This place is wonderful! I called them for help to check my brakes that had just been changed but still weren't working correctly and they were nice enough to squeeze me in right at opening when they had a full day scheduled and only took about 30 mins to get my issue fixed and had me on my way. I can't thank them enough for what they did! If I ever need anything else done, I'm glad I know a place I can trust. Thank you guys!

I recently brought my Honda Pilot in for regular maintenance and they found out my Rack & Pin was leaking and replaced it for free ($1200 part) because it was still under warranty, and I'm amazed at the difference when steering. Scott has always been very prompt, honest and professional. Top notch customer service. My family also brings their vehicles here for service. American Brakes is the only Auto Care service I recommend.

First you should know that I am a very picky customer. I met Scott away from American Brake center and I was so impressed with him and his business motto that I immediately knew that if I ever needed service that I was going to give American Brake a try. My wife s car developed a check engine light so I took it in. I have never been more pleased with service from an auto repair shop than I was with American Brake Center!! They were very thorough, courteous, professional and reasonably priced! And they didn t just go replacing parts. They got to the root cause of the problem and made the appropriate repair. I was extremely happy to find out that they do every aspect of of car repairs including tires which I will be back for next week to have replaced on my truck!!

Several months ago I had front pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus LS460. Recently I started getting pulsating when stopping at high speeds. I explained this to Scott and he checked it out and replaced the rotors under warranty at no charge. Fabulous customer service! Scott is amazing! I would Highly recommend American Brake Center on Preston Hwy !Paul Arnold

This Place is the best! My brother in law refers me to Scott, for my car inspections and When i came in the shop.Scott is so approachable and he really explains everything!He explains what to be needed and give a reasonable price! no hidden charges.

I had some brake/rotor work done here.. the mechanics found I needed new wheel bearings as well. I was grateful for that as I travel a lot for work. My car feels brand new! Great customer service, up front, fair pricing. I will return!

As requested by the manufacturer, I was recently required to have my vehicle serviced by a dealership as part of my warranty for an engine diagnosis. After several months of multiple misdiagnoses, overlooked and newly created issues after their first repair, a lack of communication, transparency, and accountability, and multiple expenses being billed to my extended warranty, in addition to my loss of work time and out-of-pocket costs, I decided to obtain a second opinion from AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER and AUTO CARE.As compared to the dealership's three options at a higher cost with limited warranty coverages, AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER and AUTO CARE presented the best sustainable option and timeframe. After receiving approval from my extended warranty, AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER and AUTO CARE completed the engine replacement and kept me informed of the progress throughout the process.It has been my pleasure for the past ten years to be a customer of AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER and AUTO CARE at both of their locations. The work at American Brake Center has been excellent. I have 4 cars serviced at American Brake Center. They do great work. Their prices are very competitive with other places. Scott and his crew of mechanics have done great work on all my cars. Scott always lets me know what needs to be done immediately and what is coming down the line in terms of repairs. He has also helped me in buying two cars for my daughters. He and his mechanics inspected the cars and let me know what kind of shape they were in. This was so helpful for me in feeling comfortable in assisting my daughters get good, reliable cars. I would highly recommend this shop for good, honest, and efficient work on any type of car!

Courteous & Excellent Customer Service!!!!! On 1/4/2021 I called to see how soon a mechanic could look at my brakes. Scott told me their availability and I dropped my car off on 1/5/2021. Scott provided me with an update and total cost in which I gave the green light to replace my rear brake shoes & resurface the drums. My vehicle was ready once I got off work. Scott was very Professional with me, yet totally Honest which is important. The price was very reasonable and I drove away very pleased and with a peace of mind that I was able to have my brake shoes replaced. If you are looking for a GREAT service this is definitely the place. I will be a returning customer!!!Service: Brakes

American Brake Center installed new rotors and pads on my truck. My truck now stops very smoothly and with with no vibration. Scott and his team of mechanics are very good at what they do.. It's really difficult to find an honest and trustworthy Auto Repair Shop. I was given a quote from another Auto Repair Shop (just down the street from ABC) to repair my vehicle. They told me it would cost over $4,000 dollars to fix my vehicle, so I took my vehicle to American Brake Centers on Preston Hwy for another evaluation.Scott was very upfront, professional, very detailed and honest with the entire process. He gave me different quotes to resolve the suspension issues I was having with my Honda Pilot to fit my budget . American Brake Centers was able to repair my vehicle for 1/4 of the estimate that was given from the other shop! Before I took my vehicle to ABC, it was loud and clunky to drive. After they repaired it, my Honda Pilot runs and drives like a new Cadillac. It's very quiet and the ride is very smooth now.I was so impressed, I left my Honda Civic with them immediately to do a full inspection and I was satisfied with the completed repairs which were affordable as well. I will definitely be returning to American Brake Centers often because they earned my trust. They are honest, affordable, and fast. I can't say enough about this place.

The guys here are very friendly honest and respectful. We started bringing our vehicles here more then 20 yrs ago. Fred who has since retired, was manager/owner i believe. He always took great care of all his customers. Now his son Bill and the rest of the team are equally FANTASTIC. We recommend them every chance we get.

Great service!! Always professional, courteous and informative. I have them do almost everything for my car and my whole family goes there as well. This is my 3rd visit for various routine maintenance and repairs. Every visit has exceeded my expectations! Dealer quality service! No they don't have a fancy waiting room or wifi. Scott absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me in a pinch. The AC went out in my car and it s been August hot outside so, not only did he work me in the day after I called to set an appointment, but he had the job fixed the SAME DAY, when I had a quote from a different shop that it would take a minimum of 2 days to complete. Best part of all- he saved me several hundred dollars from the other shop. Never taking my business anywhere else, and I ve already recommended him to several of my friends!

I can t say enough good things about this place. We ve been thru quite an ordeal with a van we bought that looked all pretty from the outside but beneath that hood lurked some pretty hefty neglect. Scott and Mark were so patient and fair to us to get it fixed. We ve always been Toyota people. This time we thought... let s try a dodge... good price, lots of room. Well our good price almost doubled. Even after all the money we spent to get it fixed it s still not running great. We decided we re done with it! Trading it on Monday for a Toyota Sienna.I highly recommend American Brake. They are honest and not out to rip you off in any way. That s how a good business succeeds. SCOTT and his team are simply great. I have used them for years and am so happy with the pricing and service, we now have our company fleet serviced thru American Brake Centers for brakes, AC, oil changes, even a new engine replacement. They tell you what is wrong and give you a price that is fair to all. I happily recommend you to them for your mechanical work.

First time customer by referral. Scott asked me plenty of questions to make sure he knew what the problem was. The pricing was fair, customer service was great! Scott even explained what had happened to my car and exactly what they did to fix it. Every so often I would get updates as to how the repair was going. Definitely going back! Highly recommend them for their honesty, good communication and fair pricing.

I have been taking my Ford Edge here for years and will continue to do so. They are always honest and get the work done quickly. They answer any questions I have and I trust what they say. I have never felt like they tried to sell me something I didn t need or over charged for any service I have ever had completed there. The next call I received was that my car was ready to be picked up. They made a most stressful situation completely effortless on my part.
