and fixed with a new radiator 26 hours later. Cannot recommend them enough. Prices are honest and the people are great!

Joyce is an old hag who needs to learn how to just answer the phone and keep the problem solving between the mechanics. Left a pocket of air when changing the water pump. Car started overheating and sputtering so I took it back. Almost been about a week still no look at my car (playing games) so took it to a backyard mechanic who diagnosed the problem. This place is pitiful and will avoid responsibility if they mess your car up. Unprofessionals

These guys are amazing!!! They saved me a ton of money on my Audi repair compared to what the Louisville dealership tried to charge me. They wanted $2,000 to replace the starter. Art's did the same job for 1/5th of that and it was done in just 1 day. My vehicle starts up like a champ! I'm so glad I got a second opinion and I will not take my vehicle anywhere but Art's Service Center. Job well done!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Took my van here just to get a second opinion on something. They quoted me $25 or $30 to check it out. They checked it out and everything was fine, and they didn t even charge me! It doesn t get any better than that!

Been taking my cars to Art's for years. I can't even remember who referred me to them, it was so long ago. You can trust that you WILL NOT be overcharged, and that they WILL NOT do any unnecessary work. I send my daughters here with their cars now. That's how confident I am that they will be treated fairly and respectfully. Probably because this is a woman owned and operated business. And I don't think any of my cars have ever been there more than 48 hours.TIP: If you want to sit in a nice waiting room and drink free coffee and watch cable while you wait on your car then please do all of us smart people a favor and take your car to a dealer and pay 50% to 100% more for your repair job. Those of us with common sense won't have to wait as long at Art's.

Another place to add to my list of will not ever patronize. Went to Art s Service Center for the first time this morning to buy a car battery. When I first went in and explained what was going on, Joyce advised she didn t think it was the battery causing the issue. She also told me if I got the battery there they wouldn t be able to install it until Friday. Ok no problem, I have a mechanic who can do it today. I d like to go ahead and buy it now. Tom came by and said he has time to do it today and could do it then for $66. Thanks but no thanks. Bought the battery anyway ended up not needing a new battery..took it back. Joyce didn t know how to do a refund back to my card. How one does not know how to issue a refund is boggling..neither her nor the manager Tom knew how to do the credit. She tells me that I can t get a full refund because it s going to charge them. Not my problem. She ended up giving me cash but still tried to short me the full refund. Umm I paid $212.33 and need it all back. I didn t bring you back a battery with missing pieces. She handed me cash in full. I politely apologized for the hassle this morning then she says just don t ever come back!! Oh I will NEVA EVA step foot in there again and will not recommend!!

My car has issues and I'm glad Arts is honest. They can't find anything wrong with my car because the check engine light did not come on when they drove it. The honesty is very much appreciated. I hope Arts stays around a very long time.

I started going to Arts with my 12 year old Honda because it is down the street from where I work and it was much more convenient than taking it to the dealer where I have always taken my cars for all service. The folks at Arts are so great, I love it! They are really down to earth and like all the other reviews say, they are quick , efficient, affordable and I believe do excellent work.

Most honest business ever!! I do most of my own repairs, so I know car repair fairly well. When I am tight on time, or the job is bigger/requires a lift I use Art's. They will never over charge or do unnecessary work. They charge for what they do and only do what is truly needed. I guarantee you most places do not operate this way. especially car dealers repair facilities. Art's does good work and is completely honest. I wish all businesses were run this way!! Been using art's for 19 years. Hope they are around for a long time.....

I've been taking my cars there for years and I've recommended them to everyone. They are always straight with you, I've had other places tell people they need all kinds of work, and then I say, try Arts. IF you really do need the work, they've always been less, and if you don't really need it, they'll tell you. And the older woman who works in the front knows A LOT about cars. Half the time you tell her what it's doing and she knows exactly what it is. This place is solid. I love them!

Art's service center does am excellent job in taking care of its customers. My wife has taken our cars to them many times. They have always done good outstanding work and are honest people. I will always recommend them to my friends.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly and timely. Many mechanics in town wanted to tell me what they thought the problem was over the phone without even seeing the car! Thank you Ms Joyce , Mr Art & StaffI made an appointment 3 days before, and was told my vehicle maybe there for awhile due too the work it may need , so I was prepared for that. But, when Ms Joyce called Me and told Me what the price would be I screamed too Jesus , she said I know I m right there with You after I calmed myself briefly I asked about the work and what nots so she said well it can all be done later today or tomorrow, I said Yes Ma am I get a call she said your car ready I breathed out Loud.... not upset !!! Because the work too my vehicle was all done today and Ms Joyce Smiled and I smiled Mr Art waved and I waved Back.I say this our FrontLine Hero s are also Mechanics As WellThank you for your service and the excellent service provided too me on this Monday , cause it could ve been worst ,God Bless

This is a honest family owned business and me being a woman means alot. They don't try to get over on you they tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and is budget friendly. When they fixed my car it was always to perfection with no repeat visit thanks for your service

We took our vehicle here to have an issue resolved based on what was supposed to be a credible referral. Our car was left for several days, and we picked it up and paid $400. The next day, after returning home 2 hours away, our vehicle's issue returned. An attempt to contact was made, and messages were left unanswered. We ended up taking our car to a different, local shop and was informed that we were overcharged for an unfinished job. When we finally called (From a different number, because when calling from our previous number our calls were ignored) we were informed that there would be no full or even partial refund, and that we "should have called." However, living two hours away we couldn't just drive the car back up there and leave it for another 4 days when we were unsure if it would even make it that far. We have paid over $600 for a $200 job, leaving us extremely dissatisfied with this business.

Solved a problem the Acura dealer couldn't even identify. Consistent, honest and fair. My wipers quit working in the middle of a severe rainstorm 30 miles from home with 2 kids in the backseat. I called at 3pm and they said bring it over. They helped me so quickly, fixed my problem and were super nice and affordable. Thank you guys!!!!

Best repair shop in town. I've been using them for at least 17-18 years and now my four children do too. No unnecessary repairs and prices are very reasonable

He's a widely known mechanic because of his good honest work. If your in a jam and need to be fit in, only if he doesn't have priorities, he tries within his power to work out what's best for his customers.
