This location is awesome. I've been in 3 times. They are always friendly and helpful. They don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. They listen to your specific needs and what you're trying to accomplish, then get you the correct parts at a good price. I drive past 3 other car parts places just to go to this location. Keep up the good work.

I went to this auto advance just by accident because I was trying to go to Chick-fil-A lol and I needed to get some screws to put on my license plate in the front Dave was so helpful from the time I walked in the store until I left I wish there was more people like Dave to give the best customer service that he gave to me

These guys took great care of me! Got me a new battery (covered under warranty), cleaned off the corrosion and installed, no problem. Highly recommend for great customer service.

Reasonably priced but they no longer will help install the parts you buy there like they did the prior time I bought a cabin filter. Upon walking in, I saw zero employees. Even called out once to no answer. Someone from the back eventually came out and helped me.

Closed way before closing needed a part urgently and drove all this way shame .Derrick was extremely rude and lacked customer service. Was rude with us and then answered the phone with another customer and was rude with them as he hung on them before they finished.

Dave made it easy to get replacement warranty parts.They spend time with customers to help with correct parts.

Holly, Dave, Bobby, Danny, Steve, and the rest of the crew are awesome. Best parts shop in the area by far! Great quality and great service! They go out of their way to get you what you need. Check them out!

This store and the folks that work in it are great. They work with you and are very helpful. I am even comfortable knowing that I can send my young son to the store with a picture of a part and they will help him find it, without trying to up and/or over sell him.

My son brought a car battery and the warranty was about to expire in about three months. The battery died and Advance auto parts replaced it with out questions. I know we're I'm buying my next battery.

Daniel Messer was absolutely amazing to deal with and extremely helpful! I have always trusted Advance Auto Parts but I will be back to the Middletown location to make sure I deal with Daniel. He was extremely patient with me as I sorted through a list of things I needed. He was very professional and I felt that he had my best interest in mind while helping me select parts that were not greater than what I needed nor less than what I needed. If I owned a business I would like a guy like Daniel running it for me!

I had been trying to get a battery installed in my car for 3 days. Was told at Autozone they couldn t do it. Took it to Chevy where it sat for 2 days without being looked it. I picked it up bc I was upset. Took it to Advanced Auto Parts today just wanting to purchase a battery for someone else to install and was told they would do it for me. It took less than 20mins and my car was back to normal. I am so thankful for them and wished I could have came here on Thursday to save me all the trouble! Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for doing what AutoZone and Chevy dealership couldn t.

Decent competitor to Autozone, but the employees stand in the doorway to smoke, and hardly move aside to let you in. There are hundreds of cigarette butts littering the ground in front of the store, and standing in the doorway to smoke does not keep the smell outside.Cannot recommend a business when the employees place their convenience above their customers experience.

To the Advance Auto Parts store on Shelbyville Road thank you for your Speedy service thought I was going to be late for work had my part on the Shelf even help me put it on really appreciate that my hat is off to you if anybody needs quick service needs a question answered about their vehicle the guys at Advance or very helpful

My dad called in ahead of time about a part and they said they would set it out for me to come pick up and when I brought it home (an hour drive), it was the wrong size after me AND my dad both confirmed many times with them the size we needed. They were very stand off ish also and need to get there stuff together.

They installed a battery I bought for my mother, and treated her with so much respect. I've always like Advanced Auto, but this store is the best I've ever seen. Thank you guys.

Mike, (the tall one), was great--offered to test my old alternator that I took in for replacement to ensure it was necessary. It had a noisy bearing. In and out in 5 minutes!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice to shop at a place where the staff has some problem-solving skills and vehicle knowledge. Ask for Mike. He is young but smart.

I use this location a lot but they need to have the store open at 7:30 like they say they are. I have had to come here twice right at 7:30 and never open on time. This is a managment issue!

Cheapest auto parts in Louisville.... And knowledgeable employees.... When I was in there I saw no teenage employees.... who usually know NOTHING about automotive repair.... ;)

Ok prices, but they really are helpful. Will actually come out to your car and help with small replacements, battery charge etc.

I am giving them 4 stars because they were polite and professional about replacing a battery near the end of its warranty.
